Honest, helpful, and really seems to know what hes doing even if my computer is very basic. He informed me of things that, when I bought it new, was not disclosed to me. Quick and hes very polite!

On second screen. First typed on its own. Second does as well but also drains brand new battery. Stays at 1% while plugged into charger. Owner says send him my Home address? Says he will pick up. Sounds strange to me.

I am extremely happy that I decided to come here as opposed to other PC repair places in the area. Bayar was very professional, honest and polite. He was willing to accept my PC an hour before closing and even stayed late to finish on my PC. All of this for no extra cost! He also made it a point to give me advice as to prevent future problems. Overall, I have come out of this with my PC fully functional and more knowledgeable than I was before. I will definitely be coming here for any issues I have from now on.

This place is awesome. I took my nieces iPhone in to replace a broken screen. They had it back to me within a couple of hours. I saved time and money getting it fixed here in town. I will definitely go back again if I need anything fixed.

The characteristics you would look for in a business like this which are the most important would be trustworthiness, customer service, friendliness and warmth, and a drive to make sure the customer is completely satisfied and to even go above and beyond expectations. Bayar, the tech here fulfills all of those. You can tell he is a genuinely good person and really makes you feel like you and your needs are truly important and he is there to take care of you. You can tell he actually cares to make sure you are totally satisfied, and most importantly is a very trustworthy person. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

B-Tech Is a great service! Bayar is an amazing technician. So friendly, polite and reasonably priced. My hard drive crashed and we worked for 3 days trying to recover the data. He told me,”sorry, I don’t give up easy”. And, he was able to recover all of my data. He is the best!

Took my Iphone to B Tech. The guy was super friendly right off the bat. My charging port was not working and I assumed i needed a new one. He looked closely and pulled a piece of metal out of it that was stuck inside. All fixed at no charge in 5 minutes! He could have faked me out and sold me a new port but he is honest. He refused payment so I gave him a tip. Will go back when I need anything else done.

My old Gateway refused to start. Id heard that this place was reliable and took the computer to the shop. Bayar has to be one of the nicest people Ive ever met. He took in the tower and fixed all its problems in one day. His charge was reasonable and he provided me with good advice to prevent future problems. I will go to him for any electronic problems in the future.

Thanks Tim Gross for recommending B-Tech the gentlemen there was amazing. Even though I screwed up the computer, he took all viruses out got internet work, but could not get Video back for my daughter school project, he made a new one for her and it was great. He even made sure I got it Sunday so she could turn it in on Monday. Ill will be going back for any electronics issues( what I screw up)

This place is great! My Iphone 6s Plus received some salt water damage while doing some cave exploring at Sunset Cliffs. The screen was completely dead and the Apple store told me there was nothing they could do and that it would cost $350 minimum to fix or replace the phone. I brought it here and they fixed it in about an hour and it only cost $90. Now it works like new. Fallbrook is very fortunate to have this place!

Reposting with 1 star because the owner removed my other review and was extremely rude in their reply(see below, I copied and pasted it) :)If its removed again I can contact Google as you can see he told me that he should have lied to me and charged full price and CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW OF THIS BUSINESS PRACTICEI am giving 3 stars. They lost 2 stars because of suspicious behavior with my phone. we took our iPhone in for repair for what we thought was a damaged charger port. They handled it in a very quick manner, about an hour. When we came to pick it up, the charge was cheaper than we initially thought. Yay! But... When we asked why, he said it wasnt the charging port it was something else. We asked what and him and another employee said we cant tell you that. Um? Weird, my fiancee was going to drop it and leave but considering that phone has our bank account information and ICE information, email accounts, address book, and more private information about it I wasnt feeling right with this answer and pushed for further explanations. They still said it was job procedures that they cant tell us?? That makes me very suspicious. I ask how can we make sure we dont damage it again if we dont know what happened? Finally they told us it was a similar issue to what we thought and dirt. So this tells me youre either 1) not wanting your clients to know how to properly maintain their phone so they will keep coming to you, which is good business practice but terrible karma and I will never refer anyone to this business again. Or 2) you have done something to my phone or have some other reason to be suspicious. I dont know if I will ever go back of refer anyone here.
