Called Honda of Fishers today 9/29/21 about a new Civic they were advertising. Vehicle had been reserved and was sold, understandable. I was asked if I would be interested any other color of Civic. I was looking for a Blue Civic only. Left my name and number with sales associate, this was their request just in case a vehicle came in that I would be interested in. With in a couple hours I received a text saying a blue Civic had arrived on their tuck and when I could get there to view it. I made an appointment with sales associate for 4:30 to view vehicle. Sales associate confirmed the appointment and was looking forward to meeting with me. My wife arrived at 3:30 and I arrived a few minutes later. At that time we were told the vehicle had been sold. Why would a business make an appointment with a possible customer then sell the product that they made the appointment for? Please consider this before doing business wit Honda of Fishers

I purchased a 2022 CRV Hybrid that are in great demand right now. I made an appointment through Sarah and they had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. They actually contacted me and asked if I could come in sooner than my appointment because someone else was interested in the car. Gino worked with us and was great. He told us what he was doing every step of the way and how long it would take. He took a lot of time to show us the features (even after the sale) and to answer our questions. I appreciate that they didn’t sell the car before I got there. Would definitely shop here again. Gino and Sarah were easy to work with and responsive to my needs. We were in and out within 2 hours including test drive!!

Want to give negative review if the system allows. Went in there for regular service, was told it will take 90 mins. No update till 2 hours. When checked after 2 hours irresponsible management told that it will take 2 more hours for the service to be completed. While trying to understand the problem and respond, the person I am talking to gave me back the car keys. Returned without the service after waiting for 3 hours.This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It is important to promise correct timelines to the customer and value their time. For unfortunate reasons if it is delayed, its their responsibility to let customer know about it.Very disappointed :(

I had my heart set on a 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE, which apparently is in serious demand as none of the three local dealers I contacted had one. I got invited to Honda of Fishers for a test drive anyway. And I was initially disappointed as the person I was to meet failed to do so, and the car I was to drive was not ready at my appointment time.So I am thinking Strike 2.In steps James Schubert.Kind and affable, James had me forgoing my forsworn distrust of all things car salesmen within 5 minutes. He tracked down the test-drive car (an Accord Sport), and off we went. Turns out we had an extremely similar background in youth sports, and the test drive transformed into a thoroughly enjoyable conversation of shared experiences. It was so relaxing I barely paid attention to the car (which, BTW, is fabulous).James answered my questions like a friend rather than a pro, and even explained to me the difference between the SE and the Sport was less than a dozen things that I really didnt care about anyway -- so he saved me lots of money! He also agreed that, with my particular financial situation and the way the market is, that a 3-year lease was the way to go. So I came back the next day and signed the paperwork with Brad, another great guy with a similar sporting background.Nothing like worrying about a new car for months and then wrapping the whole thing up within 24 hours. ;-)The whole experience was more pleasant than the round of golf I drove the car to on Saturday. (Well, ALMOST.)THANK YOU, FISHERS OF HONDA!!!

Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Ex on August 26th.. 5 days later my car starts jolting, head lights start flickering..and then all these issues pop up on my dashboard. This is concerning because I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car which is supposed to be a car that is in perfect condition with no issues & on top of that, I haven’t had the car for not even a week. I will update my review once this gets resolved cause I am very displeased. Also, I drove off the lot after purchasing my vehicle and there were no temporary plates on my car😖. Thank God I noticed before I got too far from the dealership. & Gino was nice but how do you forget to put temporary plates on my new car?? He clearly just cared about the sale.

We purchased our car at Honda of Fishers new in 2015. The reason we will purchase our next car here is not due to the sales staff, but the awesome customer service we get from our service rep, Travis. We have had all our service for our Honda done here. This is due to the way Travis treats my husband and I as customers. Not all the service reps are the best there, but Travis cares and is an honest person. It means a lot to know you can take your car in for service and he has your best interests in mind. We will always have our car serviced here due to the quality technicians and Travis handling our transactions!

Honda of Fishers made the buying experience a great one. Austin Brashear did a tremendous job for my wife and I as we did most of the process via email, text message and phone conversations. Once we had agreed on a price for our trade-in as well as the price of the vehicle, I drove up to the dealership (its an hour and a half drive for me), test drove the car and signed the paperwork that I had filled out online prior to arriving. I have always had the absolute best experience at Honda of Fishers. I took my old element here for service many times & they were always reliable, efficient, quick, and kept me closely informed of costs, etc... This past weekend we went to look at purchasing a new car and it was the easiest, low stress experience. Rick was our sales guy and you should definitely ask for him. Hes been with them for 25 years & hes immensely kind, funny, helpful, and we really enjoyed just talking with him in general while going through the process of purchasing our new (to us) CRV. Brad was our finance guy and he was also really awesome & helpful. He was honest with us about which additional packages we should add on to our financing and did not pressure us to add anything unnecessary. Both men made the experience really wonderful and I will never purchase a car or do service elsewhere. I live closer to the 96th street Honda dealership, but I always drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Fishers location. Rick and Brad thank you again so much for your help & making a big purchase very easy!

Purchased my vehicle here a few years back. Came in for an oil change and transmission flush. I have been waiting for 2 hours now in the lobby. Please tell your customers an estimated wait time- this is not appreciated. This is frustrating and poor use of my time today

Sept 14, 2019 - Brought 2002 Civic in for airbag recall. Service Rep was friendly and polite and the work was completed within the time quoted. I chose to wait for the service to be completed and the waiting area was clean and roomy with access to wifi.Sept 21, 2019 - Bought Honda Certified 2014 Accord with Rob Wolf. Good service, knowledgeable able to complete the transaction quickly and with no surprises. The Finance Manager was informative, explaining anything we questioned.Would definitely recommend Honda of Fishers and well definitely be looking here for our next vehicle.Nov 4-5, 2019 - Check engine light came on. Stopped by the dealership to see if I could get it checked. They were booked up but Sean Campbell said they could squeeze it in and at least take a look. They were able to squeeze it in and actually were able to take care of the issue and return the car to me the next day. Sean provided a description of the issue as well as a couple other observations and gave me enough information to make a determination as to which items should be taken care of immediately and which could be put off for a little bit. They emailed me 10 minutes before my arrival reassuring me the vehicle is available and warmed up for me to test drive. Then they tried to pull a bait and switch on me within 30 seconds of sitting down at the salesmans desk.Instantly got up and left. Ive attached screenshots of their deceptive practices and them stating this is just how the business works, when in fact this tactic is actually illegal.

Bought a BRAND NEW 2016 Honda Civic touring from Honda of Fishers not even two weeks ago and within 12 hours of driving it off the lot the car turned out to be a total lemon. Have had 31 different issues such as the car slamming on the brakes on 465 when it thought it saw a car in front of me, it doesnt always start for 30 minutes at a time, etc etc etc. I have attempted to get this car fixed through Honda once already with no success and when I talked to the sales manager about simply returning the car just a few days after signing for it because I didnt feel safe he said there was nothing they could do even though the title hadnt even been issued on the car yet because, again, I JUST BOUGHT IT. Now clients and friends wont even ride in my car with me because they do not feel safe in it after seeing it act up randomly. The car generally sits parked because I dont feel safe in it. Ive been a completely loyal customer to Honda of Fishers for over 3 years now and all I can say is I wouldnt NEVER treat my loyal clients like this. I have already stopped 7 people from buying from this dealership so far after they heard my story since Honda of Fishers didnt want to simply take my car back. The service center is nice but if they cant find the issues than its on Honda to make it right in my opinion. I used to truly love Honda of Fishers. They knew me by name and were always accommodating but now...I dont know what to think.

Bought my first Honda recently and had a fantastic experience. Compared to Penske, Honda of Fishers was much more warm and welcoming as well as less pressuring. Dan is a fantastic partner to work with, he was helpful during my test drive and helped me get fair value for my trade in as well as setup the new car with me. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back again next time a car is in my future.

Came in for transmission code and tire rotation, they didnt put on the skid plate correctly causing it damage and me to wait more time, missing work and missing time. Rude employees in the service department didnt even want to deal with it. Absolutely pathetic. This is my wife and I first time taking a Honda we just bought to a Honda dealership. Ive never had this happen at a regular shop and Ill never be back here again.

Part of purchasing a car is the service you get afterward. We have had several recalls so far. Plus we have another defective part (under warranty) that we need fixed. Cannot get an appointment for a month and a half. We had the same issue last time we needed something fixed- long wait time for appointment, over a month. Will never buy another car here. I have a friend in the same boat. Cannot get an appointment to get a warranty issue fixed. Ridiculous!

I purchased a pre-owned Mazda3 HB and the experience with the staff was professional and pain-free. Most dealers over-pressure you into stepping outside your comfort zone and spend the little extra for something else. These guys let me test drive the car, no questions asked. I loved the car, asked my questions, then signed the papers and drove home.

I understand having a paperwork problem that needs resolution (these things happen) but I do not understand treating a cooperative paying customer in a condescending manner in the process of resolving it. I have found Penske Hondas parts department to be better in both competence and friendly customer service. I will be buying my Honda parts at Penske from now on.

Worked with Jim for a big 100k mile tuneup.Added a brake job on top of it and I thought all of the pricing was very fair for keeping my accord going strong. The texting/email approvals was nice to stay in touch from home. As always, everyone was very pleasant. I’ll be back.

Nice dealership with lifetime warranties that cover engine, transmission, etc. My dealer, Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars features, and broke down how much payments would be so I could compare.

Not my best experience at a car dealership. My wife called hours ahead to schedule a test drive on a specific car. We arrived at the scheduled time and they were not ready. The car had issues with the brakes and tires and did not smell nice. There were many other issues with the experience but the worst part is that I did not feel welcome. I bought a car the next day at a different dealership. I was happy to take my business somewhere else.

The finance man, think his name was Jason, was great as well. I will continue to do business with Honda of Fishers because they care!

I have leased my last two vehicles from Honda of Fishers. I’m happy with their no-b.s. approach to both the sales and the service side.My last lease just occurred in July. I went in on a Friday at 3pm and left with my new vehicle before they closed for the day.John King was my sales guy for the lease process. It was probably the hottest day of themonth but zero complaint from him as we walked around to figure out which vehicle (make,model, and color) that I wanted to go with.You know what I loved about this guy? The list is pretty long - he was friendly as in conversational and interesting. The vehicle for which my lease was up - it had more features on it then what I wanted to go with this next time around. He made sure that I understood exactly what the differences were...and that wasn’t because he was trying to talk me into something else...I really appreciated him asking before we started the paperwork.Speaking of paperwork - I hate it. It’s almost as bad as taking out a mortgage. Still, the finance guy I worked with (sorry - I forget his name) was wonderful.I have been bringing my Honda’s to this location for 15 years and I won’t tell you that they’re perfect...the service guys are friendly, personable, and sincere in wanting you to have a positive experience. My biggest complaint has been with the wishy-washiness of their iOS app.

Good selection and they were ready to go when I arrived, but the dealership seemed chaotic and the sales associate I dealt with was very pushy and felt condescending. Like, I understand that they’ve been doing this for years and are knowledgeable but that statement doesn’t suddenly make me able to afford more than what I said I can afford. I obviously can’t speak for the other salesmen though.

Ive been a 2-decade long customer of this business, and have been so very pleased. This particular visit was to detail my 2013 Accord and perform B-1 service. All was done perfectly and quickly. And whenever I pull into the service area, Im greeted within minutes (usually seconds). This experience is far superior to two other dealerships I visit as I have a Mercedes and Mazda.

In June 2020, purchased a 2009 Honda Civic with 141k miles paying near the top end of blue book value. I didnt mind paying up since dealer stated vehicles undergo a thorough safety inspection including braking system on the car before releasing. Unfortunately, I trusted this dealership only to be deceived as within 2K miles of purchasing, entire braking (front and rear) system required repairs totaling approx $1200. So, buyer beware when dealing with this dealership. Did they know the brakes were in such bad shape? I would bet my weekly paycheck they did. Avoid this dealership. Do not trust this dealership. You have been warned.

Had a great experience purchasing a new car last Monday at Fishers Honda. Our sales consultant, Owen Walker was one of the reasons. He worked for us and provided superior customer service. It’s not like the old days folks where you were pressured to buy. You know where the salesman would throw your car keys on the roof so you had to buy the car to get home. LOL! This is our 5th Honda , we love their quality and service, plus Owen helped us get to where it worked for us!

I began dealing with Dan Risacher there in 2007 when they were at their old location.Dan is knowledgeable about all Honda models and it pays to listen to his expertise.Honda of Fishers is a first class outfit. I received excellent service by Honda of Fishers. Making an appointment on line is efficient. Received service by pulling up to the garage where the technicians were located. The waiting room was clean and chairs are comfortable. Paying for service and checking out was also efficient.
