Yes, the place is clean, they have good services and all that, I just wished the staff was as nice to ALL the customers as they are to the customers that bring their clothes for them to wash. And yes they do take all the carts too!! I understand they have a wash and fold service but that’s no excuse, they should be more considerate of their other customers as well!The ladies that run the place are always chitchatting and talking about the customers too!Last time I came I said “good evening” to one of the ladies that works there and she just looked at me and turned away. They’re just rude!!That’s all this place needs nice friendly staff!

Ive only been a few times but found it to be clean, with reasonably priced washers and dryers. Then I discovered they have a wash/fold bundle service and Im in heaven. For just $1 per pound theyll wash, dry, fold and package your laundry. You cant beat that price! The ladies who provide the service do a great job and do it in a very reasonable time. I dropped off my 22 pounds of dirty laundry at 5 minutes before closing time and is was ready 19 hours later.Like any good laundromat the usual peak times are busy here, so dont get in a rush or come at an off-peak time. Always clean, and they clean constantly. Never too crowded and the machines work great. I drive all the way from Irving just to use this facility. They also accept touch less pay plus debit cards which makes it easier for me since I don’t carry cash. Would recommend to anyone.

We are back again & I absolutely love this laundromat. I have tried a few others since we moved to the other side of town but none compare to Lone Star. Lone Star is our familys official laundry facility.I visited this facility yesterday for the first time and was blown away by the cleanliness. There was quite a few people there doing their laundry, however, everyone was socially distancing and they all had their masks on. The staff were cleaning the dryers before I could finish unloading so if you are looking for a convenient, safe, clean environment to do your laundry...This is the place for you!

Wish they would stay on top of people who just leave their clothes in the machines. They dont have many laundry carts either.

I like the fact that they keep the washers, dryers and floors clean. I feel very comfortable while Im there and employees are nice.

Kudos to the owners for keeping this place clean. Anytime I went in the workers would always be scene cleaning up lint and dirt and sweeping around the store. I also appreciate that each machine takes a credit card. The device on the dryers is a little clunky for credit card use though if you want to add additional time

Washers are very affordable. Small washers starts at 1.75 a load and go up a dollar per size load. Dryers are 25 cents for 12 min and they get HOT. There is plenty of parking in the front near the door. Bathrooms are clean! The attendants are cleaning the whole time and very nice.

This is my go-to laundrette. Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable employees who quick to assist as needed. Best part is that the washers and dryers are constantly kept cleaned and in great working order. Plus there is music piped that is seriously dance worthy. Youll meet some incredible folks here too!My only issue is the lack of parking. However I take that as a sign of a well run establishment. If you have laundry to do, this is the place to be.

Clean and organized! Best Laundry center in Dallas, by far!The ability to use a credit/debit card is simply phenomenal. Fast, efficient machines. Free WiFi. Snack/drink machines and laundry soap available in machines for purchase with a card as well as cash!I did 14 loads of laundry and was out in less than 2 hours.Very impressed.

Love this place. Elizabeth is wonderful. I had to find a laundromat since I had a delay on my washer / dryer delivery. After I went here, I decided I will just take my clothes here weekly. $1.00 per pound - just drop off your clothes, fave detergent/dryer sheets and everything is washed, dryer, and folded PERFECTLY! I LOVE IT.

Extremely clean and very well maintained, all the washers and dryers accept both quarters or credit cards, an added bonus is the ceiling fans help the A/C to keep the temperature inside nice and cool, Ive been in some places that feel like a Florida swamp theyre so humid and you get sweat on the clothes you just washed when youre folding them.You cant go wrong here, I wont go anywhere else.

These folks are the BEST!!! The whole facility is immaculate -- you dont have to worry about putting your laundry where it will get dirty again. The whole place sparkles. The employees are very nice -- Ive dropped laundry off twice now for the wash and fold service. In both cases I got it back beautifully folded (I dont even have to iron my kids school uniforms because they do such a nice job!) and ready to go when they promised. I am so pleased to have found this place!

This is a very clean place and well taken care of, although watch some dryers. The bigger ones dont dry as well and are shorter time... What a rip off and the dryers that are smaller dry faster and have longer time. Makes no sense, the owner is ripping people off!

Really nice facility. Great prices and efficient machines. Only complaint is that arcade machines dont work. They take your money and attendants only explanation is that they dont work and that she doesnt have a key to them.

I read the reviews and decided to check it out...theyre right!! Nice and clean. Plenty of space and since Im here during school hours there are no kids running around. Coin not card operated so save your quarters... I think Ive found my new laundromat.

The best laundromat in the area. Doesnt have any of the typical problems at a laundromat. The Mexican lady was so diligently cleaning the machines & room constantly. We need more hardworking Americans like that!

Always clean and there is always someone there to answer questions and keep up the cleanliness. Machines look fairly new and the restroom is also well maintained. Owner is nice and free WiFi makes sitting around not so bad.

I have visited this Laundromat for the first time a while ago. The place is very clean, the owner and her husband are always cleaning up and making the laundry facility look nice. They do have free WiFi, and nice surround sound to be play a variety of music instead of playing in a crappy speaker like some other places. The quality of the washing machines are the, the dryers are alright but they do the job. My favorite thing about this spot is the single women who come here. If your single and need to do your laundry, I highly recommend you come here!

I really did like it. It was quick and fast. They had candy and drinks. One problem was it was really packed. I was lucky I found a spot.

I am out of town and the hotel I am staying at has 2 machines for the whole building so I came here. I intended to use the wash and fold service, but no employees were around so I washed my own clothes. I had an awesome experience. The machine worked. The place was clean. They have WiFi. I hardly noticed I was there for an hour. The only suggestion I would have is to make it clear when/who/where for the wash and fold. I still cant figure out how to use that service. Maybe thats a sign I should do my own laundry and stop being lazy. If I find more places like this I will.

Plenty of washers and dryers. Prices arent too bad. Wish they offered free drying along with the paid washing but no worries. Clean, quiet, nice place.

New to this area. Decided to try it out here. Thought about seeing if other places were cheaper. But technically it really depends on the size washers you use. you can find ways of making it cheaper either way. But what will keep me coming here is the cleanliness, not scary in the parking lot or run down area, hip music, tables to sit at and eat, study, free wifi. Also the dryers are only .25. The employee was very nice and also the owner came out to help bring my stuff in. So great customer service. God Bless you and have a beautiful day. Also shares same parking lot with Car Wash so you can kill 2 birds with one stone wash your car while waiting on your clothes. All you need is massage chairs lol

This place is one of the best laundromats Ive ever been to. Its clean, it plays awesome music, and it has free wifi. Other places just kind of pale in comparison. Only thing I wish was it was open later but I understand quality needs a closing time. Thanks and keep it goin~

This is the nicest laundry place I have ever seen. Plenty of machines in every size, and staff to ask advice if you need it. Free Wi-Fi and great music playing. Highly recommend!

This place is HORRIBLE. They flat out LIE to you if you call in advance inquiring about the cost of the machines. We were advised that during the weekdays, double loaders are $1 for cold water and $1.50 for hot water. LIE. We went during the week and it cost $1.75 to wash in hot water, and there is never a $1 option. Also, we asked about drying times and costs. We were told it was 25 cents for every 12 minutes - its 25 cents for every 8 minutes. The worker on duty did not speak English - were in AMERICA, English is the PRIMARY language!!! It was embarrassing and uncomfortable having her ask people around the laundromat if they could understand English. There were countless children running around screaming and playing with the machines. Neither the parents nor staff did anything to stop the madness. Chairs to sit in and wait on your laundry were dirty with melted and sticky candy all over them. I dont think any of the TVs played anything in English, so that wasnt of much help. The washing machines do NOT do a good job of cleaning, and dont even consider using bleach - it will not run through the cycle properly and potentially ruin clothes! Just a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!

Very clean, all machines seemed to be in working order. All machines take credit cards at the machine which was a nice feature for the business traveler.

I love coming here its always clean I can always get what I need staff always on duty to help I do have one complaint though sometimes the bathroom runs out of toilet paper but other than that I love this place I recommend it to everybody

I typically like this place up until today i was washing my clothes sat in my car came back to my stuff placed in 4 different baskets came back moved my stuff so her friend could use the washer my clothes wasn’t sitting no longer than 5 min DO NOT TOUCH MY STUFF so your friend can use the washer she needs to wait like everybody else !

This is by far the cleanest, most reasonably priced, and most orderly laundromat Ive ever been to. And Im a poor recent college grad, so you know Ive been to a lot of laundromats!

Washers and dryers always clean. Staff on duty if you need help. Also change machines, vending machines, and a store for laundry supplies available on property.

I havent been to a laundromat in YEARS. But having a special needs cat who has piddled on our king-size comforter and mattress pad for the third time, I wasnt prepared to spend $67 at the dry cleaner again. The comforter is dry clean only, but the mattress pad is not, so here we are with our giant mattress pad, sitting at Lone Star Wash & Dry and we are IMPRESSED! As everyone else has said, this place is clean, superbly comfortable with ceiling fans and air conditioning. They have a ton of machines, all looking new and fully operative. As you have probably gathered, being that Im writing this from inside of the Lone Star Wash & Dry, their wi-fi network works extremely well. I also feel comfortable in that they have cameras all over the place to keep track of any potential riffraff.One final note -- the music they have playing here is terrific! Not sure what channel or source theyre getting this from, but its a sort of jazz/pop/progressive thats been performed by actual musicians. Its great! I cant believe Im sitting inside of a coin-operated laundromat!If youre looking for a laundromat and youre in the North Irving/Carrollton/Farmers Branch area, this is most certainly the place to go! Dont forget your rolls of quarters and your soap, but if you DO forget (as we did with the soap), no worries -- they have a change machine here as well as a nice assortment of detergents to choose fromOh yeah...the little Hispanic lady who works at this place is a treat!Id give it 5 stars if I could! Way to go, Lone Star Wash & Dry!

Here was my favorite place to laundry. But recently i found out that they adjusted the program of the machines. The spin time is got short, when you take out your stuff rrom machine, you can screw water out. And the drier machine shorted the time from 12mins to 8 mins. So all your stuff were not dry unless you pay more.

Its clean, but, the music is to loud. Little kids are running around crying unsupervised. He is trying to open the machines. Not good. I will not come back here again as I have a headache from the loud music. I cant even sit in the car its loud outside too.
