WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER BEEN TO. Do not waste your time taking your vehicle here. These people are unprofessional, they will try and rush you in and out like your services do not matter to them, it’s quality over quality for them. The first services I have done here was a simple oil change and I was treated like a number, in n out. Didn’t ask me about my options of oil or anything. Than 2 weeks later I notice my car is leaking oil! Now I’m back here on my day off at 8am to see if they just rushed the job and didn’t put the filter back on or if one of their new rookie employees made a mistake. I know it’s COVID and times are hard but that does not mean to change your customer service standards.ONE LAST THING: If you are coming in for services be prepared to sit outside on the curb as they have no indoor waiting area but are crammed up to 3 people in a 4x3 office. && If your disabled they don’t care.

The Dealership sales team is great but the service team needs a lot of work. Is seams to me that the only thing they want to work on is recall items. After my warranty has expired then they fixed the issue with my truck that i have asked about many times and was something that was a issue since I bought the truck new and told that it was all good. I have had to clear the notice evry time i start the truck. And when i told them i just want to have the issue fixed they would bring up the recall issues up over and over again. I told them i would take it to a dealership closer to my home to have it fixed. In a nut shell the service department needs a lot of help. And now I am looking to buy a new 2022 3500HD but not from this dealership due to the service department.

I dropped my car off at 10, was told Id hear back about it at 12. I ended up having to call at 2 myself to wait to be told Id have to be called back. Was finally called back to be told my car was ready.I paid almost 200 dollars to be told my low battery issue was because a wire wasnt on the battery, and that them looking wasnt covered by my extended warranty. I feel like my lack of car knowledge was exploited and that Id be better off trying to fix issues like this on my own. Especially if Im going to have to wait twice as long as Im told to expect.On top of that, they made me wait about 10 minutes after paying for them to finally bring my car around.I dont expect a service shop to work for free. I do feel, though, that they could have better handled the situation to not make me feel financially taken advantage of because Im not a mechanic myself and didnt want to risk damaging my new Corvette.They could have turned me into a lifelong customer and instead I look at them as a second option at best. Id sooner take my car to Auburn next time after researching myself than do business with people who dont care.

Been coming here for years. You guys do great work. Only annoyance is that yesterday when I went to get my oil changed the guy who checked me in, told me to expect an hour or just over an hour until my car is done. It took over 2 and a half hours for my oil change. I would have been fine waiting for over two hours if I had been mentally prepared for it. Things happen so maybe something happened with an other car and that’s why it had to be longer, which is completely fine it just would’ve been nice being kept in the loop

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change and asked specifically for any recommended preventative maintenance. I was told nothing was due, but further investigation shows 1. Change oil, rotate tires - Tires not rotated and had to remind it had oil changes for life. 2. Replace passenger compartment air filter - not done. 3. Replace engine air cleaner - not done. 4. Change the automatic transmission fluid and change filter - not done. 5. Change transfer case fluid - not done. 6. Inspect evaporative control system - not done. The paperwork states that an MPVI was complete, no paperwork to show for that. I had to call in and ask for my vehicle, it took me 5 tries to get someone to answer the phone in service, then finally an I forgot to call you, sorry. Customer service has gone way down over the years, and I am seriously considering having my vehicle serviced by someone who cares about the customer. I now have to find another dealer to perform the maintenance that should have been done as requested!

All you have to do is ask for Dan. His customer service is beyond amazing! When he tells you “if you have any questions just give me call”, he really means it! I had trailering questions and he was always available to answer them and give recommendations. He saved me in some very frustrating moments. He also helped me haggle in my RV purchase. As a consumer, his customer service is very rare! He treats you as an equal, and will not b.s. you! He is as patient as they come!It was a breeze through the service department and the parts department. Again, because Dan helped speed up the process. If you’re interested in buying a Chevy, do yourself a favor and ask for Dan. You will not be disappointed. If you find yourself having a bad experience with Dan, there might be something wrong with you.

Your dealership is clearly short staffed. I tried calling for 2 hours only to go to voicemail continuously. Drove down to dealership and waited a good long while just to get acknowledged and told someone will be with you in a minute. The minute turned into about 15-20 minutes until a Manager person asked how we were and I stated we just needed a little help. He did step in and intervene which was greatly appreciated but the whole time the service advisors were rushing around trying to process paperwork. I understand it’s not the direct fault of your employees but I think you need to try and hire more help. I was also verbally quoted. $300 and then charged $500.

Dealing with Jet Chevrolet has been the worst vehicle purchasing the experience I have had. You really get a sense of what a business is like and how they feel about their customers when problems arise. The truck I bought was defective from the beginning. After two days it had to be towed for repairs and has been in the shop for almost a month with no resolution. To compound the frustration the communication fr Jet Chevrolet has been non existent. It took me almost two weeks to get a call from the general manager about the situation. Once he did call there was no sense the they are going to help me at all with this. To spend 75k at a dealer and have them say look there is nothing we can do for you better call gm is beyond frustrating. Customer service is poor and doesn’t not seem they care at all about the customers experience once the sale is through. This would be a 0 star review if it would allow it Buyer beware!

This is the 11th vehicle Ive purchased through Jet Chevrolet. My first purchase was in 1989, coincidentally a vehicle I still own. Two of my children have bought cars from Jet, and Ill probably buy a couple more before Im through. Ive dealt with Marc Johnson for years and he always provides excellent service, as do Destiny, Phil, and Eli. Jet Chevrolet staff are personable and the buying process is honest and straightforward. Im fortunate I can call Marc, give him a list of what Im looking for and hell always find several options for me to consider. He knows his product, is experienced and always provides honest answers. I probably am receiving quality service what you normally cost an arm and a leg, but at Jet Chevrolet it coct two arms, two legs, an elbow and some other parts, it would not be so bad, except they seem to think that I as a customer am getting a great, great deal, which in my opinion is completely wrong, and they are blind of the reality,,,,, that I feel completely ripped off 🤔🤔😳😲✌😎🍻

We made an appointment and Philip was there waiting when we arrived. He was very frank, and didnt try to hard sell us. They honored the price they quoted me online and didnt tack on a ton of extras. They had one extra for $200 that they promptly removed when we asked. The finance department did a great job of getting us the terms we wanted. The zero cost warranty they include plus free oil changes for life was a very nice extra. Id buy another car here for sure.

I had a great experience buying my Chevy. Everyone I talked to was very helpful, and they got me into a car I didnt think I would be able to afford. One thing I advise, however, is to make sure that you get a spare key! Both of my sons were offered a spare when they bought their cars. I wasnt, and Covid hit a little after a month after. When I recently called to see if I could get one, I was quoted a serious price and (quite rudely) asked why I hadnt taken care of it sooner. So, not happy with that, but its the only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars from me. I love my Cruze!

Overall Id give a 4 star, but Brandon in service has been kind to help me with 2 small issues that arose in my car since a major repair earlier this month that I thought could be related. He ended up taking care of both follow up visits even though it didnt have to do with the oil leak I had fixed. I really appreciate that as it makes me want to return even though the service and facility is not as good as Toyota of Puyallup that I was used to before switching cars recently. Theyre nice enough though and I like their lax mask policy. Not as harsh to people with health concerns if they cant wear a mask.

I have brought both my cars here, a regal and a corvette, several times for various service reasons. They misdiagnosed a check engine light despite having top tier obd readers and mechanics. They wanted to overcharge me for said serpentine belt replacement which wasnt the correct diagnoses. Refused to refund me for a key when it didnt work in front of the merchant right after I bought it, and one of my speakers in the corvette didnt work after I took it in for a general inspection. They had very stern service and I wouldnt consider it hostile but it certainly isnt friendly. Instead of helping me with issues I come to them with, they just come out and try to put me in another car.Reply to Owner: Wont be contacting or coming back, bad business practices.

Will start going elsewhere. At this point, I could care less about free oil changes for life. Their service department has zero customer service. Its noted on my account to get car washes and never have had a car wash. I even asked prior to my oil change and they sprayed my car with water as if they washed it. I would rather pay for oil changes and service at another dealership then have to deal with their service department again. Makes me wonder about the $1015.00 I spent on a service in June if they even did anything.

A few years ago I bought a brand new Malibu from GILCHRIST CHEVROLET. I went to all my service appointments there and most of those experiences were OK. So when I decided to buy another new Malibu, although I saw Jet had the exact one I wanted I reached out to Gilchrist first out of loyalty.Big mistake.They were aware Ive been a customer of theres for 5 years; yet their internet sales department was rude, condescending and tried to take advantage of my loyalty by telling me their first offer was their best which was doubling my interest rate (although it was still with GM and my payment history is PERFECT), not giving me rebate and saying they may/may not trade with the other dealership and I need to take something they have in inventory.I passed and emailed JET.Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, but there terms were MUCH better terms - half the rate quoted by Gilchrist, full rebate. But MIKE PARKS was professional, courteous, apologetic (we went during a rush period and had to wait awhile to sign papers), and he followed up to see how I liked the car.Even if youre in Tacoma, take the short drive to Fed Way and go see MIKE PARKS at Jet. You wont be disappointed!

I never leave bad reviews but my last vehicle purchase from Jet Chevrolet has changed that. We have bought 3 vehicles from Jet Chevrolet over the last 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I purchased a low mile used car from Jet Chevrolet back in August and the next day a rear wheel bearing started to fail. They scheduled the car to get fixed the following week and ended up replacing the rear wheel bearing. I asked for a receipt of the work that was done but they said it wasn’t ready and that they would mail it to me. I still haven’t received it in the mail. The car drove fine after that but if it sat for over a 24hr period of time the battery would be completely dead. I should’ve put more thought into it when they had to jump the car before we were able to test drive it but the salesman assured me that it was because it has been sitting on the lot for a few months. We ended up replacing the battery because I got off of work and the car wouldn’t start. After installing a new battery there would still be a parasitic drain on the battery over night. There were also no running lights, only brake, turn signal and headlights. I work over 60hr work weeks so my time is very limited during the week to take it in or drop it off at a mechanic. So we were down to only one vehicle for over a month. I had a day off during the week so I stopped by Jet Chevrolet to talk to our regular Salesman about trading it in to get something else because of all the issues it was having but he was busy with another customer to help me. He had me speak with another salesman that was more interested in trying to sell me a new truck rather than listen to what I wanted. He couldn’t tell me if or what they would give me on my trade in for the car I bought from them less than 3 months prior because Cadillac’s have “tanked” since Covid. He laughed when I told him where I wanted to be on monthly payments on a used truck and failed to ask what I even had for a down payment. Even after I just explained to him that I put a good amount of money down on this current vehicle to have those low monthly payments. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes and he was just a waste of my time and made me feel like I was wasting his. I ended up taking my car to a mechanic that fixed all of the issues with the car that should’ve been fixed before it was ever put up for sale. So be careful when purchasing a used car and don’t believe everything your salesman tells you!

Called to have something serviced under my warranty, was advised to come in the next day and they would get it fixed. Showed up, and was ignored by the staff, and when I asked about the service department was told to park my car in the middle of the lot, and to go leave keys with service department (very coldly) I might add, as I was about to park my car saw services guys jumping into cars with oil on their clothes and no protection placed on seats or floor boards, decided to leave as I wasnt getting my new Car covered in oil, because of their lack of care, of other peoples belongings. Decided to go to Puyallup Chevrolet, since I had better experiences in the past with service with them. Complete waste of time, after leaving read the reviews about the service department, and come to find out, Im no the only one who has felt this way! STAY AWAY from JET they dont seem to care about helping customers!Nope, already got my issue handled at Puyallup Chevrolet. With one call, they made an appointment, directed me where to go, when I got there and took care of me. Also, I love that theyre open Saturdays now, for anyone else that needs great service.

Bill Le Veque went way out and beyond to help me I had problem before and he helped me t hen and he is one of the Sales guys and he walked to me back to service dept and Arron girl helped me also. She made sure and Bill made sure they helped me with my free oil change..The other lady dont know her name in Service dept she most of times takes payments and she was so friendly but every time I went in there she is always friendly and smiling which all should be since its customer service .I have small business myself selling and making metal art and I made sure each one of them gotten littel magnets for being awesome to me and others there. But do wanted to say ALL SALES PEOPLE are always very helpful Michael and PHiL also . When Phil is there hes also in SALES always asks me how I am doing and now that I have Met in person Bill if i ever get other car or truck I am reaching out to one of them. I brought my vehicle in due to the engine light indicating a problem. I checked my vehicle using a code reader, the code indicated that there was caused by an Evape leak, I informed the dealership of what I discovered and gave them an OME part to replace (Evape solenoid) the dealership informed me that they founnd no problem and did no repair work. after getting my vehicle back the engine light came on, I had the Evape soleoid replaced and problem solved, but NOT by Jet Chevrolet by the way this was the third time I had them look at it and was charged.

From my initial phone call through the whole process he was so helpful . Also Eric the mechanic was so nice and worked so hard with my car. Great timing and keeping with the appointment and completing the work. Service advisor was spot on with estimation of completion. Unfortunately after I received my keys and went to my vehicle, there was an oil smudge on my driver door. It is intimidating when buying a new vehicle, many thousands of dollars spent and you have no idea if you are REALLY getting a good deal and the best price.
