First of all when I walked into the nail shop there was no menu price available they just make their prices as they go, I proceeded to let her know that I needed to get a fill in for acrylic nails. It usually cost me 20 bucks. Then she let me know I needed 2 nail repair for $10 per nail. $30 for a fill in so I kindly declined service. I dont know whats wrong with these nail shops from the pandemic they are prices gouging and devalue acrylic nails. Therefore charging you $3 to put polish on your nails. Please please dont let them keep overcharging our community.

Ive been going to this nail shop for about 5 months. The prices for the same service is never the same. No price is displayed in the shop. And when you ask, why the prices keep going up. Their response is that the owner their Boss tells them to take the price up. I always get the Jelly Pedicure and Gel Medicare with Gel polish on both. $98.. This place is ripping people off. I asked the lady in the front, why they dont have the prices up, she completely ignored me talking in their language.. probably saying something smart.. this is not the place to go to!!

I’m going to be real honest, I started going to this salon because it was right across the street. At first for the quality I didn’t like it but it was convenient. Started going because one nail tech was willing to try designs on my nails and, I coached her up and letting her do different designs every 2 weeks. The price was correct $70 (mind you I always tipped her $10. She started to take pictures of the work but once she started to get better after a few months like every 2 weeks the price went up $5 for less design until it finally reached $15 more than what I usually paid. Well I decided to test this out and I said give me regular acrylic with gel polish long length coffin shape she said $65. I usually go to buckhead and they charge $50. I had enough, on the site it said $38 and up how did you jump a whole $27 from the price that is listed on the site? Well they will make up something to justify the price. Nope I’ll take my service somewhere else, no transparency. Make sure when you go you ask the price of your services first and look on the website because the prices are not displayed in the shop.

Got me right in, did a great job for a Basic $25 pedicure.

Made appt over the phone for two pedicures. Arrived on time, I was greeted at entry washed my hands picked my color and went right to my massage chair. I was happy they didnt make us wait we started our pedicures immediately. I got the Jelly spa which was really relaxing. I love my color my nail lady had my feet looking perfect! My toes were painted smooth, even, and shiny! I will visit again! Friendly staff.

This was the worst experience. Their staff was rude and inconsiderate. They also over charged for an appointment I booked early morning and was adding on things I didn’t ask for while trying to cover it up as if they couldn’t understand English. They reuse the same foot shaving tool on everyone without cleaning and we are in a whole PANDEMIC. If I could I would rate a -5. I have been going to nicest nails close to 5 years and my experiences have always been positive. Mai and Linda are always friendly and professional. I have never been disappointed with the service. Would recommend nicest nails!

I will not be coming back i ask for my nails to be rounds but instead she keep giving high tops on my nails. I usually get color but the service was so trash i refuse wait in there any longer then i had to. Spent over 3 hours in there for a basic mani and pedi with no color.

I have going to this spot off and on for many years. The service is not the same as it was. The workers think because we dont speak there language, we dont know that they are throwing shade and talking about people when they in the establishment. I think that at this point I will have to seek service elsewhere.

Unprofessional, when they make mistakes like doing your eyebrows they will say it’s how they were or not growing in the area they took to much off. And still want you to pay for terrible service. Same with pedicures will not go back again.

The people were nice, but the quality of service was far below standards. My daughters and I all received full sets, and we each experienced some sort of problem... my nails had too much acrylic on them which made them fat looking and unreal, my oldest daughter gel polish came off 2 of her nails the very next day. Also my baby girl lost a nail the same day its safe to say we wont be returning.

Im big on customer service as well as products. The employees are VERY kind and professional. Im from Miami, Florida and Im old school; Ive never been treated so kind. Im pretty tuff with my nails and since Ive been coming here, my nails fo not left, chip, or discolor.

Mary has a tendency to be late for appointments. Linda, Mary’s sister, was extremely rude and disrespectful anytime I would come in to get my nails and I had not done anything to her. It could be a case of mistaken identity, but that still doesn’t justify being rude to your customers. Lynn is just okay. I do miss the younger guy that used to work in there that sat all the way at the back of the salon, as well as Jenny. She was so sweet. I guess they got tired of them too. Lol.Overall, I wouldn’t advise anyone to patronize this nail salon as they are rude, unprofessional, and the work is pretty mediocre.

I have been here quite a few times. The last couple times, Lela did my nails. I specifically asked for her because I really liked the way she shaped my nails (coffin). However, I just got my nails done for a wedding and the polish used was very thick. She kept having to file over the polish and reapply it. When I got home and really looked at my nails, I realized that all of the nails on my left hand looked super thick and chunky and some of the others were rough and kept catching on fabrics, etc. and one of my natural nails was exposed on the side, causing it to pull my hair out when I put my fingers in my hair. I went back the very next day asking for a polish change. “Lyn” refused to give me a new color without charging $12. She was willing, however, to completely remove and re-polish my nails with the SAME problematic nail polish free of charge. While that makes absolutely no sense to me, I paid the $12 (after speaking my mind) and definitely will NOT go back. If you don’t stay on top of their work, they’ll rush and have your nails looking thick and messy. I’ll find a place where I don’t have to do all that, or pay extra for something that should have been done correctly the first time. They won’t be getting anymore money from me.

My first time patronizing this nail salon and the service (pedicure and manicure) was spectacular. They also practice social distancing procedures and provided professional customer service even though it was fairly busy.

I have been going to this nail salon off and on for the last 12 years. Excellent service and I love the renovations and updates.I normally go every two weeks for my manicure/pedicures and to get my eyebrows done.

So.. Not sure why this place doesnt have a higher rating.. But I was impressed with my service. I absolutely love my nails. Anna is gracious, professional, pretty and friendly. My sns isnt bulky. Vibrant colors. Reasonable prices. Ill definitely be back.

Horrible nail shop. I got my nails done with gel. My nails had bubbles in them. The lady refused to redo my nails. I also got a eyebrow wax, They waxed one of my eyebrow super thin while the other brow was super thick. When I complained about it, the lady had a look on her face like oh well. It took my brows almost 6 months to grow back correctly. I would not recommend them for anything.

TERRIBLE will not return! Did not get what I asked for and ended up paying $60. Was told 3 different prices for just regular gel top coat acrylics. Definitely over charged for short ugly nails,and my toes nails were cut way too short.

Terrible. Guy working the front is very rude and impatient. Will side eye you and sign and give dirty looks while he’s doing your nails. Cut me with the nail file twice. I had to say ‘ouch’ three times so he wouldn’t break skin. My nails look terrible. There are gaps all on the sides. He rushed through painting. Will never come back to this place again.

This was my first time here. Left another salon with a long wait to come here. Only giving 4 instead of 5 because I normally pay $20 for a basic pedicure elsewhere but they charge $22. Didnt have a long wait, clean salon, and friendly service.

Went here today for the first time and absolutely loved it! The staff was nice and professional and most importantly my cuticles didnt get cut. I also liked they didnt try to force sell me other services/products that I didnt ask about!!! Definitely coming back

If possible to give 0 stars I would. The nail tech who did my pedi did a decent job. (Got some cuts on my toes) However, the one who did my fingernails, doing my first SNS was horrible. She just removed my old nail polish and proceeded to buff and applied powder to my nails. Im staring at my cuticles but didnt say anything at first as I thought maybe later on she will address the cuticles. Well, she didnt and when I asked I was told I should have asked for a manicure. Huh? Isnt this a manicure? Well, my nails are thick and a few have bubbles. I will not return.

I have been going here for many years and I am pleased with my nails each time I leave. They have alot of options for nails when it comes to different polish types. They also always have new things for nails that other salons dont. I no longer live by this salon but I still drive 45 mins to go here and get my nails done.

Definitely don’t go here if you need your gel removed. They soak your hands in a bowl of acetone rather than using the foils. Then, they use the buffer machine over and over until it all comes off. Acetone bowl, buffer, repeat - this process makes your nails paper thin. When she finally did scrape a little, she used a cuticle cutter instead of a scraper. Truly my worst nail salon experience ever.

Do not spend your money here!!! I was met with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The one star is due to the fact that I fortunately did not spend my money after having been met with rude behavior upon my arrival. Wasnt even asked what service I needed, instead I was told abruptly, Come back tomorrow! No explanations were given despite the fact that there were 5 techs and only 3 customers present and it was hours before they were set to close. I wont go back and I caution anyone who plans to.

They got roaches! This was my first time here and I was sitting there getting a pedicure and I spotted a roach right in front of me. It was a pretty good size. I had to keep my eyes on it to make sure it wasn’t coming my way. It crawled on the lady’s shoe that was getting her nails done! Where there is one, there’s more. I won’t be back!

Arrived at location at 5 for a mani/pedi. Put me in water in about 10 minutes. I sat in water until 6:45, while other clients wanting more expensive services were seen. I got up, dried off my feet and left. Noone said a word to me. Very poor customer service.

I usually only go when its no where else to go or for last minute occasions, but this last time was just as horrible as my previous experiences. I went in for a normal fill and pedicure, which seems simple. I did get regular polish but the way it dried had streaks on two nails. Without a fuss I left got home and the next morning my acrylic came off my thumb nail. When I returned to have it fixed the lady told me that I had to wait 30-45 mins to have ONE nail fixed. Even the owner stated We have a lot of people just wait. I had my daughter with me on a Saturday afternoon. So it defeated the purpose of me coming on Friday morning to have my nails done originally. So as the the lady is doing my nail she states your nails are old and you need a new set. Had she stated it the day prior when i originally came in I wouldve gotten a completely new set but SHE PROCEEDED WITH THE FILL. She rushed through the repair and only did to coats, my thumb nail looks nothing like the others. smh. Just rude. On top of my pedicure, my feet are usually softer whenever I leave from my other nail tech, but now they are rough. No scrub No anything. By far the worse place. This is not my first incident with this place, and the only thing I can say nicely is they have a plethora of color to choose from. I will not go back here but rather travel a bit from my house to get service else where!

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E.The staff is not friendly or professional AT ALL!!!The nail shop visits are usually mental relaxing time for me, but I spent so much time TRYING to correct each nail AND they’re still not right. If the tech would stop talking so much to her coworkers she may be able to pay more attention to detail. I’m not one to try and bring anyone’s business down... BUT I HAAAAD to leave a review because my nails look a mess! Someone came in after a week for a nail repair and another lady came in after 2 days because her gel polish was peeling off on just about all her nails. My polish has so many bubbles, some nails have thick acrylic, some don’t and they are poorly shaped. The whole set is just embarrassing and I’m left to fix them because I refuse to show up at work this way 😩

The worst nail salon ive ever been to. I dont usually leave reviews, but I have to let customers that has never been know that theyre customer service is HORRIBLE!! Theyre very expensive for no reason. Not once have I ever paid 35 dollars for a gel FILL IN!! The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they do really nice eyebrows. I will never attend this nail salon again.

I will never go back as I received several cuts. I dont think that the technicians understand how easy it is to hurt someone when they use the emeryboard around the sides. The smell of chemicals were strong and it wasnt very clean. I had the color SNS but they didnt have the shade and I was given tips and powder fill-in, which wasnt what I really asked for, so communication maybe a problem.

You get what you pay for. I will not return. I asked for a manicure (natural nails) and a pedicure. The quality of polish is horrible. When it was time to do my nails he went straight to doing the SNS polish. I asked about the manicure and he said he does it after the polish is on....WHAT? So basically I didnt get a manicure because you cant get to the cuticle when the polish is there. Needles to say polish is all over my nail beds and fingers. Very uneven. Again, I will never return.

Just recently moved back to Georgia and decided to go to the nail salon with my best friend to get my nails done (she normally comes here). From the moment I walked in the man at #4 was extremely rude to me barking orders to pick a color and sit down. I still sat down and gave him a chance. The first 15 minutes was fine, I was watching him file and apply my SNS powder. Then all of a sudden, he begins yelling at me, and telling me not to look at him do my nails or he wont be able to continue. I have never in my life seen a nail techincian become intimidated from a client watching them do the work they have been educated to do. He was very rude and was grabbing my hands and fingers. I dont think Ive ever had such an uncomfortable position when trying to pamper myself. He would have gotten a tip, if he wasnt such a dick. Its such a shame, he did a decent job. I doubt Ill be returning, and if I do I wont be returning to chair #4.

My original review was 3 stars and is still below however 4 of my nails broke right at the tip all within 1 week of going and I wasnt using abusing them, I was in the office...moms gel polish didnt last either it started to peel on the tip a little after a week she should easily have gotten 2 weeks maybe 3 since she is retired... Im remembering why I never went back years ago.... My original review follows...... They werent terrible yet nothing spectacular either. Mom n I stopped on a whim to get our nails done. I got a full set of coffin/ballerina shaped medium length acrylic, brought my own polish with a normal clear top coat. $35 .... Most places I woulda paid $30 at the most for this set ($25 length & $5 shape) I hate that shape charge 🤔🙄 He was very quick (35/40 minutes) no flaws Mommah Dukes got a cuticle removal/treatment, trim/shape buff and gell polish her cost $30 ... I feel normally it should have been $25 ... She really liked the lady that did her nails too. No complaints... Might try a fill in or a pedicure if we get another whim. They are the only nail shop I know of right in this part of Fairburn. I noticed they use plastic in their pedicure tubs to keep them sanitized so thats looking like a plus to me. I will admit I am very picky about my nails, I really am. So a 3 is decent, a 4 Im definitely going back n cant wait and a 5 🌟 review would mean Im not going anywhere else unless I have to.

I have been a customer here for over 15 years and today ( Sunday ) I was treated nasty and rude because I question the new person that was going to service me , then she didn’t want to because I question her had a customer I have every right to especially when I’m paying my money to someone..I will contact Mary the owner tomorrow

Horrible experience!! Because they are so close I have been trying to give them a chance. In the past, maybe two or more years ago I have had really good service. Recently the salon appears unkempt and the nail technician was very rude. They were not very busy but the technician rushed through my pedicure which was subpar. I will not return!!

The owner, im guessing, is constantly in a rush. He did my nails and i HAAAAATE them! I asked for my cuticles to be cut, he didnt do it. I asked for one more coat, he had an attitude. Notmally, after they file your fake naols down you have to wash your hands, he didnt let me go do it. My nails look a hot ass mess! That is the LAST time Im going there

I went and had gel acrylic nails put on and a man did my nails. First of all, he was rude and didnt listen very well to what I the customer wanted. He kept saying: I know, I know. Apparently, he didnt know. He didnt shape my nails correctly. Two of my nails are not level, they are pointed upwards and flat (not curved on the nail). One of them has a knot / bump of acrylic on it, which is aggravating. My thumb nail has pockmarks on / in the acrylic. I told him that I didnt want the acrylic to be too thick. Of course, I got the opposite and now I have problems picking up things. I am not new to acrylic nails. I have been wearing them since 1993. I decided to give my fingers a break for a few years and I was excited about putting them back on. He didnt give the customer what she wanted!

Came on Friday after the guy at #4 kept telling me to relax I explained I was in a wreck the day before . I tipped him my nail broke 2 days later I called and told them and he still charged me $4 because he said after 3 days they charge but it hadnt even been 3 days this is why I stick to my regular shop . Theres no excuse why my nail broke they do a half ass job and I wont be returning . Save your time and money and stick with what you know .
