Super friendly staff and will take prepaid labels when postal annex rudely tells you they won’t. The staff here goes above and Beyond to help their customers. Will go here for all my postal needsEditing to add that they have new management so would give them another try. Mew management is awesome

Not a good place to mail anything.they mark it up and laugh at you.I went there on a saturday mourning to mail a package and was told to go somewhere else because the owner didnt pay their internet bill so they had no internet. And the kid working didnt know what to do about it and I think he wanted to lock the doors and go home.Professionalism at its finest.

This place straight up lost our packages (worth $150), then Nicole told us there’s nothing she could do about it? No refund or nothing so $150 out of OUR pockets with a “sorry you didn’t ask for a receipt”. Why would you ask for a receipt when you’re simply dropping off a premade labeled package? Never going back. Don’t recommend to anyone.

IN THE PAST (one star) I had encountered very rude personnel at this place, and was amazed that they were allowed to operate and represent USPS, UPS etc. with this attitude and terrible customer service. I left a bad review a while back about this.However, recently I have been extremely happy with their services and attitudes, I do believe there is new ownership. If not, this change in service and treatment of their customers is highly commendable, but I leave it at 4 stars for now until I have done some further business with them. Keep up the good work!

I use this place regularly, as I live right up the road. Ive had to call a couple times to verify things, like they dont sell packing tape; but the staff directed me to the Bartels in the same parking lot. A lot of reviews on here are from one random bad experience with an oddball request, or one disgruntled employee having a bad day and a lot of it is nonsense. Ive had way better luck here than at a post office, or other retail store like Walmart. I walk in with pre-printed shipping labels and havent had any issues. I use this place to avoid porch pirates when its important. I dont try to ship things the day before Christmas and expect miracles for free.

They cannot tell you why two day shipping takes 4 days. They have no concept of quick delivery. The Service was just fine. No complaints. However, at this point I gave them a package to ship last SATURDAY. it is three days later and they just now passed it on to FEDEX. THREE DAYS.

I came to conduct important postal business at 5:45 pm last Friday. They were CLOSED, and their operating hours are listed on the door and supposed to be until 7:00 pm Mon-Fri. This is totally unacceptable! Are they not a licensed agent for USPS together with UPS and Fed. Express. How can they just close and not be available for business. There were a couple of notes on their door complaining about their being closed, so several people were inconvenienced by this. I missed an important mailing deadline on account of this. If they can not keep their posted operating hours, they should not be licensed by the postal services.

Walked in to FedEx my visa docks with return envelope to be prepaid, asked for a glue stick to attach photo to a page... the guys reply why would I have a glue stick... I said why would you not have a glue stick considering your business nature.... reply I reserve a right to refuse service and asked me to leave.... (@) wow

Nothing but helpful wonderful people here. I have a PMB here and it has been great for me as a disabled veteran to be able to call and ask after my mail, without needing to come in daily.

Needed package to arrive before Xmas. Made the mistake of listening to the person working there and let them chose the method since its what they do for a living. Was wrong, package to be delivered well after Xmas.

Went for Notary Public service for USPS Form1583 needed for opening a PMB (on 12/12/2017). Store staff refused to help, claiming that the form is an out-of-state form because I was trying to apply for an out-of-state PMB. The form is a USPS form, and USPS is a federal agency, so the form is a federal form. Completely failed to performed function as advertised on the store window. (Im not even going to comment on the attitude or friendliness of the staff.)

Ive had a POBox here since 1996 ... Have been through three owners. During this time there has never been any problems with the mail, except once, but then it was a us postal carrier problem. Always good service.

I love supporting local businesses, but not if they are going to play games with my money. I mailed a package on 12/17 stating that it needed to be there by Christmas for the cheapest price possible. I ended up paying $19.38 for a package to make it from Everett, WA to Vancouver, WA by Christmas guaranteed (Weight/Size: 2lbs 4ozs /12x12x6). The gal working told me I could do an option that was about $4.00 cheaper and would take 3-5 days (5 days would mean it would make it there by Christmas), but wouldnt be guaranteed because 3-5 days actually means longer? ok? I ended up paying $19.38 for my package to make it there by 12/18 (one day service), which I thought was excessive.Over the weekend I couldnt stop thinking about the insane price I spent to ship my package. I decided to call the same location on 12/21 to get a Quote on the very same package and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The phone call started with the gal saying Well do you know the size and weight of your package? with an attitude like I didnt know. Anyways, they ended up quoting me $13.58 for it to be there by Christmas as their cheapest rate possible. Of course I told her that I had paid $19.38 about 3 days ago and to my surprise she said Well the gal who charged you didnt do anything wrong because we charge by the volume of packages for that day. First of all, I wasnt playing the blame game here. Second, why do you charge people like this? STUPID. DUMB. ALL OF THE ABOVE. I understand that this company has to charge a fee for their services, but come on.On a side note, I checked the post office online and they are around $5.49 (if you buy online) for a 2-day service. The post office even charges $15.94 (if you buy online) even for one-day (still cheaper than the $19.38 I paid at this establishment). UPS Ground is even charging $13.54 for delivery by 12/22, if I placed the same package today 12/21. I have learned my lesson with this company so Im writing this review to help others know that this company is charging insane prices that the cant justify.

VERY pricey! I got an item in the mail that had to be returned. I paid $7.00 for shipping. I put the item in a smaller box and Mail Boxes N More charged me $20.02 to send it back! Ill drive to the post office next time.
