The Chevy Impala 2003 car was fixed and now runs great! Very reasonable prices. I plan to go there for my future car repairs when needed.

I brought my car in because the AC was making a horrible noise. Dropped it off after work and left it overnight. They called me the next day to tell me it was fixed. When I went in to pick it up, they said theyd found a piece of rubber wrapped around the blower motor (no idea how it got there) and they checked around my engine to make sure none of the belts snapped or something. My AC and heater are working perfectly now and my car feels like its running a little smoother.Theyre priced fairly and I didnt feel like I was being upsold on any services. I mentioned when I brought it in that I think I also needed my brakes done and they took a look and let me know I still had a little more time left on them, so I didnt need to get them done right away, which as someone whos working on a budget, was very much appreciated. Ill definitely be bringing my car back for oil changes and the like in the future.

We were referred to Richard (owner) and his shop by a good friend of ours. I can honestly say this was the best experience Ive had with an auto repair place. Not only did Richard save me over $1,000 but he educated me on why my car wasnt starting and explained in detail the process of what he would be doing. This mechanic is the real deal. He is an honest man and knows exactly what he is doing. He saved me thousands of dollars by not overcharging for work that did not need to be done that other shop was recommending. They don’t have an alignment machine. My clutch is still slipping be honorable and right what’s wrong with what you say you can fix. None of the red safety tape propaganda you protect yourself from.

I called and spoke to a gentleman about my transmission in my car and he was very helpful. I will more than likely take my car to this repair shop to have the transmission looked at. Very nice man.

Wanted lower miles on the motor, but to and from Federal Way to Seattle, its running like a champ. I highly recommend this shop. Even offered a inspection after driving a while and a oil change! Had a horrible experience here today as a first time customer. If you want to be treated different for trying to use discounts that they offer on Groupon than this is your place. I showed up for my appointment, checked and walked down the street and started shopping and I got a call stating that they would not be honoring my Groupon because a previous owner had brought my vehicle in and used a Groupon. I spoke directly to the owner and brought to her attention that it says for new customers only and one per person, not per vehicle. Even though I was a new customer and this was my first time here I was advised this was not her problem that I needed to take it up with Groupon. Thankfully Groupon is more helpful than the owner of this place. I was able to get my money back from Groupon and for sure will not be bringing any business here and I would advise the same to any one else.

Dropped by on a whim for an oil change. Full synthetic price was on par with any chain place Ive come across, and even cheaper than a few Ive seen. The receptionist was knowledgable and personable. Best part? Every 5th oil change is free! Will return.

The customer service provided by mr.Rich is one of a kind Im new to area and have dealt with couple different auto shops and multiple car and truck issues and by far they are most professional, genuine, and give real evaluations of your vehicles problems good or bad and what it will take to get it up to par. They are the type of local mom and pops auto mechanic that are really out to make sure you know whats wrong with your vehicle. Not just out to make a buck.
