Wendy was my stylist for years, then I left town for 11 years and had some terrible experiences to say the least! Im finally back! And so happy! Wendy is professional, talented, and always making me feel beautiful! She does her thing effortlessly, it clearly shows in her work! Wendy has done a variety of hair styles on me, both with cuts, and color, and all have been fabulous! I trust her implicitly with my hair!Wendy also did my hair for my wedding which was AMAZING!!! I love going to this salon! I always leave looking and feeling my best. I get smoothing treatments hair cuts and color every 4 weeks. The prices are affordable and I can always get an appointment to fit in with my busy schedule. The atmosphere is relaxing and always a good song playing in the background. SO Unprofessional!! Do not book here if you are counting on an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for a special event and asked for the latest appointment of the day. They scheduled 3:15 and started harrasing my daughter by text while she was at a sporting event that if they did not hear back from her they were cancelling her appointment. My daughter replied that if she did not call by two she would be coming. The stylist continued to text after 2:00 saying if she did not hear by 2:30 she was leaving and then at 2:30 she texted she left. I am not sure why the salon bothers to take appointments if they are going to randomly not honor them.

Perfect person to trust with your hair, she listens to what you want and even hears what you dont say. Example: When I said that I was thinking about getting my hair cut short, she knew I was really saying that want to get my hair cut short, but am too scared, tell me I can pull it off. Bonnie has done amazing things to my hair, being someone with dark curly hair, I never thought I could color my hair purple or blue with out destroying my hair, but she knows exactly what to do! I HIGHLY recommend Bonnie!

The ladies there are terrific. I was in there to do a huge ( for me ) hair cut. And they talked me through the whole thing. Gave me their ideas, and even tho it was a shock when they were done. I loved it.

I have followed Wendy since she was in hairdressing school. Knowing back then to get on her client list, because she has a defined talent! She always makes time for me and works with me and my request! Having thin hair, and getting thinner, i trust very few people to touch it! Wendy has never done me wrong! Heather did a phenomenal highlight job on my hair. A very nice relaxing environment. There are some nice restaurants near by for lunch.

I have to be honest. It was not what I expected. As with most things, pictures can be misleading. The space is small, which is not a big deal...however the decor and overall space gave me the impression of an unfinished and slightly drab business. Its kind of confusing to find as the sign is out front whilst the business is around the corner. The sign is beautifully crafted in wood, though does not match the business itself. I would have enjoyed a slightly cleaner environment as the towels smelled of mildew. The hairwashing station feels like it doubles as a break room...I say this because there was a Fridge in there. The whole place seems unfinished. The front desk is really just a desk with a laptop. It all felt very unofficial. I will say that Val was good at her job and was friendly. I really just think the overall environment needs a facelift. And new clean towels!

I’ve waited a week to post this review in order to ensure that I am genuinely this angry. It’s been a week, I’m still upset. If you want a synopsis of why I am giving 1 star it is because one of their stylists cut 6-7 inches of my hair off last week without warning or permission. SIX INCHES OF HAIR. I did NOT go there for a hair cut at all. I’d like the preface the rest of this review by saying that I probably would have gotten over it if Wendy, the owner, had handled the situation even remotely professionally. She called me a dumba** over the phone when she didn’t quite hang up the phone properly. Interested in the whole story? Read on!I went in to redeem a Groupon for a Keratin Treatment to smooth my hair (a huge mistake, I’ve learned my lesson). Val asked how much hair we’d be cutting and I said “just what’s dead.” To that she scoffed and showed me how much hair she considered dead which equated to ~6 inches. I laughed and said no way, I love my long hair. I begrudgingly agreed to ONE inch (figuring it might be a hair stylist’s two inches, but I was cool with that). She put my hair behind my head and dry cut it all off in one fell swoop. She then washed it before we began the Keratin treatment. At this time I had not yet seen the damage and was blissfully ignorant. So she did the treatment which was so painful as Val is not a gentle girl. She was pulling my hair and yanking on my scalp the entire time. I was visibly wincing in pain despite my best efforts but didn’t complain. I was slowly coming the realization that I didn’t have the hair that I came in with. *cue internal panic attack*When it was all said and done, I mustered enough composer to tell Val that “it’s so short, I’m in shock.” She laughed and told me the shock would wear off. Then she had the audacity to ask me when I’d like to schedule my next hair cut. L O L.So I went home to cool down before I called the owner to let her know what had happened. And yes, I did totally break down in tears as I peered into the mirror. When I called Wendy she started off sympathetic, saying it sounded like there was a misunderstanding. But then HERE’S THE KICKER: she goes “sweetheart, you’re crying because of a haircut.” LADY, this is your profession of choice and you of all people should be understanding of a young girl crying over a haircut! Then she says goodbye and BEFORE PROPERLY HANGING UP THE PHONE remarks “dumba**” or possibly “dummy”, I hope it was just dummy. I immediately called her back to confront her and she let it go to voicemail twice. I left a message reminding her that talking about clients behind their backs is expected, but at least attempt to properly HANG UP, dumba**.The saddest part is that I paid for the Groupon so there goes $125 down the drain. I had just had my hair done a month prior at another more sophisticated salon by a very well trained stylist for like $180, and all that money and hard work was chopped off. Now I have to pay someone else to cut and re-color my flawless balayage. Anyway, you guys stink. I’d like to use some more choice words but fear it could be marked as inappropriate, but use your imagination everyone.

Heather did a very good job with my cut and style and I would recommend her highly.However, I did have a groupon and when going to use it, she told me it was actually put on the site by another stylist who left the shop and she really got nothing from it. I just looked on the groupon site and it is still posted for sale on the site? Shouldnt it be taken off if that is the case?
