Jeannie, who runs this location, is wonderful! We had a great experience overall -- move-in was smooth, no problems keeping our stuff there, and move-out was also incredibly smooth. Our move-out was a bit complicated, but Jeannie took care of everything and it went very well. She is kind, friendly, and very good at her job. If we werent moving out of state, wed definitely continue to use this location for our storage needs!

I moved here from California and I have to say that this Public Storage has proven to give Great Customer Service.Anytime I had a question or concern, both the Manager Jeanie and the area Manager Jim Caster both responded pretty promptly and took care of whatever I needed them to take care of.Jim C. (Area Manager) is in California and still stays in constant contact with the customers checking in on them to see how things are going. I have never found an area manager so consistent, so nice, always willing to take care of you. I couldn’t be more happy with his genuine personality and positive attitude.I am impressed with their professionalism, along with how much they care for their customers. It indeed speaks volumes when you know that your belongings are in a safe place, and you don’t face constant situations.I moved from a larger unit down to a smaller one with no problem. If I call and leave a voice message my call is always returned.I am big on communication and when people are willing to communicate it makes things that much easier. If your looking to store your belongings at a Public Storage I highly recommend this one.

I went in to get boxes and it was 11:15 am. No one was in the office and I checked the side window n knocked to get anyone. I saw a white lady sitting in a chair and then I waved at her. I told her “I thought you were closed and it’s working hours”. She came to the front desk and aggressively yelled at me saying First off! Don’t ever knock on my window!” Then she starts ranting about how she isn’t alwys at the front desk. I just saw this lady sitting in a chair when she could of been sitting at the front desk to help customers like me. I will never go back there again. So sad that customer service these days is run by people with anger issues and no manners/respect.

The lady was very sweet and kind. She had so much knowledge and was very reliable. Very clean and neat place. She is very helpful and willing to do what she can to make your day go better and well.

Facility upkeep is horrible! Rat feces found in majority of the units, even with out any food in your personal unit. Much more costly than the competing storage services and were not able to waive any fees during the Covid19 crisis. Not a company to refer to people you care about. I recommend for you to continue the search for other options before settling for Public Storage..

This is an awesome place for storage. This was the first easy moved we had coz you could just unload it right there from your truck. It’s clean and a perfect size for our things. Didn’t need to carry it a long way. An awesome staff Jeannie as well gave us the best spot. I love her sense of humor and very friendly. She’s the best!!!

Spoke to Jeannie at the front office about storing my pickup truck while I was away to settle estate in Idaho. Great experience with public storage. My husband and I are new to the area and needed a unit asap and public storage delivered!Lisa reached out to me and worked with me so quickly to find a unit to meet all our needs. I went to the office, which is conveniently located right off of 5, filled out all the paperwork and got the keys to our unit in minutes.Lisa walked us through all the steps and answered all of our questions. She has such a great attitude and made us feel so comfortable and confident in leaving our belongings as this location.

She immediately knew my name because she said I was the only storage without a lock. This leads me to believe that their employees are actively watching the premises and making sure everything is in the right order rather then renting out space and not watching them.I told her my situation and she quickly and efficiently remedied it with a pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend this facility based on the outstanding service I have received from both their employees. If I ever had any more future storage needs, this will be the first place I will come too!!!

Great service and support. The property is strategically located at 34701 Pacific Hwy S. Federal Way, WA 98003, just off I-5, with wide road access and large units that fit our needs completely. The staff (Temila & Jeannie) were helpful, and successfully supported us completely; even when we broke the key in our lock (ARBUS). They were friendly to all our employees. Especially those individuals needing access (and werent familiar with the entry procedures). The whole staff truly made our company experience successful and positive. Well be using them again when we have the need.

Marc, Wendy & Jeannie were SO KIND and pleasant and helpful I really can’t commend them enough for the amazing customer service and hospitality they granted me over the past two days. From reservation to confirmation to move-in to the storage unit... it may be one of the easiest and painless processes you could imagine when having to deal with finding a storage unit and people who are willing to work with your needs. It’s especially not easy I find storage for a vehicle that is affordable. I highly recommend!!!

Manager and staff friendly, professional and thoroughly versed in their duties follow up phone calls were extraordinarily patient and helpful. The only thing I dislike about t storage is the hours of the day we have access to our property but I was informed that they will be expanding hours and putting his customers through less hassle and special arrangements to accomodate limited hours.

I like having a storage in this location because Jeanne is always ver friendly and ready to help. We feel that our things are safe in this public storage with her! Whenever our keys for the storage were stolen and we called to let her know, extra lock was promptly put in place. No complaints here!

I like my unit its just theres a spider down the hall I dont know if he is still there or not but I could swear he was looking at me and it freaked me out. I never really got along with spiders in the past so hopefully we can co exist.

Cyndi didnt say so, but I know her numbers took a hit when she sent me to another PS that was closer to my house, and had the size I needed available. Wow, talk about awesome customer service!! I relocated from the East coast to Auburn, WA and Cyndi made my move so much easier! During our drive to WA we hit 5 days of ice and snow storms, Cyndi kept in touch with us and help our reservation for us because we could not make the original arrival date due to the weather. After arriving, Cyndi gave me a tour of the property and showed me the unit is be renting, the property was very clean and well kept. Security was a top priority for me and I feel 100% confident my property is safe and secure at this Public Storage, I highly recommend this Public Storage and make sure you ask for Cyndi, tell her Robert Stanley sent you, she will take care of all your storage needs!

This is one of the lower priced locations for storage. Remember to read the fine print about the hours of access. Inspect your unit and door for openings and seals/gaskets (so that rodents cant enter your unit ) before you agree to rent. I had rodent problems and management was not responsive, except to take down a report. Thankfully I didnt have damage to furniture. I did throw away a number of blankets protecting furniture because of rodent evidence.

The manager at this location is so nice and friendly she always helped me when needed and offered to help she always went above and beyond to help me . My time here was great and if I ever need a storage again I will go to this location .

Im on Terminal Leave from the Army right now and needed an address to give transportation...got through the entire paperwork process in person at Public Storage.Went home and called Transportation to give them the address to ship everything to, only to find out I didnt need to take it off their hands for some time.Was able to go back and get a full refund, minus the small fee for taking the ladys time that works there, and a few dollars for the day...Was very happy that I could reverse it for so little due to the mix up.

Jeannie is the most wonderful person. Kind and caring. Makes the process of using this clean safe property a breeze. The DM Chuck is also a huge asset to Public Storage considerate and helpful. Ive been with this specific PS for 3 years and will always use them. Dont pay a company to not care for your belongings. Take them to the Public Storage on 347th, Federal Way. You wont be disappointed.

I got there at exactly 5 PM on a Sunday, but Cyndi was super nice and helped us even though they were closed. With moving being a nightmare, she made our finishing process go smoothly. The level of customer service we received was beyond expected. Highly recommended (especially if Cyndi is there!)
