Working with outdated information and making their lack of ability the problem of our (UNRELATED TO THEIR SITUATION AND THEIR ACCOUNT/PROBLEMS) community members. Further, they take as much license with what they are legally allowed to do (as it is their job) as possible--again, their account issues are not their problem, their issues are apparently the problems of the community.

This morning I was driving on Hwy 301 at 0715 and a tow truck with a car being towed (small silver car) pulled into my lane with no warning. Literally within 6 inches of my car. I honked and then he proceeded to do it 2 more times (pulling in front of my care, changing lanes with no use of lights to let people know) with me honking each time. I know that if my car was on that tow truck I would want to know that this businesss driving was irresponsible and scary and could have easily caused a wreck. When I finally was able to pass this older man driving this truck (had Hornes Recovery and Towing on side of truck) he proceeded to flip me off. Just think twice before using this business because they have no regard for your property, public safety or laws of the road.

The lady up front is very rude and hateful for absolutely no reason at all I was very polite and respectful the driver was great but her EXTREMELY HATEFUL !!!!!! I understand everyone has a job to do but u dont have to be a disrespectful hateful person

These people dont know how to talk to a person. They sound very hateful over the phone.

I used this company for a pickup when my sons truck was damaged, they picked it up and dropped my vehicle off as requested. Very friendly staff, and gave me helpful information so that I could get my vehicle taken care of quicker..

This is a disgusting business and should be shut down immediately. These workers came to my house and assaulted my mother and stepfather. Do not use this junkyard place to get your car fixed. If anyone at this dump has any comments they can personally email me and Ill GLADLY handle it.Thank you and Id like the worker that did this to have a horrible day and get fired.

Okay very unorganized in office

They just couldnt seem to figure out their opening time in the office. However, the secretary that ran the office was friendly.
