I have been bringing my son here for 2 years now. They are awesome. They keep the kids calm and relaxed. The office is always clean. Appointments have always been on time. The exam seems thorough and complete. I highly recommend them.

We were treated wonderful ! I’m very high maintenance and picky when it comes to my children. One bad experience and I’m turned all the way off, when my kids are comfortable this momma is at ease. Thank you again to the Doctor and Hygienist that took care of my Logan, we definitely felt heard and taken care of here. Definitely recommend :)

This is the best dentist to bring your kids, the staff make the kids feel welcome and happy.My son is only 4 years old but we had to bring him many times because of little accidents he had with his front teeth and instead of been afraid he just enjoys it like if it was another day around family. He even ask me sometimes if i can bring him to the dental office to see his friends. They always give him little toys and he loves that, it makes him feel appreciated. To me the little things they do are the most important because im happy if my kids are.I highly recommend kids first dental, it is an awesome place. Dr. Stephanie is his dentist, she is the best. :)🤗😍

We’ve been going to this office for a few years. We usually have a regular doctor we see. We didn’t see her this time. I suppose she wasn’t in. Maybe out on vacation. Not sure what happened there but all the docs and medical staff that we’ve seen are great. They are really great with the kiddos, even the skiddish ones. My daughter had to have a wonky, abscessed baby tooth pulled and she was laughing through the procedure. They made sure that she was comfortable and at ease for the most part.There was an issue, today the office staff called me and asked for a social security number for our insurance. Since a member number is not printed in the insurance card. I refused. That is so unsafe! You should never give out a social security number like that. I’m not buying a house here. She told me that it’s needed to process insurance. I refused again. The staff member refused to call insurance to straiten it out. I did call insurance. the insurance rep confirmed that they should never ask for a social security number. It is not needed. All they need is name, policy holder’s date of birth and group number.I had to make more calls and waited on hold multiple times to finally talk to someone at the office who agrees that they should never have asked for a social security number. All office administrative staff need to be informed that they should never ask for a social security number. I’d give five stars if not for this office issue and that the play house is closed, wall mounted games are gone and the chairs are piled in front of the playhouse.

I have been bringing my son to Kids First since he was about 2 years old, he is now 12. The whole staff is always very welcoming and upbeat. The hygienists are careful when cleaning my son’s teeth and cause him no unnecessary pain. They have been wonderful at educating him about the importance of taking care of his teeth through brushing and flossing and they have taught him how to do it effectively. There is always a little prize or two for the kids when they leave. Just such a kid friendly environment. My son is also a patient at First Impressions( which is Kids First orthodontics.) They have done a beautiful job on his smile!

Great experience. Lovely staff and thorough but caring dentists and hygienists which is so important when working with kids. My 3 year old said “I love it here!”

We have been going to this practice for a few years. During last visit, the dentist found an awful a lot of cavities and wanted to get them fixed right away. We went to get a second opinion to my dentist, and it appears that my daughter did not have any cavities at all! 0! (vs 4 quoted by kids first), and my son had a few that need to be on the watched (not 7 according to the kids first).

Staff is wonderful with the kids, makes sure they are comfortable and answers all questions. Make sure parents are comfortable with treatment and guides them through the process.

By far the best dentist in Fairfield county. My little guy is autistic and non verbal. Our dentist, Stephanie fully informed me on what procedures would take place for the work my son needed. I also learned a few things! I made this appointment as a second opinion. But now Im ditching my old dentist for Kids First. From reception to the hygienists and all the way to the dentist, great experience overall!

The entire staff is always very pleasant making the trip to the dentist with my son such an easy task! So grateful!! My son has been a patient here for about 10 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will be sad when he ages out in a few years and we have to find another dentist.

The wait time in your lobby is too long with the pandemic going on.I would have preferred to have left my children and waited outside. But when I got there I only had my 11 year old for his appointment. I was waiting on my 15 year old. I appreciate the popularity of the practice. But I think the wait time has to be reduced for contact tracing purposes. Otherwise still the only dentist I use for my children.

My daughter is special needs and Kids First is very accommodating with my special requests to make her feel more comfortable. Dr. Stephanie is also very patient and understanding with my daughter and me as well. I highly recommend them.

They are fantastic for my daughter. My daughter is nervous at the dentist & they always take time to talk to her & ease her anxiety. It’s never rushed. It’s also a very clean office & all staff are always smiling. (I assume under their masks.)

Sam is the best hygienist she is very loving caring and patient, the experience we have had here Is amazing. The staff is all so patient and care of the patients wellbeing while at there office. I did a good job changing over. Cant wait to bring my little munchkin back in 6 months

My daughter has always had high anxiety about the dentist. From our first visit here the staff has made her so comfortable. We are always greeted by smiles. The staff talk to her and myself which is such a pleasure. And for some reason....which Im sure a lot of parents will understand..... my daughter receives information about how important brushing and flossing are better from them than from me. I love this place and that they have always made my child feel good.

Worse place to take your kids at this time, they will have you and your kids wait outside when its 37° for over 15 minutes, risking your kids health, mean while their staff is nice and warm inside, if you experienced something similar in this place please share it to warn others of places like this where the bottom line is how much they can make while putting kids health at risk.

Was good dental work, however the discrepancy in billing that hasn’t been resolved is unsettling. Paying over $900 in services when you’re “in” our network and when we were quoted $600 is off the charts. We have since gone back to our out of network dentist and it’s cheaper (so odd) and guaranteed work for 18 months.AND saying. 13 year old needs wisdom teeth taken out?!! Horrible and second opinion was absolutely the best decision. Our new dentist is so great and used to even work there which confirms our disgust.

I love this place! My kids are always excited to go to the dentist, thanks to the wonderful treatment they receive here! The staff is always so polite and attentive, and they know just how to deal with the kids. My 5-year-old needed to have 2 teeth extracted, and Dr. Michelle acted quickly and confidently, putting me at ease. She joked the whole time, so my son never really noticed what was going on. It was a great experience overall!

Today was my 3 year old sons first time there to the Fairfield location (not his first dental visit). Hes previously had some not so pleasant visits just from being afraid as he was seen at a general family dental practice but today, Im happy to say I was very pleased! My son was comfortable from the time he stepped foot in the door. The staff and atmosphere made him feel at ease which made his first experience enjoyable and no so scary. He didnt cry not once and had a great time at his visit today. Awesome place!

This whole place is amazing! From the front desk to the doctors. I was never really a fan of the dentist growing up and never wanted that uneasy feeling to happen to my 4 year old daughter She loves going to the dentist now. The hygienists have such patience. Dr. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and truly cares about my daughters teeth. The front desk is very polite and friendly. My daughter even told me this morning, She should really only drink water and milk and grabbed a bottle of water because juice can give you cavities. SCORE! Waited at Bridgeport Hospital 4 hours (child with empty stomach) because first kids scheduled for 10:50am we got there 10:30am the nurse said our appointment is for 1pm and just wait. After surgery (fill cavities) at home my 3 years old was suffering a lot of pain fever, vomit, discomfort swallow gum refused to drink or eat anything trying to remove the metal piece from his mouth by him self, the worst night ever. Dr left a piece of metal inside my childs mouth, not received a fast response from kids first dentist, when finally next day they return my call, didnt even know what piece of metal I was talking about till I sent the picture, Dr apologized saying he forgat to removed, that its not a big deal that sometimes happens and to bring him to his office for him to remove it. Terrible experience.

I have been bringing my children to Kids First for 13 years and the experience there is like no other place. The entire staff is amazing! Energetic, pleasant, caring. We have recently visited the Norwalk location and were so pleased with the experience. The office is state of the art with ample parking and plenty of private areas. Love Kids First!

Amazing! I have two boys who have been going to Kids First for many years and I have only had positive experiences with the dentists and also the hygienists at this practice. My now 11 and 15 year olds seriously look forward to going to have their teeth cleaned. We always feel welcome and very well cared for. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your children here. While my boys do not have special needs, I have observed the dentists and hygienists interacting with special needs patients and have been beyond impressed.

I am a mom of a 7.5 year old foster son who had never been to the dentist. I cant thank the dentists and staff at Kids First enough for making his first visit and several follow-up visits awesome. This practice truly are miracle workers with kids. Even my 2 year old had a great visit.

The friendly and accommodating staff, in addition to the quality service provided, makes Kidz First a great choice for a family seeking a pediatric dentist. My husband and I value the level of attention and care given to the boys, and the willingness of the staff to go over and beyond to make them comfortable with what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process. Most recently my 18 mth old fell in love with his Hygienist, Ms Patti, who helped him get comfortable by allowing him to play with the lights. In the past weve had Ms Kristen, who my 6 yr old (then 1) adored. Ive forgotten the names of all the other wonderful people who have attended to us and our boys.
