From beginning to end they did a fantastic job. The estimate was accurate and the workmanship was great. We even had their plumber reinstall the garbage disposal and all the plumbing for the dishwasher and faucet. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks for great customer service.

The staff at Granite Countertop Warehouse are very nice, personable, and professional. Their granite options were plentiful and the prices were great. We didnt give 5 stars because when their guy came out to do measurements for the template prep he didnt verify if the condition of the base of our counters were adequate & conducive to install. When they came out a week later to do the install the poor guys realized they couldnt install one of our counters because the base was unleveled. The first guy should have been able to determine this when he came to create the template. It delayed the completion of our install and made double work for them. However, once we got the counter fixed they were back shortly after. All in all, a good company to work with through the process. Amy and Dave were very helpful to us!

I thought I would NEVER be able to afford granite...I have a lot of counter space in the kitchen and never dreamed Id get such a good price...but I drove to Fayetteville and the PERFECT granite was there, the perfect price and there were 2 slabs in stock. Selina was very helpful and so sweet!! Being able to pay 1/2 at order time and balance at completion really helped too. I had already purchased the sink I wanted and they took it with them when they came to measure and did an under mount, which looks awesome. I cant say enough good things about them!! You CAN, yes YOU CAN afford granite countertops from Granite Countertop Warehouse!!

The worst customer service experience ever. This guy Dan Harper charged me $150 to remove my old countertop but also within the same contract state my Apron sink must be installed. Ask yourself how could I install the Apron sink without removing my own countertop? During my initial visit to the Fayetteville showroom, Dan Harper asked if I need a sink, I informed him that I had previously purchased my sink and faucet. At no time did he inquire about they type of sink. Even wrote in my contract to have sink “on hand” NOT INSTALLED. A day prior to my template measurements, I received an email from Crowe Custom Countertops stating my Apron sink must be fully installed prior to template measurements. I canceled & requested a full refund. A credit card authorization can be reversed overnight and by day 15 I still had not received my $1K deposit. Dan Harper refused to reply to my emails & when I called I was told he was on another line. I sent him a final email around 2pm threatening to take legal action & mysterious by 4 PM, my $1K was back on my card. Beware of overpriced granite. My neighbor was charged half the price for granite and was told they were going out of business a week after my purchase. The same business is located in multiple locations in Metro Atlanta including Acworth. I do not trust the people operating this company.UPDATE: Today 8/7/2019, I received a call from a representative for this company. She was very professional and very apologetic regarding my experience. She did not minimize my experience or my perception of my experience. She only wanted to make it right. I believe that I would have had a different experience if more people within this company knew what was going on. I also believe this may have been an isolated incident based on the reputation of this company & other reviews. I had to go with another company but I was offered the opportunity to make this right and I really appreciate their efforts.

We replaced our countertops that were Durastone and they were falling apart. We are extremely satisfied with our Granite tops and were very pleased with pricing and the installation process. The personnel were very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the process of installation. The counters are a great addition to the value of our home.

Granite Countertop Warehouse did an amazing job at installing my countertop. The countertop fit perfectly and the process was quick. They have a great selection and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They where timely for the measurement of my countertop as well as the installation. The installers where very polite and efficient and they made sure that everything was cleaned up after they completed the installation. I will use them again for my next project. I would definitely recommend Granite Countertop Warehouse.
