I came looking for an unusual colour of watch strap. I was helped by Theresa, who entered into the spirit with patience and friendliness, without being pushy found a suitable different colour and then put it on efficiently. She noticed the new buckle didnt match the watch (I hadnt noticed), and then changed them round too. A pleasant interlude in a hot day! Thank you Theresa.

I took my Tag to have an new battery and re-seal, it cost £65.I have since found out that they only use your old seals and do not do the correct pressure test, I have found a Swiss watch specialist in Exeter who does the same as that for £20 and for £60 he will order new seals from Tag and do a correct pressure test, at the time I thought i had had good service, but now I feel ripped off.

Excellent service on my TAG including pressure sealing while you get a coffee!

Absolutely appalling service. Took my watch in for a quote and it came back in worse condition that when I left it.Horrific pricing tooClueless staff with no expertise whatsoever.
