This place is incredible! Very clean, not crowded, knowledgeable and very helpful attendant. I’m just washing a mattress cover that will not fit in my home washer but I will be back for all of my bulky items!

Its been 40+ years since I needed to use a laundromat, Im waiting on parts to fix my 25 year old Maytag. Cannot find them locally.I had checked the reviews for laundromats before to wash large items and this place was tops. I went there today and was really impressed with the clean and comfortable environment. Sonia was very friendly and helpful in getting me up to speed with the equipment and the app for my iPhone, she provided above and beyond service. A safe and secure atmosphere. The machines and the entire place was top notch in every way, very comfortable. I will still come here after I fix my washer for items too large for it to handle. Kudos to Speed Queen and Sonia for a great experience. Definitively not your old school laundromat. Very nice.

Martha was very sweet and helpful. Just moved to the area and it was so early. Had a rough morning and she made it all better. I’m a stroke survivor and she immediately asked if she could help me. She showed me all about the app. Very patient.

This place is clean, the place is nice, convenient, and the staff is AMAZING!!! They have WiFi here, desks for study/work, and an area for the kids to hang out! There’s an app you have to download so that you can pay for the laundry and it’s even got a timer that pings you when the laundry is done! Ask for Sonja, she’s the sweetest! Gave me a $5 off discount! Love it!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I havent been to a laundry mat in years. Last time I went to one I remember dirty coins, broken machines, jammed change machines, dirty bathrooms and no one around to assist. Times have changed or at least at this place. I came here with my mom and Im really impressed. The place is clean. All machines appear to be functional, kept clean and up to date. We were able to setup and control our machines on their phone app. Something you dont see anymore is good customer service and this place has a rockstar employee named Sonia that was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, her attitude and service is what motivated me to post this review. Thank you.

This place is awesome. First time here and was surprised by how clean the whole place was. Marta was very helpful in explaining how the machine and cicles work. Plus everything is computerized and very easy to understand.

I had an unbelievable experience today at Speed Queen. Sonia was the best manager helping me from start to finish. She is the epitome of anticipatory and I would argue luxury customer service at a Laundromat of all places! I came in to wash a comforter too large for my own machine at home and left thinking about what else I could take to wash next. The facilities were excellent, modern, tech savvy, and sparkling clean. The machines are also next to new, clean, super fast and efficient. They disinfect daily! If you are looking for a place to wash, I highly recommend. Ill be back for sure!

This is probably the best laundromat mat I have ever seen in my life. The whole experience is great. The employees are great, the machines are super clean, you dont need quarters, everything is great. And they have a lounge area(s) with tablets and stuff. So cool. Also very, very good prices.

I absolutely love going to this Speed Queen near Carrollton! The prices are great, I can use the WiFi to do my homework while I wait for my laundry to finish, and the staff is incredible. The woman I saw each time I go there is always super friendly and offers to help carry my clean clothes back to my car. Highly recommend!

Best laundry!Super clean and nice. You can take your kids and theyll be happy because they have tablets for them. Vending machine and big space for folding clothes. Attendants are super helpful and nice.

This laundry is a total upgrade from the last one here. I love that its always clean. The attendants are always so helpful. You really enjoy being in here while you do your laundry. The bathrooms are always clean. I really like that you can control the washers and dryers with your phone. And if you decide to go to the store you know exactly how much time you have thru the app. All the washers really leave my clothes clean and you dont have to worry that your clothes wont dry.

Wish I Could add a star. The Manager is amazing. Customer service was over the top amazing. I walked in and received a welcoming smile that was cover with a mask. Very helpful in walking me through getting my clothes washed from the Start to the end. Very Clean and bright inside as well. Inexpensive and quick !! All around a great experience and will be returning

This place sucks. To pay, you can only add value in $5 increments, making it virtually impossible to ever zero out your balance. You also cant combine funds if you have rewards in addition to whatever you funded with your cards. Perennial ripoff. Will not be returning. I guess speef queen gets to keep my remaining $4

Definitely not open 24 hours...I just drove 20 minutes at 3:30AM after seeing online that they are open 24/7 and they are closed....smh

Operated by an app, you dont have to worry about lugging around quarters! This is the cleanest laundromat we have seen and that is from someone who has been traveling across the USA for almost 5 years. The staff is awesome and actually helped me load machines! They do have wash and dry service as well as folding if you want to drop off and pick up. There are video game screens for the kids as well as a drink and snack machine. Did I mention how clean it is! :-) Prices are dependent on your machine size and selections but ours (small, hot, extra rinse) were around 3.00 for the wash and 2.50 for the dry. Absolutely would give more stars if I could!!!

This is the best laundry facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing laundry... And my husband is a truck driver, so trust me ,I have done laundry in quite a few places. And the attendant Kiara was absolutely amazing!!! By far the best customer service I have seen in a long time & she was even training but still was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is a little worried about doing laundry in the middle of the night. Felt very safe & secure while my clothes dried at 3am. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Kiara provided the best customer service for us. This was our first laundry and she helped us through the entire session. The place was so clean and she was continuously cleaning the place after every wash. Best.

I loved how clean the washteria was had air conditioner clothes got very clean and dryers is the bomb! Have WiFi and games that the little ones can play while waiting! It’s very comfortable the place: last generation machines, good and enough seats, free wifi and clean restrooms. I wish this place could be near home. I’m traveling almost 9 miles but it’s worth.

Great concept... you load money onto your Speed Queen account and then use the app on your phone to configure and monitor each load. This eliminates the need to carry cash or quarters and makes the process very efficient.

Exceeded my expectations! The attendant that was working was great! She was very friendly, and informative. This was my first time & I didn’t know how to work anything. You operate the machines from their mobile app! She kept the place extremely clean, which is very important to me. It was spotless & hand sanitizers were out front in plain sight. It’s hard to find a clean laundromat. The washers and dryers are brand new! Will use this place from now on. Loved it!

This was the only place close to my house that was “open 24 Hours” and it was a 30 min drive. I drove all the way here for the doors to be locked and for them to tell me that they close at 12 and I can’t come in because last wash is at 10. It was a little after 10 when I got there. Who closes 2 hours before the quoted closing time??The worker tried to tell me it was posted on Google that they close early but I ONLY came here BECAUSE it said they were open 24 Hours on Google. It’s even posted on the window. There were no signs saying they were closing early.The place looked really nice, it’s a shame I had a poor first experience/greeting.

It is NOT open 24hrs! Mon-Fri they close at 11pm. Sat & Sun they are open 24hrs. Drove 25mins for nothing. Awesome!
