0/10 would not recommend. Horrible service. Steals from customers with a smile. An agent told me on the phone I would not be charged for something and 5 seconds later its on my bank statement. And then it takes 7-10 days to get back on my card......or so Im told who knows with this company. Buyer Beware

ZERO STARS. Forced to give one and it burns my soul. Literally the worst internet company to ever exist. Customer Service will hang up on you and refuse to send a technician out when you ask. They do not listen to any customer concerns. Was without Wi-Fi for a whole day, literally, and on the phone with them the next day for HOURS constantly going back and forth about needing a technician but they kept trying to troubleshoot when that clearly wasnt working. I missed a whole day of work because of their failure to get a technician out to my home.

No hassle installation, the technician only had to come into my home once.

Absolutely atrocious company. From the internet to the customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I wouldn’t even consider this company!! After 2 weeks my 91 yo Mother-in-law has no telephone and they feel that if they drop the receivers off that is their level of customer service. In other words figure it out yourself and send us your money!

Absolutely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. First off have the wrong phone number on their own website. Tell you the number is disconnected. Our phone And internet coming and going for 6 months. Finally went out and said 5 days before can get anyone out here

I have had nothing but issues with this company. I have had to call tech support every other month for two years. Each time they just send a new modem but the problem is never fixed. I move..they send someone out to set it up. But I am told they charge 85 an hour to enter the house. I call tech support because it’s not working and get told they turned my service off...call and talk to customer service. So..the first time I try to call there is a five hour wait. The next day I call back..wait on hold for three hours and get disconnected before I can speak to anyone. The next day I call again..four times..get disconnected before ever speaking to anyone. I called spectrum and got service the next day, I now want to return the six modems that belong to century link and have been piling up but no one answers the phone at the local office. It just goes to a voice message telling me to call the 800 number, and we know how that’s been working for me. I’m so done with this company, I hope I never have to deal with them again.

The cable sent to fix our WiFi was extremely and slept with my wife. Our WiFi still isn’t fixed and we’re getting a divorce
