I had to use roadside assistance and Allstate arranged for Waterfront to tow my car. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I was in West Virginia the last week of June visiting a friend when I saw a car for sale online in Morgantown. I drove up to look at the car and decided to purchase it. I purchased it from an individual, which was my first mistake because he had no way to give me a temporary tag and the DMVs up there were all operating on an appointment only basis still in June, which was scheduling for months out. About 30 minutes after I paid for the car I was hit by another truck. The police came and called a tow truck from Waterfront Towing. I have AAA and the officer said the towing company he called, Waterfront Towing does AAA. When the driver arrived he told the cop that they don’t do AAA but it would be okay because the body shop he was taking it to would cover the tow. While I was driving the 150 miles back to Charleston I got a call from Waterfront Towing saying the body shop refused my car so it’s there at Waterfront Towing. The next day I called to see how much it would be and to explain the situation, that I am not a resident of West Virginia, that I had purchased the car literally 30 minutes before the accident and that I had tried to make an appointment with the DMV in West Virginia, who told me their first available appointment was in August. I talked to a lady named Tonya at Waterfront Towing who mentioned to me that her boss sometimes works with people on the amount for the tow if they’re self paying. I told her that I wouldn’t be able to get back up to Morgantown before the Friday after the accident and asked if she would please talk to the boss about the rates they charged me, $367 for a 6 mile tow and to please call me back after she had talked to her boss, just so I would know how much it was going to cost. I haven’t heard from anyone there since, not a single word, not a text, not a phone call, not a voicemail, absolutely NOTHING. These people will effectively steal this car from me, they have no interest in “serving their community” and they’re just dishonest, all around disgusting people.

Great people that care about doing things right. They take their time with the vehicles and make sure no damage occurs. Friendly staff and quick response time.

Got in and out real quick but their inspection was still thorough! Definitely will keep my business!

My experience with their mechanic has turned into an absolute nightmare. I had them replace my starter and about 3 weeks later it wouldnt start and I had to have it towed back to them to tighten a wire they didnt tighten enough themselves when they installed it. Now about a month later the new starter they installed again for some reason is failing me. These things never happen at convenient time and places. I cannot put into words the grief this has now caused me. Missed days at work, now a hotel room and Im broke down 100 miles away from them this time. A tow to them for them to fix their mistake again will cost me 400. They seem like good people but I would never trust them with my car repairs. I just got off the phone with them. I have to pay for all towing and repairs for the starter they installed 3 months ago and they are not even willing to do the part warranty for me. I have to do all that myself. Do not trust thess people with your money. That do not care about you.

Very professional and customer oriented. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. The driver was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. I will definitely be using their services again, when in need.

Called Geico this morning and they dispatched Waterfront Towing. They were there very quickly and reassured my college kid when they took her beloved BMW to the repair shop. She said the guy was so friendly and even gave her a ride back to The Domain where she lives. Great and Friendly service.

Their tow truck driver was nice and went out of his way to accommodate me. Whoever drives their little Ford van is a road rager and needs checked.
