Last time I got my oil changed there , they stripped both my oil filter case and the oil pan so now I cant go anywhere else to get my oil changed and will most likely have to get a whole entire new oil system because of their poor thinking

If I could give zero I would! I appreciate a local car business like any other HOWEVER, when I called to have my car ‘looked at’ I was NEVER told there was a $100 fee!!!! Talk about a rude surprise when I go to get my keys as the amount quoted to fix was not worth it and was told I had to pony up $100 CASH.Honesty goes a thousand miles with me, had they TOLD me it was $100 to look at, I’d have gone elsewhere. I feel 100% hosed for that money and will not step foot through that door again. And then to have the employee tell me to ‘not sweat the small stuff’. BYE.

Very Honest and Helpful. Rob has taken car of my five cars for the past 3 years. He is great to work with, will go out of his way to help you. He is very reasonable on his pricing. He will also tell you when you dont need something repaired. I would highly recommend him.

Went in for what I thought was going to be an expensive issue with my brakes.Owner said it was a minor change out and I was happy with what he charged me.Nice guy ... people seem to like him and trust him...of what I noticed while I was waiting

First off, I notice that any negative review of Herb and Robs does not stay posted for long, they are removed. The owner of this business posted a Chevy truck for sale on Craigslist. I went to take a look. He told me it was his truck and that he has decided to sell it. He said it ran great with no issues. I asked him if he would put his dealer plate on the truck so that I might take it down that road and back. He said oh no that would be illegal. Little did he know that I was a NH cop for 15 years.He said you can drive it in my parking lot. I bought the truck from him. He had the NH title. I noticed that he signed the last owners name on the trucks title. This is unsworn falsification of a state document. A misdemeanor. I quickly found out that the AC did not work, the CD player did not work, the battery lasted one week, the rear brake caliper was frozen, The shocks had to be replaced as I could not get a state inspection sticker. The heater only worked on defrost, the cab corners had been filled with filler and quickly cracked and started to fall out. This man is out for himself at the publics expense.

Rob is terrific. Very knowledgable, does excellent work. Very honest .
