She gave us realistic expectations for our first home purchase, bent over backwards when we needed her (she even wrote up an offer WHILE ATTENDING A WEDDING on a Friday night). I worked with the Ranches to buy buy and sell my homes. Chris sold my place so quickly and Hannah was patient and helpful when it came to my home purchase. We were not the best people to find a house for. We had 3 of us buying one together. One of us being graveyard. We wanted to see houses every day. Multiple at a time in vastly different areas.
