My husband and I have been coming to Glenn’s for several years now for the care of our cars. We love their friendly + honest + efficient service and their rates are very reasonable. I brought my car in this afternoon for a new starter — and they had the part ordered, delivered, and installed super fast — like within 2 hours (not even long enough for me to get home and take a full shower 😂). Always super happy knowing Glenn’s is taking care of my car!

So I went here after my 2001 honda accord started to act up. The first diagnostic found nothing wrong with the engine. So they charged me half the price for the diagnostic. Second time, they admitted the car may be on the end of its service life. They asked me what they want me to do with it instead of making a suggestion to do a 1000$ fix. I told them to change the oil and tell me whats wrong with it. Turns out they were right, charged me 160$ which is incredibly fair compared to alot of mechanics. Im grateful to them for being honest. I will go out of my way to go hete

Good service, if not a little pricey to be honest. None the less you get what you pay for here which is good service so Im fine with that.The man at the service desk was personable and offered excellent customer service. My only gripe is my car took a day and half longer than first quoted. Id recommend this place.

Tries to upcharge . First question was have I already go received a quote and if they were from independent mechanic shops. When asked how much for labor only they asked where my parts were from and when I told them they laughed and refused. Coming from a mechanics daughter, over charging on brakes doesn’t mean they’re better.

I have taken my Jeep here on a handful of occasions. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I very much appreciate that they always give an honest assessment and get the work done quickly. If you are looking to get your car repaired, you cant do better than Glenns!

They were able to get in same day for a used vehicle pre-purchase inspection. Mark was super helpful, upfront, and knowledgeable. Cost was reasonable and overall great experience with them!

First time using Glenns Auto and I gotta say, they blew away my expectations. I thought I had a bad clutch but they informed me that it was actually a cracked motor mount. Kudos to them for being honest and not just replacing my clutch then charging me for the motor mount! Honest and forthcoming, my experience with the staff was great, they went above and beyond to keep me up to date on my repairs and made sure I left happy. I am going to have to schedule my next oil change with them as well!

Have been a customer for 15 years. I needed to have a car towed there to have them figure out what was wrong. They promptly diagnosed the problem and my son wanted to fix it himself so we came and towed the car home. They charged a minimal diagnosis fee and were very professional in their customer service.

Three stars because they do the work but I dont trust their judgment, they wanted $650 to do breaks on just the front end said I only had 10% left and I took and had a friend do it and he said you had nearly 50% left. Anyway they also wanted to do a tune-up another 650 dollars, dont trust them

We were in town on business for the day when we noticed our truck started leaking fuel really bad. We found Glenns Auto repair on google and drove the truck there. We needed to get the truck fixed that day so we could head back home to Yakima. The gentlemen at this fine establishment immediately diagnosed our problem and ordered the parts locally right away. They had us back on the road in a few hours. Life savers 10/10 would recommend ! Mark Is the man !

Locally owned, small-town vibe. Better prices than the chain places, and no coupon required! They dont charge for the inspection if you have any other work done, which is nice. Very thorough and straightforward, no nonsense shop :) Im glad I found them.

I had a flat tire emergency and these guys took exceptional care of me and cost me about 15% less than going to the dealer. I have been bringing my car in for all my auto needs and services ever since. Overall I am very happy with the staff, the time it takes to complete (I work full-time) tasks, and love how much they educate me on every step of the way.

I came to Glenn’s on a Saturday morning, sure that it would be a long wait to get my oil changed. They got the job done quick! The entire procedure, from the time I got there to the time I left, took 20 minutes. The quality of service was excellent, and thanks to Glenn’s, something that I had been dreading became something very easy and painless. Glenns is definitely my new go to!

I called Glenn’s on Monday and when Norm answered the phone he was so inviting.He took the time to listen and even went above and was explaining all the different things that could be wrong with my car.I explained to him that I needed a realizable car to get my wife back and forth to appointments because she is dealing with Cancer. He said no worries bud, we’ll get her going again for you.When I picked up my car on Thursday he was even that much inviting I loved his hospitality. Great people but they couldnt help me

My old Miata needed a lot of work done due to an accident, and they did phenomenal work on bringing it back to being brand new. Fixed the engine, the transmission, cooling system and set up new brakes. Not only that, the customer service experience was top notch and very streamlined.Also brought them my mid-2010s Honda Civic which had a really quirky issue but they figured it out, turned out the issue were the clutches, they checked it out and gave me options for it, I ended up really happy.

These guys are great! I own a Ford F-150 and have avoided putting a lot of money into it so when I took it to the Glenns I was ready for a huge bill. To my surprise they did a full inspection on the vehicle but it was only a few hundred dollars worth of work that needed to be done. The guy at the front was very informative and did not pressure me for anything but just gave me great advice. I had the work done and they were able to finish it the same day I will be coming back.

Was recently having some care troubles and some lights were on in my Jeep. A co-worker recommended Glenns so I checked it out. They were able to resolve my issues at an affordable price and was released to find that the warning lights were due to a faulty sensor which they fixed right away. I was happy to know they didnt try to charge me for something extra because of the light. Greatly recommend the good staff at Glenns.

This business showed me that it is not always about the money. Burton helped me out so much and saved my time by sharing his knowledge and thoughts about the problem with my car. Burton helped me have a good day. I wish more techs were like Burton. He helped me with my bmw.

I brought my truck in to have the change oil alarm turned off, Mark got the alarm to turn off and changed the oil, too! Quick turn around too, dropped off truck before work and picked back up on lunch break. Thanks Guys!!

My windshield wipers broke as I was driving south on I5 on a very rainy day. This was the closest auto repair shop. They diagnosed the issue, ordered a new part and had it repaired in less than 4 hours. Friendly, quick, efficient service. Highly recommend!

I had Glenns retrieve my vehicle from the body shop and they performed some axle work. The work was done solidly, on time, and without any up selling. If they had cleaned up after their work, I would have given them 5 stars. I will return to get further work accomplished.

HORRIBLE shop! took in a 03 civic because it was over heating. shop told us it was the thermostat, so we paid for them to install a new one. When we got the car back, it was still over heating. Took the car to the shop a SECOND time, and they told us there was a crack in the radiator & they would fix it. After the second time coming when we got the car back, it was STILL over heating!! we decided not to return to the shop and find a new shop. Come to find out they never even replaced the thermostat or fixed the radiator!! I do not recommend coming here at all, they scammed us out of $1,000+.

Everyone Glenn auto repair is not a good place to go they took my 725 dollars and did not even fix my car, for a matter a fact the car got worst. their customer service was not that good, so everyone stay away from this place I dont want the same thing that happened to me too happen to you. Learn from my mistakes.

Got my emission checked dont on my lunch break. Still had time to get lunch and run errands

Tried to get emissions done on my car cause I was told that they do the emissions test called twice both times I was told the guy who does the emissions testing was gone. When I went in the guy had just left.... These times I called and went in were times that I was told he was suppose to be there. He must not like his job....

Im not sure what is going on over here but these guys tried to charge me $808 to get my car fixed, I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else for half the price. I tried to get my emissions testing done here but they told me it would be a 3 hour wait! The list goes on... Do not go here...
