The Friday before my wedding, my hard drive melted with all my seat charts, cards, rsvps etc. Computerteks diagnosed my computer the same evening and provided me with a backup of all my documents the next day (a Saturday!) A few weeks later, I damaged the thumb drive they gave me and they backed up my hard drive again for a significantly reduced price. Great communication through both transactions which took the stress out of the situation for me. I will be coming back soon to get my iPhone screen fixed and for all future repairs.
