He is incredibly responsive, respectful, comprehensive, and will handle EVERYTHING from start to finish. Very easy to work with, simply incredible.On top of that, the other agents that he works directly with at Keller-Williams are equally as good. When I sold my property in Washington State, I initially signed up with Redfin, thinking I could save a little money. That turned out to be a horrible decision, as they failed to get any offers in TWO WEEKS. I had to fire them and bring Chad in to clean up the mess.👍🏻

My property had what seemed like insurmountable challenges.The first big challenge was that the house was literally filled to the rafters with junk and debris. We hired a junk removal company and, in the first days of the clean up, Chad helped to set an aggressive pace for the junk removal work by rolling up his sleeves and working side-by-side with the crew. Chads leadership by example, coupled with his good nature, was really motivating to all involved, including myself.There were also other challenges with the property, ranging from squatters breaking into the house to a defect in the title that became known during the title insurance underwriting process. He worked with me through all of the issues, and through his diligence and follow-through we overcame them all. We closed the sale in a remarkable two months time. I highly recommend Chad to anyone trying to sell property. You cant go wrong.
