I had an excellent experience! John, the Towing Operator, took his time to carefully remove a vintage car from a steep, narrow driveway. He was a pro and knew exactly what to do to get the job done right!

Car died on the way home and they were more then helpful getting me where I needed to go. Dispatcher/operator I think his name was J or jay was super nice even if I had to wait an hour for them to show up. Driver was nice even if he wasnt too talkative.

I called USAA for roadside assistance and within about an hour and a half the tow truck arrived. The company was very communicative about their arrival times so that I knew what to expect. The tow driver, Scott, was very nice, friendly, and helpful with input on my repair. He really cared and wanted to help. Basically my mechanic overcharged and screwed me over, not fixing my original issue. My car wasn’t working again for the second time in a week, after my mechanic “fixed” the problem. On the ride over Scott provided useful feedback about my position and what my next steps should be.

This company lacks professionalism, customer service, integrity and decency. They are quick to lie and dont take responsibility for the poor planning and execution. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this tie company. It will only waste your precious time and leave you frustrated. Definitely not worth the aggravation.

Ordered a tow at 1:15pm. After an hour I called and they had just picked up another vehicle. At 3:50 I called again, the driver went to pick up a different vehicle. At 5:50 I called again to see what the hold up was. And the driver was stuck in traffic. At 6:30 they told me they are trying their best....It took over 6 hours to get my car towed. 6....I will absolutely never use this company again.

I submitted my Roadside claim via USAA at around 11:30 AM on a Saturday. I received a text notification at 11:42 specifying Fayetteville Roadside as the company. I received a call from them at 11:50 to verify. Jason came at around 12:30 PM. He verified my information and hooked up my car in a few minutes. My steering wheel could not lock and he made sure it didnt move so the car would not be swerving. Jason dropped it exactly where it needed to be at the shop. No nonsense, just good service. Thank you Jason!P.S. I saw the negative reviews once the company was identified. I supposed management read the reviews and made improvements.

Its a Saturday, I get it, youre probably experiencing a larger volume of requests but youd think I might have been able to receive an semi-accurate ETA for roadside assistance. Within 60 minutes turned into a 3 hour fiasco and I ultimately contacted USAA to use an alternate RA service. After a couple of phone calls with Fayetteville Roadside LLC I only gained excuses and identified their incompetence. I dont make it a habit of negatively reviewing a business but I will when you fail to shoot it to me straight. Sucks to suck...

I see I have the same issues as previous post! It’s been over 3 hours for me and every call it’s something different! New ETA !! Sad and bad business. I won’t waste time posting my long issue and the lies they fed me, but I will be making it my business to contact someone who can do something about this type of bad business! USAA shouldn’t use them. Period!! They deserve a Zero rating! I suggest you not use Fayetteville Roadside! Seriously unless you got @4 hours to waste waiting on a tow!

I needed a tow from my house to the alignment shop after I replaced some components on my truck. I scheduled a tow 3 hours prior to my appointment. I was in contact several times with the company and was informed they were 30 minutes away. I called back after an additional hour and was told they would be about another hour. Thats right 3 total hours of waiting. Since I had already paid for the tow I rescheduled my alignment appointment and the tow 24 hours prior to the new appointment. Fayetteville roadside LLC is once again 2 hours late for their expected time of arrival. I do not recommend this service to anybody. Let this sink in, I am requesting a tow from my driveway and they cant make it in a 4 hour window. Thank god I am not stranded on the side of the road waiting for assistance because I would probably die before they ever showed up. Unprofessional and unacceptable service to even claim to be a road side service.

My car broke down unexpectedly, so I called my insurance company (USAA) and they put in an electronic request or my car to be towed. I was told that Fayetteville Roadside LLC would be picking up my car. After waiting over two hours, nobody had arrived. I called the company to see where they were at. They told me their electronic system wasn’t working and they couldn’t receive requests. They told me to have my insurance company call them back. After calling USAA back, I was told that Fayetteville Roadside LLC wouldn’t be able to pick my car up for two MORE hours. At this point, the car shops would be closed. I had USAA pick another towing company. This is ridiculous. A note to the company: fix your equipment so people aren’t waiting around for hours all for no service!

Unprofessional. Gave us a time of within 60 minutes. Called after they didn’t show, said it’d be another 30-40 minutes. Didn’t show. After nearly 4 hours we were told the car was not going to be picked up at all. WE had to contact them for this information. Would likely never have known otherwise. Terrible service.

Very unprofessional! Didn’t have the courtesy to contact and inform that service would not be arriving at time stated within the hour. Didn’t answer the phone, kept hanging up until the 10th time I called. Person on phone was rude and inconsiderate of situation. He told me to contact another tow company if I didn’t want to wait another hour or so for service. He had an attitude the whole conversation. Needless to say I canceled my service and don’t recommend them for towing service at all.

This is the absolute worst company ever!!! If I could rate them no stars I WOULD. This company was selected from my insurance company. The approximate time to wait was 75 minutes. After the 75 minutes of waiting, I called to asked for an estimated time of arrival, only to hear a truck had not been assigned yet and it will be an additional 30 mins for the next one to finish his previous request. Well thanks for the heads up, someone could have called to let me know, in order to figure out if I could call a different company! Which I ended up doing, who came in 15 MINUTES!!! Their customer service and this company SUCCKKKKSSSS!!!!!!!

The worst towing company in North Carolina. I was forced to use this company when I called USAA for roadside assistance. I have had to use them 3 times in the past 2 years. The 1st time it took them 4 hrs to retrieve my daughter from the side of the road, the 2nd was last week it took them 3 hrs to retrieve me from the side of the road and yesterday I had to have them move my Jeep from a local shop to the Jeep Dealership in Fayetteville and it took over 3 hrs again. When I spoke with the Dispatcher he would tell me that they were very busy and it would be about 45 mins. I reached to the dispatcher several times and each time I got the same song and dance of 45 more mins

So my car warranty made me use Fayetteville Roadside & I called these butt holes about 11am. After my starter died... 10min later I got a text saying we will be there within an hour.. Ok cool. Three hours later...still waiting...got another txt we will be there 5-10min still nothing SMH. I decided to call in & was told the driver is actually dropping off another car & will be there in another hour or so. I told them stay where they are, Id rather push it to the shop. Fayetteville Roadside is the WORSE, Unprofessional and a joke.

Yesterday I had the terrible opportunity to be assisted by Fayetteville Roadside LLC. After setting everything up through USAA I received a message with an estimated time of arrival of 60 minutes which was provided by the tow company. Once that hour passed at 6:20 I decided to call and check in with the tow company. The dispatcher informed me that the driver assigned to me just finished up dropping a car off in Lillington and was on the way to me. He told me 20-25 minutes. Keep in mind my car broke down on Plank and Wayside in Raeford. So knowing that it takes at least an hour to travel from Lillington to Raeford I waited until 7:30 to call back up. This time the dispatcher said my driver just dropped off a car in Spring Lake and was about to head my way. Again onowing that Spring Lake was a good drive away from where I am, I asked how long it would take. This time he said 30 minutes. I disagreed and said it would take close to an hour. He then argued with me and insisted his driver could apparently defy the laws of physics or break every speed limit sign in town to get to me in half the time it really does (even if you cut through Bragg). At this point I was completely fed up with being lied to and decided to just leave my car at the gas station and assumed it would be a good awhile before my car ever gets picked up. Around 9:00 PM my car finally arrived at my house, the driver was skilled and got my car perfectly into my driveway in an adequate position. USAA agreed that 3 and a half hours was entirely way too long to wait for a tow. Which at the end of the day isnt that big of a problem. Being lied to and argued with by the dispatcher of the tow company was the real issue. So, thank you Fatetteville Roadside LLC for completely wasting my entire evening waiting for you when I could have had somebody pick me up 3 hours beforehand. I truly hope USAA decides to stop using your services because you are without a doubt the worst company Ive had to deal with.

My son got stuck in the mud and called for a tow and the tow guy showed up damaged the tail gate with a chain that snapped in the profile they say they dont use chains a lie he also told my son a member for the United States Army 82nd airborne that they didnt take car insurance for payment a other lie he wanted cash $500.00 to pull him out. My son went to get a receipt for the tow and was told that the tow was only for $250.00. My son explained that he driver charged him $500.00. The clerk said he didnt know anything about that. My son would have to come back tomorrow. My son went back to get the receipt and was told that they fired the owners friend because lied and cheated him but did not return the extra $250.00 that he cheated my son a soldier who is serving his country at Ft Bragg Another lie I have tried to contact the manager Or owner of tow company for a month and half Finally got though today talked to a William A Brown he said he was the owner of Fayetteville Roadside LLC.Would not give me his insurance company information said he has been in business a long time been to court many times and have been to Provo Marshal many times because of his business practices of ripping people off and he is still in business but this time. He will not get away with his business as usual because I want my truck repaired. If you need a tow call someone else. Do yourself a favor.
