I needed rest, ran away from home. The one who checked me in understood my need and gave me a room tucked ... awesome!!. I checked out and checked back in because of my first result. However, I ended up in a different room whereas my stay wasnt so pleasant because of the people above me. Constant noise like a basketball bouncing and then someone stomping. I ended up spending an additional 500+ and did not rest. My room wasnt changed but someone did address the noise. I love the Embassy. Its not a motel 6 but sometimes, people spend the money without taking others into consideration.

It was definitely clean. Had plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout the entire facility, had the choice of room service or in the dining hall. Bar took measures to social distance. I would have given this location 5 stars had an incident been handled correctly.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. The suites are perfect for my family of 7. Free breakfast is always a plus. My kids loved the food. I wish there were more healthy options like fresh fruit. My husband loved the omelette station. Sausage was greasy. Room not ready at check in but when I complained they found us another. Overall positive stay and reasonable price.

Nice hotel. Rooms spacious and bedroom is separate from living area. Continental breakfast was one of the best weve ever had. Made fresh to order. Nice location. Felt safe. Friendly staff ( especially housekeeping) . They appeared short staffed (like everywhere else) and always had a smile. Beds were comfortable except the pull out sofa ( springs poking through). I would stay again due to the room size but some of the carpets and chairs/ couches could be replaced.

Excellent!!! If I had to live in a hotel this is the one I would live in..The Food was the Best hotel food...they have pool. The service was OUTSTANDING and for beds are Wonderful...I cant wait to stay here again

I specifically went here for the hot tubs I stayed three days and each day I got an excuse of why the hot tubs were not hot for us it was the boiler then guest like cool … then don’t go in the hot tub going to pool . so I requested that it be turned up still was not made horrible stay . But on my last day that I’ll try it one more time and what do I find a dirty Band-Aid laying right next to the hot tub it was no towels in there it was clear that it was not cleaned on night long or disinfect it . It was a time where I would never say any other place but I Hilton this place has made me change my mind. tremendous amount of money to stay there and not worth the price if the amenities are not up to standard

Almost everything was amazing. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are kept up well. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant despite being short staffed. The front desk and kitchen staff were always helpful, pleasant, and cheery. Our biggest disappointment was the pool was not kept up. The water was so murky you couldnt see the bottom of the pool, then closed for maintenance the rest of our stay. The hot tub also out of order.

I really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated that staff still wore masks. We enjoyed the steps taken to transitionback from bagged meals. I appreciated the option of plasticware or silverware. I witnessed tables being sanitized quickly and efficiently. The omelet maker is back! Michael runs the weekend hospitality like a well oiled machine! Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable!

Everything in the hotel was beautiful, clean, and up to date. The full breakfast was amazing! My husband and I were able to bring in some food and enjoy a few drinks during happy hour. Staff were all very kind, helpful, and professional. I will not hesitate to return!

Did not care about or enforce local mask mandate. Even hotel staff, despite Hilton posted policy, didnt comply. Go here if you want to catch COVID.

The Embassy in Fayetteville, North Carolina is awesome. Weve stayed here a couple of times, and our room is always clean, and the staff is always supreme in their customer service. The location is great as well. Cross Creek Mall, two movie theaters, and a bunch of restaurants are less then a mall away, while still being in a nice & quiet location away from the noise.

Everything during our stay was great. I loved all the outdoor seating, we are a family that doesnt like to stay cooped up so having options of different places to be outside was a welcome surprise. Only thing that could have made this stay any better is if the pool was open, but state regulations havent lifted for that yet. The breakfast staff was amazing with their sunshine personality and Happy hour at the bar was a nice surprise.

My family and i really enjoyed our stay, we had a little issue with cleanliness. Management got on it and the issue was resolved and our nights stay was great. As far as the accommodations, they have an awesome bar, with a cool bartender. Room service last until 11pm, snacks and meals for purchase were available. Upon our departure, there was hot breakfast choices as well as coffee and other drink choices. We left very satisfied.

At a time when my children and I are in-between housing, Embassy Suites made us feel like we had a home, even if it was just for a few days. The kids enjoyed swimming inside daily, even though the weather was ugly outside. It gave me a change to relax and forget about our current situation. In just the few days we were there, much of the staff learned our faces and made sure to ask about any family member who wasnt present at the moment. If only we could have stayed longer! I recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for a quality hotel, business or otherwise.

Lovely hotel! Loved our stay. The amenities were great. The best thing was that the A.C worked extremely well. It was quiet and kept the room cold. Thats rare for hotels. The rooms are also quite large, and spacious. Very updated and decorated nicely. Breakfast was delicious and made to order as well. I also loved how helpful the staff was. I would definitely recommend!

Routine repairs should be made on high-usage items such as water handles in the sinks and tubs. Patrons should be asked to pay for bottled water after paying so much for your rooms. If your going to offer complimentary drinks, please, use better quality products. They dont have to be top shelf, but there are plenty of low-priced wines and alcohols that taste much better than that house stuff you offer! Otherwise, I slept great and my room was clean.

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. Otherwise, this hotel was highly overpriced and did not live up to the standard for their brand. My wedding weekend had many snafus mainly because of this hotel. Check in for myself and others in my wedding party was a nightmare because keys werent working for hours and their less than sympathetic or unapologetic attitude left a sour taste. The last straw was when we saw a housekeeper attempting to take our wedding glasses out of our room way before we had even checked out!! So, when in the Fayetteville area, choose better for your money

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The night shift manager was very rude. Every time I tried to speak to the front desk attendant he would interject unwarranted. Then I asked for a late check out and he told me that it wasnt possible because they were booked. However, I had my friend go online and make a reservation for the very next day. So they lied to me straight out. Then the sink was lining and water got into my phone. I told the manager and they never even Apologized. That is the LAST time they will get my money!

Very nice staff. Jasmine was very nice when we called to ask questions and get housekeeping. The entire staff that we encountered were really nice. One of the nicest looking Embassy Suites. Super comfortable beds.i wish all of the Embassy Suite locations had beds like this one. Cool reading lights for reading in the bed. I cant wait to come back to stay here again.

This place was incredibly clean well-maintained and looked basically brand new. The breakfast was amazing. In a very safe and well-maintained part of town right off the highway which was incredibly convenient. Embassy Suites did not disappoint

Amazing Chef at breakfast so kind and thoughtful. The way he went out of his way for us was amazing. Made me honestly enjoy coming to breakfast every morning. My kids loved how he never judged them (daughter is disabled) and the size of our family. I wish honestly he would get a huge bonus or promotion because he is one of a kind. Waking into the foyer was amazing, great service from the host to the on site Starbucks, to room service, ending at check out. The king size suite was amazing, clean throughout, and I really enjoyed the huge stand alone shower. Thank you Embassy Suite for making my stay memorable.

Beautiful room and lobby. Bed was comfortable. Great shower with low step. Very friendly, efficient staff. Restaurant was sufficient given Covid protocols, but not great. Easy access from highway. Lots of nearby entertainment and parking.

Very friendly staff, room was emaculate, the room service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. The bar tender, Mike, was on point. Fayetteville is not known for stellar service, but this hotel was above my expectations. I highly recommend.

Loved our stay. Very welcoming lobby and courteous front desk staff. Easy parking, adjacent to movie theater and a mall. The lobby bar had a cool vibe, the casual eatery had one of the most friendly and service oriented servers imaginable. Went out of her way to ensure good experience. Rooms were typical Embassey Suite rooms ( slightly worn, could use a refresher) but very ( very )clean and safeBreakfast was outstanding! The cooks were having a load of fun in a positive way worth the guest and were really excited to have you enjoy their food.I am coming back in a week

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The checkin was not a good experience as I checked in on the app secured a room and when I got there at check in the room was NOT ready. That was a bummer as I liked the location and the floor as well. I also would like to see more toiletries in the bathroom other than that my 1 night stay was satisfactory.

Worst sleep ever. Room was not cooling even after thermostat reset. Also, power went out for over hour the next morning. Otherwise staff was awesome, room was clean. I ate breakfast prior to power outage and the breakfast was great.

A very nice hotel stay here. The made to order omlets began while we were there and that goes a long way to starting off a good day. We would happily stay here again and we will when we return to Fayetteville.

Room was good. Except for the room being hot. The staff was really rude when we were having breakfast. They made it very uncomfortable standing around watching everyone eat. Super rude when asked a question about where something is at.

They do an excellent job of implementing safety measures for covid-19. They didnt miss a beat. I was really impressed. In addition the place is just super clean. I love the shower. The bed is very comfortable. The customer service was first class. They aimed to please. Worth every penny. It was a quality stay.

Staying here to visiting family in the Fayetteville,NC area. Room an other amenities are great while staying here.

Overall awesome place to unwind and enjoy. The pool area could be more ventilated. My 8 mo old was sweating.

Positive: The staff was very nice and help full. Negative: The only reason we booked this hotel was for the inside pool, it was not open. Had to change rooms because of broken glass in picture frame. Not sure how staff could miss that. Picked up our room once, took all the drinking glasses but did not replace.

The only constructive criticism I have is that the room here is much larger with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, more square footage and half of the price of Embassy.

Nice room but: bathroom lock was broken and they said that they had no one to fix it at night. Also the carbon monoxide detector went off for no apparent reason at 5 am and the front desk said the only thing I could do was to remove the battery but it was hard wired. They had no one to send to fix it. I think this is unacceptable.

I paid near 1000$ for 3 nights in a hot as hell room, surrounded by children screaming and using chainsaws and hammers to beat the floors and walls that surrounded me. Waking up in the morning with a severe-level of back pain from a bed made of rocks. Children were literally everywhere just being left unattended by trash parents, basically ruining my stay and my life.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast even with COVID restrictions. Cook to order is awesome. Very comfortable king bed.

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. I came in from San Antonio to PCS to Fort Bragg but had to ROM (quarantine) for two weeks before reporting in.The first night I stayed at the Hampton Inn but couldnt possibly be in that room for two weeks so I swapped hotels to this one. It was only $16 more a night but the room was so much cleaner, bigger, and had much more amenities.Furthermore the lobby was incredibly spacious and they actually served breakfast to the guests unlike the previous hotel. The gym was nice too.To be honest, I didnt want to leave and move into my new apartment, lol. Service was friendly too.

Very nice hotel w newer upgrades. Im pretty sure this is one if not the best in Fayetteville. Complimentary hot breakfast and free parking. Covid19 safety precautions are well demonstrated. Staff pleasant and accommodating, except the late checkout request was denied.No USB chargers, or smart TV. Housekeeping missed several obvious random hairs. Floor Vending machines were inoperable,, but there is a store in lobby. Breakfast was pleasant, pancakes or waffles,, sausage or bacon,, grits or oatmeal, fruit and juices/ coffee They run out of items by the end.

Great place my only problem was I wanted a receipt upon check out in the employee that was training that night didnt know how so I never got the receipt

All the staff here is absolutely amazing. We never once encountered any staff members that were anything but polite, courteous, caring, and genuine. Customer service is always my biggest concern when traveling and this place was far superior to most places. The breakfast was superb and they use tons of precautions to protect guests from covid. If I had to complain it would be regarding the evening reception being on hold right now (due to covid). I just wish they would find a way to keep doing that in a safe way (like they do with breakfast) because the evening reception is the #1 reason we choose to stay at Embassy Suites. This is still a 5-star location though!

I always stay at Hilton hotels and recently spent 2 weeks at different chains. After reviewing Embassy Suites and seeing it in person, I anticipated a great stay, however... the room I had was not what I expected. I guess I looked at the lobby and presumed all rooms would look just as good if not better. The room was not as goid an upkeep as I expected and experienced at lower star hotels.Keeping COVID in mind, I requested numerous times from the front desk for towels and clothes and only 1 day cleaning of bathroom, but never received any response on anything I requested and noticed that housekeeping was working on other rooms on the same floor on 2 seperate days/occasions. I finally took it upon myself to search for a housekeeping member and got the items myself.

Stayed here on Friday 17th April 21.Arrived late from the UK and wanted to go to Walmart and get a takeaway before bed.A group of 4 of us couldnt get an uber or a taxi, amazingly Filipe who was working on the desk, not only drove us to the store, but came and picked us up when we were finished - and did a McDonalds drive thru on way back!In 10 years of travelling Ive never had this happen. What great service and what a great person, thank you very much.Room was lovely also.

Not enforcing city mandate to wear mask indoors in common areas. Front desk and check in manager refused to inform or ask guests to wear masks indoors in the common area.
