Very unfriendly staff. The guy was impatient and needs to work on his communication skills to make things clear instead of giving the customer an attitude. Y’all should go to a different ATnT store :)

I went in to buy a new phone and switch to unlimited data a few weeks ago. Dustin helped me out and talked me through all of the different phones and plans I had to choose from. I really appreciated the effort and how easy it was compared to other phone buying experiences.

If I could give no stars I would. Brian B at this store sat there and lied right to my face. He told me he had to order the phone but I would have it the next day. Checked shipping not even sent. Then, I checked ATT not sent date was 5 days out. He told me if I went to the main store it would be more money. Called main store they assured me this was a lie. Tried to call the number above and it is disconnected lol. Anyone know how to reach this place?

Called the store and phone is disconnected. Been sitting outside for 10 minutes trying to get in before they close and all the lights are on but no one opening locked door or in store.

Went to activate service for the first time and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
