We love living here! My husband and I have lived here for over a year and just resigned our lease. Yes, the parking can be a pain but its not really a big deal for us personally. For the people that have left reviews after being towed, the office is clear on the parking rules and what to about visitors- they put it in the monthly newsletter and also periodically send out emails so its not a surprise. Other than sometimes needing to park kind of far away, everything else is great. The office staff is super friendly and very accommodating- it is what initially made us choose this complex over others. I do usually have better luck reaching them by email than phone though.The maintence guys are so nice and very quick! Ive never had to wait more than a day for any request. The apartments are very spacious for what you pay and the valet trash is so convenient! I highly recommend living here.

Rude staff. Takes an excessive amount of time to get maintenance done due to the property only having 1 maintenance employee and mgr. Amenities do not open on time and some are broken. If youre looking for a gated apartment.. look somewhere else because the gate is usually broken. If you have a pet be prepared to pay a $400 non-refundable deposit plus added $ amount to rent.

I have been here since November the Gate hasnt worked in a few weeks not everyones trach is being picked up now have roaches in the apartment out side and I am on the top floor no filters cant get for about 2 weeks rant over

Stacy Gillis Provided My Sister And I With The Worst Service. I Feel As If She Was Very Discriminative Against Us. She Gave Us Little To NO Information Of Our Application Process, She Never Even Looked Over Our Application She Asked Questions That Were STATED In The Application She Also Made It Seem Like I Lied About My Employment And Went As Far As Asking For The Number That I PUT IN THE APPLICATION. She Made A 1-2 Day Process Almost A Week Long Just To Decline Us For Absolutely No Reason.

I am currently staying here and I am in love with this place. It is very spacious and quiet. The staff around here is all very friendly. They do a wonderful job with keeping the complex up and making sure to answer maintenance request in a timely matter. I love it here and dont want to leave.

This is a great, quiet community with monthly community events that is not always at the complex, which is great. Non emergency work orders were handled very quickly (within 24 hours). The ladies are very helpful and accommodating. The maintenance team greet you whenever you pass/drive by them. They keep open lines of communication through automated telephone calls and emails. They conduct regular preventive checks of the apartments and most importantly it is close the Fort Bragg Butner/Randolph hate (12-15 minutes if you take Murchison). Parking is not assigned, but first come first serve. I had a garage but if I didn’t it would be great if at least each household had one assigned space. I recently left for my work but I would come back to the Enclave in a heartbeat.

Visited a friend and awoke to my car vanished from the parking lot. Turns out it was unceremoniously towed without warning. Cost almost $200 and a 30 minute Uber ride to a run-down tow lot in order to retrieve the vehicle. Apartment gave zero warning and zero notification that the vehicle was towed; I had to call the police department to determine that the vehicle was towed instead of stolen. If this is how they treat parked vehicles when there was an abundance of parking spots then imagine how they will nickel and dime residents for every minor perceived infraction. Extremely poor experience, 0 stars.

The Enclave Complex at Pamalee is beautiful. I was impressed by Stacy Branson the property Manager and her assistants Stacey and Skylar. They were professional, personable, and eager to assist me. The grounds were maintained beautifully by the maintenance Supervisor Victor and assistant Jimmy. The Enclave at Pamalee is my choice based on my recent experience there.

We’ve lived here for almost a year now and just signed on for another year because we absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The community is clean and safe. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like this is truly home and I’m so thankful for that! We’re also not far from post so that’s an added plus. I can’t recommend this place enough!

They kicked my dog out of her home because she “looked like a pit” regardless of what her adoption papers said. On top of that, we were supposed to be moving in to a two bedroom but after they made us pick between our fur baby and they’re apartments we told them we no longer wanted to live here. They’re still making us pay a pro rated rent when we leave because we didn’t tell the 60 days ahead even though it was THEIR fault. My dog was polite, sat quietly, took the treat gently, and made no aggressive actions. This place has been putting us through the ringer for 2 years and this was our tipping point. They made it very clear it was our fault and that our dog was not welcome in her home. The $180 we have to pay for the 5 days we don’t want to even be here is ridiculous. Not. Worth. It.

The office staff are very friendly and engaging. Their is always someone their to help meet your needs as they work 7 days a week. The apartments are nice and modern, the only thing I dont like is the cheap paint that scuffs easily. Things that could be worked on would be cleaning up the breezeways, stair railings and pressure washing. Other than those easy fixes it I a great place to rent at and we plan on staying for a while.

You wont find harder working staff at another location. I love my neighbors and my apartment. There is so much space it feels like a home and not an apartment. I would stay here forever, but Im moving to a different state.

The ladies in the office are so wonderful and a huge help. I moved here from Texas and had a million questions and Michaela, the leasing consultant was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. I am expecting now and its been a bumpy road, but she has continued to stay in touch even after move in and continues to make sure we are doing well. The maintenance team is very kind and responds quickly, usually the same day you put in a work order, or the next day. I was scared to leave Texas, but his place has made it a lot easier than expected. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to these apartments. They are very well kept up, and everyone I have encountered here so far has been very friendly. The noise levels are never a problem. If you are looking for a place to call home, give them a call and take a tour of the complex. You wont be disappointed.

If I could give it less stars, I would. Where do I start? How about the first day I moved in! I was told I was supposed to move in the 4th of November and after me and my husband spent 10 hours driving from Florida to NC we were told upon arriving that it wasn’t til the next day that WE heard it wrong and we had to pay more money. After that we went a year without trouble, renewed our lease, and then that’s when it all started. My cousin came from Florida to visit and not even 2 hours of being here, they had her car towed and we had to pay $260 to get it out. If you are a fan of having guests over, make sure you pay the $50 for extra parking passes cause they only hand them out for free once! You’ll have a total of 4 spaces for your guests to park if not!!!! Now, my favorite of all the inconveniences this place has cause me and my husband. The one that made us say “f this, we’re done” was me and my husband got a dog, when they found out they immediately made us come in and pay the fee (completely acceptable) and introduce her. Even though her adoption papers and vet bills ALL said “American bulldog” and she was completely well behaved. Sat, took the treat gently, shook her hand, and waited quietly. Even though they ALL acknowledged that out loud, they said “because she looks like a pit, she is not allowed here” imagine hearing that as a dog mom. With your fur baby sitting right there, confused as to why she’s being kicked out of her home. Because my child “looked like a pit” she was no longer welcome. On top of that they’re still making us pay a pro rated rent for moving out because we didn’t like them know in time. I’m sorry, but we were under the impression we were going to upgrade to a two bedroom but you made us pick between one of our children and a boujee apartment that wasn’t worth it. This place has been awful since we moved in. Let this be a warning, not worth it.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE! When I moved in the first night I saw roaches. I called management and they sent an exterminator to spray but it did not help. I kept seeing roaches. I called management but all they do is send people to spray and rinse and repeat for every month I lived here. More roaches every month even in December! I also sprayed roach spray all over the apartment, this did not help either. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! STAY AWAY!

Having recently came off a military deployment, I was able to take a virtual tour online, and secure a lease before arriving back stateside. Extremely helpful and life-giving staff, including their on-site maintenance crew. Definitely recommend for military and their families looking for a location close to base with privacy in a secure gated-community.

Went to visit my sister got through the gate and tried to park in guest parking but all 4 spots were taken so I parked next to my sister and my car was towed! Surrounding our cars were others without parking passes so I thought it was extra parking. I still had to walk a good distance alone to get to her apartment. They don’t offer a 24 hour system to get a guest parking pass. I just spend $260 to get my truck out of the impound lot across Fayetteville.

Awesome service. all staff highly professional and the complex over all is well maintained. The living spaces are very clean as well as common areas and streets. Highly recommend for anyone to live here that is looking for a quiet and upscale living experience

Honestly ever since my husband and I moved out weve regretted it. The apartment was amazing. It was clean, the walls werent super thin and the gate always worked. The Enclave is super peaceful and I even loved the view we had from our balcony. Our current apartment just raised its rent and we wish we could just move back to this apartment complex.

Car towed the first day we got here, not even a chance to put the parking decal on. Roaches and centipedes everywhere!!!! I mean you mind as well create a spare bedroom just for the bugs there’s so many. Parking is like “get here before 4 or you’ll walk a mile to your apartment.” If you want an overly controlling relationship, just go ahead and sign a contract with this place.

I would like to compliment the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the associates working at the Enclave at Pamalee Square located in Fayetteville NC. Michaela and Stacy have been outstanding with my entire moving process. Michaela assisted me by sending pictures of my unit, responded promptly to several emails, and allowed me to feel at ease while being away from my family. This type of appreciation to her guests can not be unnoticed. This staff is truly special, Grubb Properties are very lucky to have employed genuine, hard working, hospitable individuals like Michaela and Stacy.

I hate that I had to leave. My best experience so far, seeing as this was where I had my first apartment. The staff/employees are great. The grounds are very well kept and the quality of the apartments themselves is among the best in my opinion.

My overall experience has been, eh ok! My noisey inconsiderate neighbors has made our experience living here very uncomfortable. Mostly, everyday home from work, our apartment smells like marijuana from the scent traveling through the vents. Dont get me wrong the apartment complex has 2 perks; being close to base and the upkeep of the community are the only perks that make living here ok. However, I now understand due to the crowded nature of apartment buildings, the privacy afforded by apartment living can be less than what we hoped for. I have a toddler and my sleep is very important. I dont want to hear my neighbors blasting music after 10pm nor yelling at the top of their lungs. I dont want to hear my neighbor children jumping from the ceiling, shaking the entire building. We have about 8 months left until the end of our lease and I wish the next tenet the best of luck! Ask tons of questions before move in.

Expect the manager to throw curve balls at you and switch up the policy on you if you choose to live here. Absolutely terrible and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend even entertaining the thought of living here. The consultants on the other hand have been nothing but kind and helpful. The manager should seriously take notes from them.

I did not have a good experience living at the Enclave at Pamalee Square. I am aware in the south there are water bugs, but I have never encountered so many roaches. I lived in another complex near Bragg and had no issues. They were typically in the bathrooms and kitchen. I keep a very clean home bleaching, vacuuming, and mopping daily. Orkin was sent out to spray multiple times with no improvement of the situation. They also put down glue traps to catch bugs which did not work as well. I was constantly calling the office. I feel like the pest issue was taken very lightly while I was extremely concerned because of my daughters eczema and horrible allergies. Some staff also lack professionalism in the rental office. I came in the office to claim my husbands iPad that was left in the gym and was given a hard way to go about it being returned. I was told my husband had to come get it and unlock it with his fingerprint. The iPad was given to him without doing so. I only ever received a warm vibe from Michaela (unsure of spelling) in the office. I also just called and spoke with Skylar to settle my move out statement and asked could I pay online her response was snappy and pretty much “what did the letter say”. Of course I can read what the letter said, but wanted to know my options as online payment is more convenient for most people, hence that is how I paid my rent. At that point I just hung up the call. I will mail my payment. Kindness and compassion truly go a long way.

The Enclave was my first choice when I decided to move to Fayetteville, NC. I went to multiple other apartment complexes in the area and they not only had great amenities and comparative pricing options, but the staff there was fantastic at addressing issues as well as always maintaining professionalism. I had great rapport built with each staff member and had no issues with maintenance staff as even with the limited number of personnel they were able to get to problems quickly and efficiently. Upon my choice to leave after my lease was up we went over all requirements I agreed upon and were fair in according to their policies. My choice to move out was due to finding a special someone in my life and had that not occurred I would still be there. If anyone has a negative review under here it is likely due to their attitude and the fact that they do not understand or abide by policies set in place to make the community the best possible way to live for the residence. The only issue I ever experienced was occasional limited parking which they were in the process of remedying upon my departure. I would recommend anyone looking for a quiet and courteous community with reasonable pricing options to check The Enclave out see if it fits what you are looking for!

The Enclave is the perfect place to live if you want to live in an overpriced apartment that you just cant seem to figure out exactly what youre paying for. There were holes on the wall that were clearly covered BADLY. There was a giant water spot from the apartment above that NEVER got fixed. The office staff are also very pushy as well as undertrained in handling customers. THERE WAS NEVER ANY PARKING. You would think for $900 a month some type of parking accomodation would be available, but no. Sadly I had to walk a quarter of a mile from my parking space to my apartment. But if you can forgive all of this , it is truly quite exquisite.

DO NOT RENT from HERE !!!This place at first seemed amazing because they offered two months free of RENT ! However the parking when I first moved I could deal with , but everyday after that there was ZERO parking available. The staff are friendly however Stacy Branson has terrible communicating skills and she charged me $89.00 due to four drip pans to REPLACE in the entire apartment. Once I moved into my apartment my stove didnt work and the water ran and dripped EVERYNIGHT in both bathrooms ! There is one maintenance man for the entire property and he does his best to make and fix the residents needs but which isnt not enough for such a big property with poor parking. I felt like I made the right choice but I ended up moving before the 30 days satisfaction policy came to an end. I asked for a new stove that needed to be replaced and ended up getting charged for the terrible stove period that they fixed but didnt feel the need to replace after a former painter steeped on and left a dent in. There are many residents who move into this property and move out before their 30 days due to the same issues . Be careful if you do consider this place look past the AMENTIES there are TONS of better choices in the city . No PARKING , 75 fee to rent the theater , Rude residents , Gate always OPEN Ive watch people run right through this gated community. Rude property manager but great leasing consultants they should train HER seriously . I will be contacting grubb properties to deal with my move out issues.

They dont provide enough parking for their residents. Theres never any parking left in front of my building or in any of the adjacent lots. And they will just tell you that its one of the inconveniences of apartment living.Theyre going to tell you that if the lot is full you have to park a half mile away. And if you park on the curb, in nobodys way and blocking nothing, for even just a few hours overnight, they will tow you.
