Really enjoyed coming here. The owners were super nice and polite enough to even give me free soap once they heard I didn’t have any. The place was really clean and the machines were really easy and self explanatory to use. If you need to go to a laundry mat in Federal Way, this is easily the one to choose by far.

Kinda crowded but thats usual....The gentleman working was on top of cleaning the machines and very personable and friendly. A refreshing change from almost anywhere as of late. I will not only return but will most definitely pass the info of this wonderful laundry on to everyone I know.....and some I dont 🧐

At first the prices may be shocking, but after seeing that I could get a whole weeks worth of laundry done in a couple hours for around $30 (mind you, I had two tall laundry baskets full and a full garbage bag, sheets and blankets included) it is well worth it. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, even gave me tips on how I can get my laundry done efficiently and for a good cost. The business place is VERY clean and is conveniently located next to other business for food, drinks, gas, ECT. Highly recommend using this establishment for your laundry needs, an amazing 15 out of 10 for me!

Well maintained and staffed; various size washers and uber-goober sized dryers made this a painless wait. The nicest attendant was on duty and helped this ignorant young adult like the surrogate mother I never knew I needed. Only downside here is getting to see little Timmy and his mom watch my panties spin in the dryer while they question my morals.

The employees are very courteous. The whole space is generally very clean which I appreciate so much. While there are signs for patrons to keep masks on and not eat inside, Ive seen people not wearing masks and eating inside frequently. The prices have gone up since the last ownership, which is too bad. Yes, there are some ways to help save some money. No, it doesnt make it that much cheaper. But again, the machines and the space is about the cleanest Ive experienced for a laundromat and that makes a good difference.

Im very sorry that this place was sell. It was great place to do laundry. Great owner and great staff. Very helpful, clean and nice!!The new owners started from raising praises for all mashing. And low drying cycle from 10 min to 8 only and raised price from 50 ¢ to 75 ¢. Now to make laundry I have to pay 9$ for large mashing 7$ for medium and 4$ for small. This new price just for regular cycle. If you want something more like extra rinse or extra washing add 50 ¢ more for each!!To compare with old prices 7.50$; 6$ and 3$. And every adds coast 25 ¢ only!!!VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! I will not come here anymore!!!

Easy, reliable and friendly staff.Usually not packed at times, and they have everything Incase you forget dryer sheets, etc... Its clean and not hot inside during the summer.

New ownership and prices are extremely high now, yet everything is still the same! Miss the old owners and the more affordable prices, friendly, helpful owner, clean, before I would have rated a 5 star. We are a Family of 10, it already costs a lot to do laundry, now its nearly $100 to wash my Families clothes when we come here, before it was around $65. No good! Not coming back anymore! Basic wash and dry shouldnt cost this much! Even with the bonus points/money for washing so much, it still costs me nearly $100!

Been washing my laundry here for the past 3 years. I gave it 5 stars because they have high quality washers that are not coin operated. Machines use a card that can be refilled with cash or debit card. Place is always clean. The new owner greets every incoming customer and thanks them for their business when they are done. The only little issue was the price on each machine had gone up. The owner was nice enough to explain a new rewards program where we can earn free laundry. I highly recommend this place for your laundry needs.

So going to the laundromat is boring, expensive and tedious...but the employee running Dash Point Laundry is a whirlwind of activity...she has that place spotless-helps incompetent older people figure out how to use the machines(yes, me)- is constantly moving and checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. Super friendly and helpful. I went on Tuesday April 6th at 12:30pm. AMAZING employee.

Clean, not jammed packed full of people, decently priced. They wipe down inside and out of all surfaced and equipment constantly. And as the icing on the cake they are friendly.

I have been going here for 3+ years. I love the big washers and dryers. The place is always clean and the new owners are nice and helpful. The new prices kinda suck but the rewards program they have is pretty awesome.

Washer and dryers are meticulously cleaned between each load. Double doors, yet tricky entry for wheelchairs like mine. Employee attendant helped walk me through the process with clear instructions and information. Well lit with surveillance cameras in public spaces. Bathroom is spotless and very clean. Other customers are couteous and very polite. Tv provided to watch while you wait. NO PUBLIC/GUEST WI-FI. But there is an open xfinity connection if you are a current xfinity customer at yhe time of this review. Isles are wide with tile floors, air conditioned well. Laundry services are available for same day pick up or next day for busy people on we go.. Check with attendant for more details. Uses a card pay system for washers and dryers, which can be loaded with bill cash, or debit cards. Coins can be exchanged at the attendant counter. Single load to quad load washers. NOT A TOP LOAD WASHER IN SIGHT! All washers are front load. Clothing is very clean after a basic single load in single load washer.

All is good, but prices increased a lot. Definitely noticed a difference with our last visit. This place was convenient for those of us struggling with this pandemic and having to increase during this time is definitely unfair. If new ownership wanted to raise they should have seen the economic impact and begin raising as things get better. Due to pricing it’s hard to comeback any time soon.

Owner was there and was amazing. Helped me every step of the way, asking if I was new or not. This was my first time and I will definitely be back. Super clean, the more you come the more perks you get for laundry and its all done with a card. No messing with icky heavy coins.

The best place to do laundry. They have state of the arts washers and dryers. Operated by a purchased card instead of coins. Its super clean and the man that works there on the night shift is extremely nice and helpful and even stayed after closing when it took a little longer to dry clothes. Ive been here about 3 times and never had any problems or issues. 👗🧣🧦👚👕🧥👘

Great place to wash, I’ve notice it has gotten cleaner now that there are new employees who seem to actually care about their jobs. I’ve been using this laundromat for the last 3 years and Drea is the most attentive and nice employee I have had the pleasure of meeting. Drea noticed I am not the most mobile person and she assisted me with carrying my laundry in from the parking lot., thank you thank you thank you!! I do however not agree with the parking situation there is no accessible handicap parking that is safe and usable. I’ve been told in the past it’s the parking lot owners and it will be addressed however it has not had any movement with being addressed. The only reason I am giving a 5 star is because of how caring I was treated by Drea, she could tell I was struggling, and she was on like crazy cleaning the entire time I was doing my laundry, never seen someone work so hard in this place.

I had a few small loads that usually cost under $20-$25 to wash and dry. I come in today and they jacked up the prices. I paid over $30 for a few small loads. I’m very disgusted. The usual Asian man isn’t here to greet us with small talk.I will not be returning. Thank you for your business but no thank you.

Clean and great machines. They use a debit card type of pay and we had left over monies.

You cant wash your clothes yourself they are the one who are suppose to do it for you theres no self service

Large washers at a decent price

Great place to come in for laundry. Its clean, machines are great and easy to use. Manger helps out not the friendliest but he helps. Big space and super clean restroom. Everyone is very respectful. Me and my kids loved it. Ohh almost forgot, the dryers are super big and great at drying for 50cents.

Pretty busy at the moment but regardless this seems like a pretty good laundrymat to me, first time Ive been to one since I was seven but still.

They change ownership and raised their prices way to high. The machines that were $5 are now 7 and the ones that were $7 are now $9. Dryers were .50 cents and would give 10minutes now is .75cents for 8minutes. This isnt fair especially with this situation were facing because of covid.

I went there because my washer wasnt working and I was running out of clean clothes while waiting for repair. I hadnt been to a laundromat for years and was surprised at the price. $8.25 for one load!On the positive side, the place was clean and well lit with security cams everywhere. They have a full time attendant who showed me how card payment works.

Always decent. I try and go on non peak hours. Plenty of large 40 lb washers and smaller ones as well. Attendent is hard to understand, but very friendly and offers to help.

I like the prepaid card system so i dont have to worry about bringing quarters.

I was greeted when I entered the door. The attendant ask me if I help the with the laundry card machine. You do need to bring cash, the is no cash machine!! Very clean and friendly.

I went to wash my clothes last night because I get off a little late & the last cycle to wash is at 7:30 and I got there at 7:25 and placed all my clothes in the building & there was a lady there she was very rude and told me you didn’t see I turned off the open sign. I told her the last wash is at 7:30 and she told me yeah but I’m closing early tonight, we are closed with an attitude. I have been going here for about a year and haven’t had an issue before until now. If your not going to allow the last wash be at 7:30 & plan to close early you should at least place a sign outside or something.

This is a great laundry thats tucked into the shopping center. When I was there it wasnt too crowded, it had good air flow, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost was less than I expected & Ill definitely be back!

Since new ownership less than a week prices have jumped by $1.25 for wash and up another .25 for drying. Expensive and not as clean as before!

I had an 8.50 at 5pm on washer #35 load that the soap didnt go through. After telling the worker 4 times, he decided to push the soap through with 9 minutes left during the rinse cycle. So after I asked 3 times to start it order, I had to wait for the entire load to go through, waste my time, and pay again to get the load washed and rinsed correctly. Worst place ever! Do not go when the tall Asian guy is working if you want any help.

Its decent. Its open on holidays, theres a bathroom available for customers. There is a system where you put money in a card to use it for each machines. Like game rooms. The 20lb laundry is $5.50, 45 is $7.50 etc etc

I walk in to do some laundry. I think I’ve been here maybe two times in the last 13 years. I have a washer and dryer at home, but I need someone to look at my washer. So I bring my determined self with about 8 loads to do.I immediately walk-in and the Asian attendant literally starts attacking me. I have a hard time understanding him, with his accent but I understand “you took blankets”. After I repeatedly asked what he said, he basically accused me of stealing blankets a month ago. Three to be exact. I tell him that I have no clue what he’s talking about as I don’t come here and haven’t been in a longgggg time. He proceeds to tell me it’s me and that his boss told him it was me. So I respond. Your boss literally called you right now to tell you I stole blankets? I tell him to walk away from me. Minutes later he shows me a video of a Hispanic, heavy set, prob 4”11, wearing a house dress, pants, sweater who apparently was caught stealing blankets. He assumed since I’m shorter and a little plump, that it was me. After he realized it WASN’T me he doesn’t apologize but instead he laughs. To add to the madness, I have vitiligo (white spots on your skin disorder), he proceeds to tell me the lady had white spots too. I can’t with the ignorance and racism. I will NEVER come here again.

I visited this place for the first time today and am VERY happy! I needed to wash three large blankets and they have plenty of large capacity washers and dryers for use. Everything was clean and nice and the man managing the place was extremely helpful and always keeping busy with cleaning, helping people, emptying lint traps, etc. The rates for their machines are inexpensive and everything came out great. The only downside is that theres not a lot of parking but thats not the fault of the laundromat. 100% will visit again!

Solid laundromat! To use the units you have to exchange your cash to a charge card which makes the place much safer, in my opinion.

This is my favorite laundromat that I have been to. I drive past several other laundromats to come to this nice place. They have lots of large washers and dryers that work well and always an employee here that keeps it really clean and will help you with anything that you need.

Very clean. I think the people working here own it because they are running around making sure everything is clean and chatting with all the customers and seem happy. I would say its kind of expensive but Ill pay extra for good service. Ill admit I was annoyed that the washers/dryers dont accept coins, you have to use a laundry card which you pay for with dollar bills only. Theres a machine near the work desk. But the attendant was happy to exchange my coin for dollars. The other thing is I would like more counter space for folding but its not crowded here (at least not Friday afternoon at 1) so not really an issue. I would definitely make this my spot for doing laundry. Oh and they have tvs with cartoons for the kids which is great.

Theres always a very courteous attendant working if you need change and its kept very clean. I dont care too much for the price and that there isnt an ATM available inside. You would also think with the technology they have to load value on their laundry cards that they could take credit/debit cards but that is not the case, it is cash only. But they have many washers and dryers & its in a convenient location.

Dryer repeatedly wouldnt get hot enough and asked the clerk to fix it. He told me to push the hi heat button. Duh I hit the hi heat button Im not stupid

The owner is friendly and a very hands on, hard worker. The place including the bathrooms are always clean, washers n dryers are in good working condition. There’s free WiFi and several tvs to keep you occupied while waiting. I noticed He doesn’t mind changing the channels for anyone especially whiny kids who don’t Wana be stuck there lol. Prices are fair.

By far the best laundry mat I have been to. The place is a bit expensive. Yet, the staff is always nice and helpful, the place is clean, and they offer wi-fi. Great location to get coffee or gran lunch while you wait.

This place requires you to use a card to do laundry here. Annoying, but its what some places do. Debit doesnt work here, so I have to run across to the atm and pull out a $20 (I was prepared with quarters) I spend $10 here and want the remainder off the card. The guy working says, What do you want? And walks away. He tells me he cant give me money back. I ask to talk to the manager. The manager gives me $8 back. Basically these jerks are stealing money. I wasnt planning on coming back which is why I requested the money off of the card. Now this place is a bad review to being all around jerks and thiefs.

Its cleaned regularly, even the slots where you put different detergents, The washes are not that bad considering the dryers only cost 10 cents per ten minutes! There are TVs for your entertainment, plenty of chairs to sit, plenty of laundry carts and they offer a laundry card that you can load money onto and it is so convenient.

Ive been using Lighthouse Laundry on 336th & 21st Ave. Dash Point is overall a better operation. Comparably priced, maybe a little cheaper. The machines run off a payment card, no quarters! Plenty of machines of various sizes. Clean facility including a restroom. Open later, 8a-10pm 7 days per week. Attendant on duty.

A bit expensive but nice and clean and they have alot of workers to keep things running smoothly. I like that, but they need more disabled parking we have to do our laundry to ! Also we have a very big family so all go together to help each other so we really are three sometimes 4 familys together yes I have 10 adult kids some with kids of there own this day three different familys came in to do it together the attendant told us we can only use 1 cart for all it was dum as all of us are paying plenty to do it here when we could have went to the cheeper one but we like coming to the cleaner one had to go after they said that and we thought out stuff would be all dry but when we got home found out the blankets were all still damp we ran them so many times can someone tell me how many times we should have restarted blanket that they do in 0.50 at a time restarted the about 10 times and is there certain dryers that are better then others? Just wondering

I called in this morning trying to speak with the owner because someone used my debit card and used 40.00 I don’t know how, one of the employee was so ignorant and not professional and he refused to help me and hang up on me “pull” his name, . Later on i came in to the laundry hoping to see the owner or talk to him , i asked politely where is the manager and he start yelling and raising his voice and he walked away.
