I came here today after work for a pedicure to relax before vacation along with my daughter who just wanted gel polish. The service was extremely rushed and because the staff was overwhelmed I feel that reflected in their attitude. This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never visit this establishment again. Overpriced with bottom tier work.

Beware!! from pandemic, theyre charging $30 just for acrylic nails!! Their price gouging🤑We have got to stop this in our community over paying for nails.

I am from out of town and my daughter recommended them the only reason they received a 3 star is because the people there were nice and they did a good job on my pedicure. I had the SNS and couple hours later my nail begin to crack, so I went back and the nail technician buff my nails and proceeded to put the top coat back on but I let her know that I’ve had this done before and had a gel top coat put on and it worked better and lasted longer. So she put the gel top coat on and after it was done I was charged 5 dollars and I said I have to pay more money for my inconvenience and she stated yes. I want go there again!! They charged me for my inconvenience. A few of my nails still look like they have cracks but I am not going back they may try to charge me even more for there mistake. The best nail job I ever had was done in MIssissippi a month ago and it was much cheaper!!

I’ve came here a few times and the service was okay. Dre did my full set a few months ago and I love them. Came in today horrible horrible horrible service I will never be returning they charge you for services you didn’t ask for and I mean over charge for my nails and feet that was rushed. The girl who did my feet did a poor job I could have did better. My feet was ashy and I had polish in random spots around my toes. My full set wasn’t worth the money I spent. Will not be returning.

I waited half an hour an was skipped over several times before even seeing a nail tech, when I spoke to someone they sat me down immediately but to avail no one was there to do my nails for another 15min! Then the guy in the toto hat finally came over to do my nails, he rushed , the shaping was awful an not only did he catch an attitude cause I made him fix my nails on my right hand cause they were noticeably SHORTER then the nails on my left. And charged me $53 for short gel acrylics that came out AWFUL but these establishments don’t give a fuxk they just take ur money an send u on ur way. No real talent .

Been here 3 times now and each time has been a good experience. Most recent time there was a bit of a longer wait. They are one of the more affordable salons I’ve been to.

Ive been coming to Diamond Nails since they opened and I have never had any problems. You pay for quality work and you get quality work. Abby is amazing. Anything I imagine up for my nails, she delivers. Friendly staff, beautiful and elegant building. They play good music while you relax. I love the atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

The nail techs are rude and they do a rush job on your nails. Your nails be uneven and shaped differently. The polish doesn’t last no more than two days whether it’s Gel or SNS. Your nails break and they do not want to repair your nails without you paying! The pedicure tech does a messy job and they leave polish everywhere 🙄

I should have read the reviews and just did my own nails! I own a press on nail business but decided to enjoy myself and get some me-time! Anywho my pedicure was done correctly it’s my SNS job on my nails that are messy! Had to tell the nail tech to fix my nails after he thought I wouldn’t notice all of the build-up he left on the underside of my nails!

Dre performed my fill in and I actually chose him based on a previous satisfactory experience. This tome was quite different. I’m my attempt to self advocate to let him know that the e-file was hurting my cuticles since he was not using a rounded safety bit. Dre decided that getting loud with me was his best solution exclaiming that he didn’t cut me. I actually was aware that he didn’t not and was not insinuating this but letting him know that the drill bit was too close to my cuticle and causing discomfort. Instead of engaging with his combative behavior that drew attention from all over the salon, I decided instead to write this review. People do not come to spend their money to be told how to feel and certainly not to be utterly disrespected. Additionally, this occurred in the presence of the manager who seemed to not care since there was no immediate reprimand or change in course of action. Saying all of this, I will no longer patronize an establishment that feels that they can disrespect customers when the customer attempts to improve the quality of the service being received. He was out of line and out of order. Choose wisely where to spend your money.

I have received numerous pedicures in my lifetime but this was by far my worst! The technician tried to pressure me to get the most expensive service and when I told her that I wanted the basic service TWICE- she did a piss poor job. She didn’t remove the dead skin and did not lotion my legs. In addition- the paint job looks horrible. Needless to say- I will not be returning. Do not waste ur money here- u will be frustrated.

The techs are very disrespectful I did not received the services that I requested the nail polish was not the correct color and they wanted me to come back another day to get redone they are not consider of your time. very unprofessional do not waste your money they pressure you to pay more

This is my go to spot for my mom and I to get our nails done. They are always so friendly and welcoming. The staff always greet us with smiling faces and they made us feel as if we were at home. It’s great to find nail techs that cater to you and also people you create friendships with.

Went to get my nails done on 10/02 for my upcoming birthday that’s in 4 days. I had a specific design in mind but looked nothing like how I wanted. She (April) gladly accepted to change my nail design to just a simple color like I asked. After that she was finished I observed my nails but still didn’t like the quality. I have air bubbles in some of my nails &’ another few of my nails look like it wasn’t coated completely with nail polish, my thumb nail also looks dry. It was my first time going here but the quality is poor

I have been coming here since they open! Tyler, who is at the front desk, has always been very kind and polite. I always get friendly and exceptional service from Abby, April, Marilyn, Cindy/now Mindy, Cindy & Imee. Since COVID, extra care is being taken for safety, mask, washing hands, distance between patrons, sanitizing and taking our temperature! I was concern about coming back... but the staff ease my concerns💜💜 I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the most pleasant experience with the most professional people. Its been 7 months and finally got my manicure and pedicure. The price was just right for the professional job that was well done I even gave an extra $10 tip. I will be back ...

I use to luv coming to Diamonds Nails &Spa. As of opening back up from all of this pendemica. Service has been poor. My pedicure was been done at the same time with my nails. I ask the lady if one of my foot in particular was smooth she stated to me yes its smooth underneath. After my nails was dry I look over both of my feet and the painting was terrible and I still had dead skin in spots that were very noticeable. After todays service me and my family will not return . Its very upsetting to me we have been providing service since Grand Opening and still coming after reopening price risen too much for poor service. In my own community.

My nails looked soooo pretty when they were done! The reason for the 2 stars is because I had to ask for a base coat. In nail school students are taught to use four layers of polish. The base coat to help polish adhere and to prevent the polish from staining the natural nail or the artificial nail plate. Two coats of polish then one coat of top coat to seal and add shine. I was told that “this salon does not do four coats” “four coats will make the polish too thick”. I asked if this is what they were taught in school? My question was never answered. The reason for not applying the base coat cuts down time on the service so that they can get to the next customer and also helps them save money by not using product. I insisted on four coats and my nails turned out beautiful! Then I was told again that they will NOT apply four coats next time. No worries because they won’t get my business a second time. 😉 I was also told that all salons only apply three coats which is not true. The tech stayed on her phone as well and kept saying it was her boss!!! 😳. The boss should know better!

$$56 for a full set and I had to tell April that one nail was crooked and polish on one nail was so dull

Went to get a full set with cost me $68 dollars didn’t mind paying because the nail tech did a good job with the design but after only a week one nail fell off went to get it fixed they charged me $5 when most nails shops I have been to in the past fix it for free especially because it had only been a week... two days later three more nails fall off... not good quality!

Very poor work. Too much talking and giggling in their language. Definitely not worth the money. And they try to upsell you everything. Nobody wants to be bombarded with a constant salesman. A manicure and pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. Never again.

I sat in the chair for 20 minutes before being serviced and when I finally was the young lady who did my toes was great it was nothing against her . When it was time for me to pay they locked the doors until I payed and even then when my friends were paying they charged a minor for a service she did NOT ask for and locked us all in until we paid for it. They were very unprofessional and loud and got very rude when I asked them to unlock the door . Will not be returning .

We originally were going to our regular Spa in Peachtree City but didnt feel like that drive today. Hubby and I decided to come here for a nice, relaxing pedicure. Got there alittle before 6pm(close at 8). I got the $36 Scrub Pedicure & it was a waste of money & my time. The girl who did my Pedicure rushed and did not massage or anything, I barely got a hot towel wrapped around my leg. Worst Pedicure service EVER! Shouldve gotten a Basic Pedicure, at least my husband got a good massage with his. These people kill me waiting and watching to see if and how much youll tip but give you the most rushed, uncomfortable treatment...SMH!Anyhoo, never again....RUSHED & WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

They over charge and expect a tip, I will not be using them again, please use cash when you go cause they take extra for tips off your card.

They messed up the nails and when we asked them to fix them they said it’s a $15 charge. She started screaming, Yelling profanity, and even giving threats to a MINOR. I informed them that my little sister was getting the basic set with regular polish and they still gave her gel polish then when i asked them do i still have to pay for something i didn’t ask for they said yes. then when i asked that they remove it and i’ll just pay the removal fee they said no then proceeded locked the door from behind the counter forcing me to pay way more than i should have. i will not be returning and i will be informing everyone i know about their horrible customer service.

They charge $15 extra for gel when majority of the places charge 10 $13 max! On top of that to repair each nail they charge $4 per nail!! Which would be cheaper to get a full set. Will not be returning back because I can get my nails done in the city for a cheaper price.

Had an appointment and waited about 20minutes to end up getting bad service. She rushed through my toes and fingernails. I did not receive a massage for my feet/legs or arms/hands. She only scrubbed (with the pumice stone) my heels not the ball of my feet or toes. My fingernails are multiple shapes instead of one uniform square shape as requested. My polish is not neat. She completed my toes and gel manicure in 40minutes.

Went here for my birthday for a full set. I got a bunch of acrylic pushed on my cuticles, bulky nails and a charge for oil. Considering that they have a sign saying don’t be difficult sitting in front of you, its pretty insulting with the quality of their nails.

Service is over priced. Do not explain process. Charge according to product usage and not good..will not go back..

A month ago I made an appointment, but they never let me in to the salon when I arrived at the appointment time.Before I went 2 weeks ago, I called to ask the manager to ask if I needed an appointment, I explained the services I wanted and was told it was okay to come in. After the rushed pedicure and the tech started the manicure, I was told that I could only get 1 service at a time, but they would do it anyway. The manager should have informed me when I described the services I wanted. After the expensive gel manicure, the gel pealed off in less than 2 days. I am not a complainer and I still tip for bad service, but I will never go there again.

This business charged me a covid 19 fee. This is completely illegal and I will be reporting them to the state. They are taking advantage of people during this time. Will never visit again.

This is the worst nail salon in this area. They don’t stand by there products. They are extremely unprofessional. They are not honest and they have inferior products. Go to them if you want to get substandard service and products and charged premium prices. Worst nail salon I have EVER gone too.

I had a gel manicure w/design, deluxe pedicure and my eyebrows arched the service was average and I paid $82. Not even a week later my nails starts lifting and peeling I called to the shop explaining the situation and the manager tells me they have a 3 day policy to repair 1 nail not all and I stated to him that I was just there and spent $82 and youre telling me you cant correct something you guys did wrong once I stated this he stated that it wasnt their policy but being that this was my 1st time he would honor my dissatisfaction and redo my nails I came to the shop and waited 15 mins. before sitting in the chair he and the woman tech was speaking waited a few more minutes to get the color I had only for the manager to come over and say he wouldnt honor my request I was a bit confused as the reason I was there was because he stated they would needless to say I wouldnt recommend this place bad business practice, lousy customer service andover priced for the average service.

I was charged $18 for a color change on my toes and when I questioned the price after paying the woman shooed me out of the salon.

Entirely overpriced & wont own up to their mistakes. The first wrong is I was told that my gel nail polish, not a manicure, just polish was $20 then charged $27. The pricing here is ridiculous & that’s why it’s not up on their walls.
