This is a serious school for serious training and serious fun. My daughter has been training for 9 of her 13 years and this class killed her, a brutal workout. She insisted we sign up. My 9-year-old loves it too.

5 stars is too low for MK Muay Thai. The whole gym is kept extremely clean at all times. The quality of training is superb, and Im in the best shape of my life. Regardless of experience youre going to be worked hard, break a sweat, and learn tons about the art of Muay Thai. But most importantly the atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and enjoyable! From the moment you step into the gym you are treated with the utmost respect and it truly does feel like a family. Take a class, your future self will thank you greatly :)

Great kettlebell classes

Augie does a fantastic job. Since starting training with Augie I lost 80lbs, improved my skills in muay thai, and continue to learn everyday. The bjj classes are excellent as well.

Signing up for MK Muay Thai was the best decision I have ever made! The staff there are EDUCATED, MOTIVATED, AND DEDICATED, to making every student better. Each class is different tactics but the calories burned are always high! I saw a change in my body after just a couple weeks and the coaches were always encouraging me mentally and physically. Although I didn’t take Augie’s class for too long, I’d have to say I was pretty sad leaving it since we moved to Cali. Augie and Jessica are both amazing instructors! I only took his classes for a couple months and learned so much. They have built an amazing team/family. Looking forward to continue my training in Muay Thai and hopefully finding a team just like theirs.

I first started training with Augie many years ago as a young teenager. I still use the techniques he taught me to this day in my fighting repertoire. Which not only shows the effectiveness of what he taught but also his skill as a teacher. Excellent teacher for kids and adults as well beginners and fighters who wish to compete.
