Eddy was referred to me by a friend of his, who actually has his own appliance company. Since that friend doesnt work on Samsung front load wash machines, he said, Call Eddy. So I did. Eddy was very responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He actually tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone, which I felt was very honest of him because he wouldnt get paid unless he came to our house. Since I couldnt figure it out, we scheduled an appointment.I was actually out of town when he came by, so my wife was there to help him in. Upon arriving he immediately knew what the issue was. The wash wasnt spinning, leaving the clothes wet up completion of the cycle. He said it wasnt worth repairing, so he recommended that it be replaced instead of repaired. Even though he didnt actually fix our appliance, its is his integrity that deserves a 5 star review.
