Came a few hours later than expected but completely replaced the fenders I needed on my car very professional and work was well done.

Quick response but they are very pricey. They wanted almost a grand to replace my drum brakes. I did it myself for less than 150$

It was a super busy Saturday, and Stephen was still able to make it out to get my car working so I had it available for work tomorrow! I would highly recommend this service! I was in a pinch and Stephen saved the day!

Stephen was very professional and such a well respectful man. When he came I thought it was our starter and when he checked it , it was my battery and he put it on his machine and it said battery needs replaced. Though Stephen had a full day of other appointments when I called; he worked me into the schedule and took care of me the same day. My battery was changed and up and running in just a few minutes! The pricing is reasonable and well worth it—whether it’s convenience or necessity to have someone come to you. I’ll be passing their name on to anyone I know!

If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. My daughter goes to U of A and works while going to school there, leaving her little availability of time to go see a mechanic. Her car needed some attention, so I looked up auto repair and mechanics in Fayetteville. I was shocked to see that almost all of the repair shops were closed on Saturday. I then looked up mobile auto repair and mobile mechanics. A few popped up, but Mobile Auto Repair Pros was the only company with good contact info (and for that matter) the only ones who answered the phone at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Stephen and his customer service was world-class...better than any repair shop or dealership Ive every dealt with. He got me scheduled, had his mechanic to my daughters apartment on time and fixed the problem. The prices for the service were comparable to any auto repair shop you would go to. I would highly recommend that you call Stephen and Mobile Auto Repair Pros if you need a solid repair company that delivers on service and workmanship.

Stephen was prompt to respond and gave a total cost of replacing the starter. They arrived on time and brought the new starter with them. Within the hour they had the e350 ambulance up and running. I will use them again and recommend giving them a call. It was fixed for a little more than what a tow truck alone would have cost to tow it to a service mechanic.Thanks for your professional and great service!

We saw all the the bad reviews and was hesitant to call, but they were the only ones who answered their phone, they sounded nice and knowledgeable so we give them a try. We had to have our work van fixed, they came out to our auto detailing shop, he fixed it right there in the grass, weve had no problems what so ever. Its running great ever since, he was super nice and knowledgeable no problems at all and great price too. Thanks Guys!

They fixed the issue very quickly! The mechanic that helped me offered a lot of advice so I dont run into the same issues in the future. They were very fair and i would recommend anyone to use them!

I recently had a bad experience with a tire shop, and needed a mechanic to fix their mistakes, with little knowledge of mechanics around me, I was blessed to run into a Mobile mechanic that was near me!! The tire shop stripped on my my studs out, not allowing me to take the lug nut off or my tire, with the knowledge and concern for my well being and truck, he safely was able to get the stud out without damaging anything and the replacement of all 6 of my studs on my truck!! He was honest, positive, and concerned!! He cared about being safe with his tools and my car and was able to get the job done in no time!! He took his time to show me the damage and how it was a safety concern and even walked me thru the process of how he was going to fix the problem!! I will trust him with anything that comes up in the future!!!

Really deserve zero Stars never told me about a service fee and then kept telling me that he would be somewhere within two hours and then he never showed up and he then maybe sit somewhere for 4 hours and never showed up to the place that I was at and then is asking for a service fee when he never told me about the service fee total rip-off if you ask me and not worth your time or money I recommend going to the guy in Springdale if you have any questions feel free to message me this happens today

Horrible experience. This actually is 0 stars. Was mislead and ended up paying way more then I should have. They were not upfront about adding extra fees at the end, either. Although they did fix it, Wasn’t even given a receipt or warranty on work.Do homework before getting a mobile mechanic. Always make sure you can get receipts and warranty on work. Don’t let being broken down and desperate cloud judgment.

Misdiagnosed why my vehicle would not start. Also tried to charge a ridiculous amount for an unrelated issue. Never performed any work on my vehicle and still charged 55 for coming out to give a bid. Once I spoke to a qualified mechanic my vehicle started within minutes and no repair was needed. Not a good way to operate a buisness.
