Hey, this is a good dude! Its not often that someones picture defines his personality but his does. Just a lay-back guy, knowledgeable, would rather listen to YOU talk than you listening to him, etc. Really good financial knowledge as well. Answered all of my questions and Ive been back twice since. No pressure either and I HATE it when people just push and push and push until you buy what you dont need just to keep you from shooting YOURSELF. Seriously, a great guy with a LOT of knowledge in multiple areas. I highly recommend him.

This State farm office is great! Very helpful at all times. Consumers, please dont hesitate to get a quote. They called the company to found out what they wanted and faxed the info in. After receipt they called the storage company to confirm receipt and if it met the requirements. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years with different agents in different States, the longest being with Jerry Heckman in Texas. I started removing home and vehicle policies since the prices sky-rocketed in the past few years. My last vehicle policy with them was cancelled 5 days before renewal when I saved over $255, but they still removed funds from my bank account. Their office is staffed with very nice people but State Farm is NOT a company I would use again for my insurance needs. The rating is for State Farm and not necessarily the agents office.

I knew Jordan from statefarm who assisted me initially on my car insurance when I was dissatisfied with my previous insurance. Jordan recently left and there is a new employee named Champagne. Champagne spent about 45 mins on phone with me explaining about my new plan, if I changed to the car I had in mind (Note: I wasnt planning to buy one at this point). She was extremely helpful even when there was no solid proof that I would be taking the insurance from them (I had called to cancel my insurance as I sold my car). She explained about hail damage, theft, collision coverage and also gave me a reference point by comparing auto insurance with my health insurance. I have to say this was one of the most empowering auto insurance call I ever had. I called her once I changed my car and she gave me a solid plan which was affordable.Would highly recommend to anyone having limited knowledge of why you are paying what you are paying.
