World Wide is the most helpful shipping company I have ever used. Haley is my Sales Rep and is great. I ship weekly all over the United States and when I have questions or concerns she is always available and handles it right away.....Thanks World Wide for your help and the people you hire.

Too bad you cannot give a company 0 stars, Worldwide Express is terrible to work with. Unlike UPS or USPS, their site will allow for an incorrect address to be entered. This is plain and simple, just a savvy little way to rip you off. Dont expect your salesperson to inform you of this, it is the companys best kept secret during the sale. Then, when your package is returned, you pay for the shipping, and then an ridiculously high amount for the incorrect address. What a rip-off! Their motto and tag line, Save Money, Save Sanity, only applies if you stay far, far away from this poorly run business. BUYER BEWARE, BE VERY AWARE!!!! Worldwide Express, your company is a complete JOKE!!!

The ease of using the Speedship website is awesome, however the lack of concern and accountability with ongoing issues related to lost shipments, and billing is disappointing. More than half my quotes are billed at a much higher rate. A lost shipment by an irresponsible carrier that resulted in a huge loss of revenue was not addressed to my satisfaction.If we drop the ball on our customers, we make it right.

My company was with UPS for 25 years when we decided to try a re-seller like Worldwide Express. For the past four years I have had to call their office 7 times about over charges and they would send me a check to satisfy our agreement. This past November, we caught a huge amount of over charges, which made their rates more than UPS and they said they would correct it on future invoices. on December 1, 2016, I get an email stating they had immediate closed our account stating we had been complaining too much and that our account had already been closed without notification. Meanwhile, we had a about 30 return label that our customers used to send back material to us. Those labels were canceled since Worldwide Express canceled our order. Come to find out, They were violating the UPS re-sellers agreement which they were charging more than UPS. A lot of our customers where also using WWE and have recently canceled there accounts due to over charges.
