Hard getting in touch with them by phone. You must call multiple times before anyone answers, even during normal working hours.

This dentist took over the practice of a dentist who passed away. She did not inform existing customers of this circumstance. All dentists working in the practice were let go. I arrived for my services and she was the person to work on me. I didnt know her and would probably not have kept the appointment had I known my dentists were no longer there. I have since changed who I go to. I have a bad feeling about her, she seems to be dishonest and is definitely unethical because she will not refund me of my overpaid balance. She claims that she cant access her customers account records. How can she be in business? I have read that her license isnt valid anymore. Do not go here.

Dr. Epstein is the best dentist I have ever known. He is painless, perfect, and exacting. I have always had complete confidence that he would do the best possible job. He has cared for me and my family for 40 years. My teeth are perfect because of him. He is gentle, articulate and explains his procedures. He is the best!

Poor service. Still waiting for a refund from 4 months ago. Almost had a tooth pulled when it needed a root canal. Was able to save the tooth with an actual Endodontist. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and still have not heard back from this office. Never again!

Ive been going to this dental office for years, even after moving out of town. Every person in this office from reception, to dental hygienists, to the dentists works to make you feel comfortable while providing excellent care. I highly recommend them!

Alison and the place is really nice. Their tooling around reminders and appointments is super easy. Some improvements on engaging with insurance and communications in that area can be improved. I love the friendliness of the env.

I had neglected my teeth for way to long. I was embarrassed to go to the dentist but desperately needed my teeth fixed. From the first time I went they were very happy, pleasant people. Fast forward 1 1/2 years and Im almost complete with my healthy white teeth and my new implant. I couldnt be happier. Ive waited many years to show off a beautiful smile. 😁

Today was my first visit to FFDG. I had my teeth cleaned and a couple of filings. Allison did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Allison also gave me some important tips on how to properly care for my teeth. I realized how important it is to floss properly and include it in my daily routine. I plan to do so now that I am armed with this new knowledge. My appointment with Dr. Epstein for filings was a lot easier and painless than expected. I had no discomfort, and he explained every step of the process. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over-all it was a great experience. I plan to come back in 6 months to see Allison again for my next cleaning. A big thanks to the FFDG team.

I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up in the morning, after taking off work, they said there was a scheduling error and the doctor wasnt even there. Luckily they found a spot an hour later for me to do a cleaning but I had to reschedule for the doctor... When I went back, they did a bunch of additional tests without asking, that wasnt covered under my insurance. When I finally got an assessment from the doctor, they not only tried to convince me that I needed to improve my smile but quoted 14 k for the job. Ill never go back to this place. After I opted out of my next appointment, they have messaged me 5 times, emailed, and even called after Ive repeatedly said that I wasnt interested.

Excellent dentist and cleaning. Allison is terrific and helping me to stay out of trouble twice a year for healthy gums and teeth, Dr, Epstein is the best dentist with caps, bondings and invisiline that I have ever had.
