Halfway through a microdermabrasion my face was warm, and that was when she decided to take my temperature through an infrared thermometer (having done research and consulted a medical professional, of course I would be warm after this) but I was diagnosed with a fever according to her terms, not in the threshold of the CDC. She still continued with the treatment, nonetheless. I explained where I had been and that I took precautions due to high-risk family members, but she believed I didn’t take it seriously. On my way home she called my mother, also one of her clients, who was away at the time, and told her that she believed me to be sick. I called the owner immediately at home after having taken my temperature with an oral thermometer to say I did not have a fever, and promptly got tested right after, which was negative. As a young person, I felt extreme bias towards me that I would not care if I were sick and infect others around me, and her not being a medical professional, I did not take her word to be a be all end all. I felt as though my privacy did not need to be violated that way and while I respect care for my health, the approach was too extreme.

Bought some cosmetics here earlier this year. The place is adorable and Im really happy with what I bought, I cant usually find make-up like this in stores. Really hoping to stop in again soon

Having found out about Nancy through word of mouth, I quickly found out that her place in Exeter is like finding a hidden gem. I’ve noticed results with the microdermabrasion along with using some of Nancy’s self made skin care products. I highly recommend Nancy for all your skin care needs.
