Horrible experience. Tim did not take care of the things that he said he would and did not treat my family and I very well. Would not recommend him as your realtor.

Scum! Showed me a place that was filthy, told me he would have it cleaned, and painted and replace missing cabinets, after we signed he never did any of that, this guy will LIE to get you to sign. DONT TRUST HIM! If at all possible find someone else as your realtor. You will never be able to get ahold of him when you need him, at best he might send his assistant who wouldnt have a clue. This was the WORST experience ever. Not to mention he changed the air filters 2 times in 18 month, even after telling him repeatedly that my kids are asthmatics. Once he gets you to sign, he will ignore you and treat you like crap, if you bring problems about the property to him he takes it as if your causin him problems, mainly because he doesnt care to take care of you, or your family needs. Iam only giving him 1 star because I have to, if I could I would give him a -5 stars.
