Asked for trim to chin length. Showed what I meant. Then vicky started cutting hair in back without checking with me on length. When I saw it was 2 inches shorter then asked I asked why and she said it is chin length cause she started at jaw length and went down to chin. She ruined my hair. Too short cant be fixed. I left furious but didnt want to make scene. Will talk to mgr about getting money back. Cant even look in mirror cause its too upsetting.I wasnt going to return but thought Id give another chance after hair grew out. Came early and waited for them to open and when they didnt I called to ask when it would open. Told 9 am and I said ok and hung up..walking over. Person on front desk rudely asked if I had just called and I said yes. She then told I should have said thank u before hanging up. I told her I didnt realize she could tell me what to do and I told her to forget it and left. Went to Great Cips at star plaza where I got great customer service. This place has several 1 rates for a reason. Highly recommend Great Clips..great cut..friendly and nice and cheaper

Been in the hospital for almost a month. I was able to finally wash my hair today. The lady that helped me wash my hair thought I had natural curly hair. Hi five to Viki she does my hair all the time. Thank you Viki for doing such a wonderful job on my perm and color.

Made an appointment and called wanting to make sure it was okay that my two children came with me as I know there are alot of restrictions. When I asked, I was told noooo, you will have to leave them in the car. I gave a laugh thinking she was just making a bad joke... after an awkward silence I said hello? And she continued with Im sorry but we are just extremely busy and you will need to leave your children in the car while you are here. Can you confirm your time for ect ect? ....Oh my god. I was speechless. Im still speechless. I would have GLADLY rescheduled for another time when I could come alone. But to insist I leave my children IN THE CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER FOR A HAIRCUT?Yeah thanks but no thanks... cancel my appointment.

-5 stars. Do not go to this location  for hair color. My poor kid just wanted some color for her birthday and the stylist never once came over to speak with me about it. She put in partial lavendar color in my kids hair without bleaching it(kid has dark hair). Not purple like in the reference picture. Thats right she even had a picture. She then left to go on errands and never consulted me about the color. My stylist agreed that we could come back and have this redone correctly. Did that today and the original stylist yelled at me and refused to fix it unless I paid again! If you want a buzz cut your golden. If you want your hair done correctly go somewhere else.

I would not recommend coming here if you have curly hair. The barber I had was awful. She didnt even acknowledge my shrinkage. My hair is chin length when its curly now and I think I made it very clear that I wanted it shoulder length. I even booked an appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled time to get my hair cut.

This is the only place I can get my hair cut correctly. My sons and daughter go here as well. Monica does our hair and she does great work.

NEVER get your hair cut here. My mother has given them so many chances and we have to go home and fix the cut every time. One time, as she was walking out, I noticed really LONG HAIRS hanging down that had just been missed entirely. Im talking 4-5 inches long. How could someone miss them?She wouldnt let me march her back in and demand they cut them. She just tucked them away until she could get home. Its ridiculous. Dont do it. And if you do, dont say I didnt warn you.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! The manager was rude and insulted me the whole time I was there and she wasn’t even my stylist but still felt the need to make rude and unprofessional comments if I could give them a zero I would don’t waste your money here!!! Drive to Cortez, Colorado smart styles and ask for Jess if you want a great hairstylist and atmosphere!!!

Told them to cut 4 inches off my hair.. practically took a foot off. They died my hair when it was wet aswell. So the color didn’t show after they washed it out.

Very very disappointed. My husband took my 3 year old in yesterday morning for a simple clipper cut. He is only 3 but has thick, fast growing hair, so he has already had several hair cuts. He came out looking horrible, I do not know the name of the sylist who did his hair, but his hair has never looked this bad. I have never seen my husband or 7 year olds hair look this bad either. She messed up around the ears, she went way to high on the back, and it is really uneven. My husband said that it turned out like that after he had already had to ask her to fix it. I am glad my husband took him I would have refused to pay for such poor service. We have been in there many times, but we will not be returning!!!!

Got my eyebrows waxed and the stylist made one of them skinnier than the other. She also smelled like alcohol especially when she spoke.

Got skipped over twice apparently skin color matters would not go here!!!!!!
