Went in looking fo a battery repair got what we wanted but was very slow and witnessed others get that same sentence unfortunately we can’t!

My iPhone touch screen stopped working yesterday. I spent time on-line this morning trying to figure out what I could do to back it up before restoring. Finally gave up and took it to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) in Fairview Heights. We discussed options. I decided to replace the screen. My phone was ready and working in a couple hours. I wish I hadnt wasted so much time this morning on-line. Being without a phone and all your contact numbers is aggravating. I am so glad they were able to fix my phone so quickly.

They fixed the problem with my phone, but dont go there if youre in a hurry. Had to wait a half hour to get service. Fix only took a few minutes. This was on a Friday between 3 and 4:00. Dont know if other days/times would be better??

I spoke with Ryan before I dropped my devise off and was given all of the information I needed right off the bat including price. I was greeted in a professional manner upon arrival and told what would be done in a very detailed manner. Unfortunately for me, my phone was not repairable but the knowledge and communication Ryan gave me made me understand exactly what was going on with my phone. I was given a few options and some solid advise and was able to pick up my devise confidently knowing that everything that could be checked was diagnosed properly. I bit pricey, but the appointment schedule is very convenient online. I visited on 8/13 @ 10 am. The young man was quiet, with very kind eyes. He was upfront about the cost. My phone was ready an hour early (I had a damaged screen). I was appreciative of the quick service, and quality as well.

I brought my iPhone here for repair for a cracked screen and broken home button. When I picked the phone up, the guy said the screen was sticking up because the phone was bent when I brought it in. When I dropped the phone off the screen was definitely cracked, however the phone was not bent. When I picked the phone up there was an obvious bend in the phone by the volume buttons that was not there when the phone was dropped off. A bend like that I would have noticed and mentioned when I dropped off the phone. The phone still works but the screen is definitely raised high above the phone on two corners. I understand mistakes happen, but at least be honest and own your mistakes instead of lying about it. I’ve repaired here once before which is why I brought a 2nd phone here, but 2nd time was not the charm. I will not be back I’d only because they’re dishonest, and for me that also makes them I reputable and undeserving of my money. I’ve never been angry enough to sit on store property and type out a review, but I just did.

I brought my moms $120 smartphone in to repair her cracked screen. The employees treated me like I brought in a $1,000 Galaxy or Iphone. They were very professional, and the space felt super safe in spite of the pandemic. The repair took some time due to a faulty part they had to order, but the employees made it worth my while. I will definitely use CPR again.

AWFUL. Husband had to go back 3 different times, spent 3 hours waiting on something that he was told would take 45 minutes, then when it was finally finished it wasnt put together correctly, and they didnt bother to fix the biggest reason he brought the phone in the first place. When we told them this the said theyd fix it for free, but after a whole other day in repair his phone was messed up so badly he had to buy a new phone. Zero stars.

Took my iPad Gen 6 in for a crack in screen repair.They got it back in a timely manner, but again, the screens face began to separate from the base,. I called to complain and they said to bring it in, which I did.After several day wait, i pickup and exactly the same issue. Nothing seemed to be repaired.They once again stated they will resolve but I decided I’d eat the cost and return to Apple for repair which was repaired correctly on first attempt.This was my experience and I probably wouldn’t give them another chance with anything else.

I was having an issue with my cell phone not wanting to charge. The gentleman that I worked with was extremely nice, and he took care of the issue right away.

This place is a disguised robber. They are always overpriced no matter what I have attempted to purchase.This time is was replace a phone screen at just short of $300.00. Its a wonder that they remain in business. Saving grace.. They are friendly but they store owner dont see that they are not the only game in town.

I called beforehand to make sure they could replace the back glass on a Pixel 3XL, and was assured they would. Two very young techs looked ghost white when they handed the phone back to me, saying they ran into issues. Needless to say, pieces were missing, the NFC didnt work, and the back was not glued on properly. Took back again (twice) to have it repaired under warranty, and the fingerprint sensor was broken in the process, and the young tech just shrugged and said call my manager.Ive spent hours driving back and forth, will be initiating a chargeback for services-not-rendered.

I went in twice in two days. My daughter broke her phone screen and it was repaired in less than an hour. The customer service was wonderful! Zack was both knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk too. The price was so great too. A lot less than other competitors. The next day, I brought in my son’s phone that also had a crack screen. I have been to the Fairview heights CPR location a few times within the last year, every time I need any assistance with my phones or wireless devices this is my go to. Christian has been so much help to me. He is a pleasure to work with. He Always greets me with a smile and is more then willing to help in any way possible. I enjoy working with him each and every time. :). He is easy on the eyes also so that doesn’t hurt the situation. Zack also is very pleasant. Highly recommend these guys

They came out and fixed my screen quickly

I accidentally ran over my IPhone XR. The screen was completely busted in numerous places and the frame was slightly bent. Ryan quickly assessed the damage. $159 (including tax) and an hour later, my phone is back to new. These guys are great!

The staff was friendly and attentive. We needed protective screens replaced and they were able to replace 2 of the 3 devices. They were missing the tool to measure the screen for the fossil smart watch, now we need to go a different location. We were told that the manager took the tool home with him. Bummer

BestBuy could not perform the battery replacement because Apple would not allow them??? CPR checked the phone, suggested some tweaks but was able to replace the battery per my request and did so within two hours. Friendly and efficient service. I know where I will go in the future and it is not Best Buy.

Most people would say that their experience may not have been that great because I had to wait over a week to get my phone back, but Christian was very polite and worked hard the whole time to get a screen that was the right color and not damaged. Finally a shipment came in and he was able to fix it. He even called me on the holiday when they were closed to let me know it was finished and if I was in the area I could come by and get it. He put a screen protector on my phone and gave me a very nice discount because I was so patient and polite in return. I would definitely come back and use CPR in the future. Customer service was great. I requested a quote online while they were closed and got an automatic response with the price for what I asked immediately. The next day a follow up call to see if I had any questions but it wasnt in a hounding kind of way. My son and I took the phone up that day at about 4pm dropped it off and went to go grab a bite to eat at the food court in the mall. We checked out 2 stores while we were there and thats when I got the call that she was ready.

My charging port quit working, the Repair was quick and definitely cheaper than a new phone.

My iPhone 6 suddenly shut down and quit working late on Saturday. The next day I went to the Verizon store where the phone was purchased as a new phone but was now out of warranty. They couldnt help me but called the Apple store at the Galleria in St. Louis for me. Apple Support emailed me step-by-step instructions on how to install the new software upgrade needed for my phone. I went home and tried the software upgrade but it failed twice. I went to CPR Cellphone Repair Monday afternoon and was told I did indeed need a software upgrade for my phone and that it would take about 25 minutes. I went to lunch and came back to find my phones software upgrade was successful. After worrying for the better part of two days that my phone was now just a paper weight, I felt like I had hit the lottery when I found out it was brought back from the dead and my data was saved. The best part?? CPR Cellphone Repair did not charge me anything for doing the software upgrade on my phone!! I cannot recommend CPR Cellphone Repair enough!! If my phone had died on a weekday I would have gone directly to CPR Cellphone Repair first instead of going to Verizon.

I took my iPhone 7 in to have the cracked screen and old battery replaced. They said it should be no problem and that it would be ready in just over an hour. When I return to pick it up, I am informed that they couldn’t replace the glass and that they broke the home button in the process. They said my only option was to take it to an Apple Store to have it repaired because only they have the machine to calibrate the haptic button. Why would a place say they could fix something if they don’t have the proper equipment for the repair? I was very annoyed, as this will of course cost me more money to fix. Do not take your iPhone here, especially if it is an iPhone 7 or newer.UPDATEI had to take my phone to the Apple Store and they could not fix it due to 3rd party changes done by CPR on the inside of the phone. I dropped it back off with CPR and they sent it off somewhere to see if it could be fixed, to regain home button functionality. Unfortunately, its totally non-repairable. BUT, kudos to Christian at CPR for taking responsibility and they are going to replace my phone entirely for the price of a discounted screen repair. Now they just need to make sure that only properly trained technicians try and repair these kind of phones, or just make it known that they are unable to perform iPhone 7 repairs.

We stopped in just to see if they could change our batteries in our Turbo 2 phones because they would turn off with up to 60% power remaining due a glitch during the last system upgrade.Christian met us at the desk, listened to our story and said hed check to see if they had the parts. When he returned he told us the cost and said they could be ready in 1 1/2 hours.OK! We left our phones and said wed be back. As advertised, they were ready and seem to be working like new! (Amazing how few clocks there are nowadays!) Tiffany checked us out and it cost just what Christian had said; no hidden fees or charges.If you want to be treated rudely with shoddy workmanship, GO ELSEWHERE!These people treat you with courtesy, respect and quality workmanship. We WILL be coming back with more items to be repaired.Thank you Christian and Tiffany!

I waited in line at Batteries Plus for 20 minutes to find out how long it would take them to replace my cracked iPhone screen as I had limited time. After a long wait, they told me to come back 3 hours later. I called CPR across the street and immediately asked appropriate questions to ensure they had everything in stock. They said they could take me immediately. I told them about my time constraint and they said it was no problem at all. Dylan and the other gentleman were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Im hoping I wont break any more devices but if I do, I will be going there! Thanks guys!

Went here being told from other places that my sons phone needed a battery or a new charging port. Sebastian looked at it and said maybe it is just a dirty charge port. I called first to make sure the camera lens could be repaired because the store where I bought the phone wouldnt touch it. Zach was very polite and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. I ended up needing the back cover fixed also and the phone was done when he promised. I would definitely use CPR again.

These guys are lifesavers. Two days after I got my new iPhone 5C I dropped it and the screen cracked. They were able to fix it in 3 hours and it was as good as new. Price was definitely high, but it worth it compared to what Sprint was going to charge me for a replacement. I even canceled my insurance coverage since repair is an easier option. CPR is great but hopefully I wont need them again.

I dropped my phone in water and it stopped charging that day so I took it to CPR. They were super nice and did a liquid clean up for $40, it fixed it, andy phone was ready the next day!
