The service was done in a timely manner, very nice technician. Initially the technician was a bit unsure of pricing. Aqua is requiring all homeowners with backflow devices to have them inspected. The tech was maybe there about 10 minutes. I had a small leak out of one of the valves and he stated it couldnt be repaired and I needed to replace the whole entire unit. The price started at $1200 to $1500. Then they stuck with the high end of the price range. I could be wrong, but I had someone else come out and stated that valve could be replaced. Im not a plumber so Im not sure, I just feel like $1500 is a bit ridiculous. At least try and repair it first. Just saying.

Dave and Ken appeared on time to deliver outstanding service. They explained to me the paperwork that I need to complete to the satisfaction of the water company, which was quickly done! Thanks, guys! You were great!

Instead of charging me for them to fix it, they told me the piece I need to buy and its a simple DIY fix. I appreciate that honesty in a service company. Seems to me it would be very easy to stretch out the time to do a job since the charges are calculated by the hour but that is not the case. He got in and got out without wasting time! November 2020My experience using this company was great! I love the fact that two workers came out instead of one. They came out and replaced my garbage disposal within a half hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Had an issue with our garbage disposal and contacted Flow-Rite for assistance. The company sent Doug who was working in Sanford to our home which was over an hour away. Also, the call was placed in the early evening. Services could have been scheduled for another day. Instead he came to our home on the same day the call was placed and was able to identify the problem. Thank God that it was just a minor issue that was quickly resolved. My family appreciates Flow-Rites expedited services and will contact them again if we experience any plumbing issues in the future.

Honest company

I HAD AN ISSUE AT MY RESTAURANT ON A WEEKEND.MY SEPTIC BACKED UP AND IT WASNT PRETTY. I CALLED THEM AT 1AM. AND THEY WERE THE VERY NEXT MORNING ON A SUNDAY. PROBLEM SOLVED. 5 STAR RECOMMENDATION

I called Flow-Rite yesterday evening and they were able to come right out and take care of the problem and their price was reasonable. I had called Roto Rooter first but they werent able to come take care of the leak for a couple of hours and it would cost me $100 just for the visit. Thanks for taking care of the problem so quickly David - will be calling you soon to resolve my water pressure issue!!

David and Doug did an excellent job with our hot water heater installation and our faucet and sink installation. They were very responsive to our concerns and meticulous in their work. We look forward to working them in all future plumbing and drain needs.

We are remodeling our home and had the plumbing redone by flow rite. They did great work and we passed inspection with minimal deficiencies. However, the crew did not remove the old pipes. Once we told them they came out to remove them, but left a trail of crud under the house to the front yard where there was literally a pile poop! We also had another contractor working on the house at the same time and he reported that a flow rite employee was less than professional. Also, the price quoted for installing gas lines were 23% more than another company. Overall ok company and did great work, but left a mess. I would not work with this company again.

This company does not provide good service. job was for a cosmetic fix that a prior company selected by Lowe’s did not deliver. They did a horrible job! Would not recommend Flow-rite to anyone...

This company did plumbing on my home when it was being renovated (before i purchased it). After living in the home for less than a week i noticed the kitchen sink leaking water (not excessive but enough to concern me) wanted original plumbers to look at it because it just seemed like something needed to be tightened. Got a hold of Flow Rite and they sent someone out on a Sunday to take a look (awesome!) I was charged $54 to tighten the drain that the guy willfully admitted probably wasnt sealed properly in the first place! Was told if it continued to leak that it may need to he replaced but would deduct $54 from the price to replace (ok i will deal) i mentioned to the person that i had a home warranty and he basically told me that because of past issues with other places that i would need to pay up front and have my warranty reimburse me! He told me to wait 5 days and if continued to leak then call back! Well THE NEXT DAY started to leak again...as well get EXTREMELY CLOGGED! I called back and made an appointment for someone to come look at it...and THEY NEVER SHOWED...DIDNT EVEN CALL TO SAY THEY COULDNT MAKE IT! I dont understand why i was charged for work that wasnt done properly in the first place but i got over that but to just not show up for a scheduled appointment is totally unprofessional!

I had a 0830 appt. today with Flow-Plumbing, serviceman was very prompt. He came in and fixed the problem before I could find a channel on the TV to watch. The serviceman comes out the bathroom and said youre good to go. Wow! Go with the PROs, go with Flow-Rite Plumbing and Drain Service, Hope Mills, NC... 5 stars across the board hands down.
