Standing here waiting behind this man that can’t decide how he wants to ship an item. He’s making phone call after phone call while other people are waiting in line to be helped. I asked if the representative could help someone else while he was making his phone calls and he tells me “no, I have to wait because then I have to go back in and back out and we are here to make money” oh because my package means nothing and I didn’t pay to ship my item?? Finally he gets off the phone and then they can’t decide how they want to pay because they only take card!!!!! This facility has TERRIBLE customer service!

Packages delivered to main road Bailey underneath mail box. It was not door to door.... Driver did not turn left down my easement that houses 5 properties. Delivery missed my house by an easement and 900 feet. This never happened to me before. We have a drop box for packages. Lazy or untrained driver??I would give zero stars if I could. Didnt catch the counter person name (it was a guy working on the weekend), he was a life saver. We needed an important travel document that was a day late and was needed to fly. Container just arrived at the station and was not scheduled to be delivered the next day which was too late. The counter person went above and beyond in searching for this document for us and found it. If you are reading this, we want to thank you for your effort and if any executives are reading this, please know that your employee was invaluable.

Im extremely disappointed with FedEx and their deliveries since Covid. Theres always some reason they cannot deliver on time. Notifications didnt work and having to drive over 40 minutes to pick up my already late items were extremely annoying. Only one person at service location who wasnt visible for over 20 minutes. Service was immediate once the help came to front but this pick up took almost 2 hours of my time. I prefer reliable, on time service.

Wishi i could give ZERO Star. Just incompetent people!People dont know how to take measurements, very basic measurements and believe it or not, it is part of their job.I spelled a name with phonetics, it was take incorrectly. I notices and asked for correction and she just didnt bother and told me it has been corrected in the system and i had through hell witih international customs.

There was a person waiting for help when I went in. As I waited another customer came in, then another and still no employee came out front.One guy dropped his envelope on the rollers after 10 minutes of waiting and left.Literally 20 minutes after I got there someone came out and couldnt even be friendly.My package wasnt there because the driver wasnt back yet, even though it said I could pick up after 530 pm.Total waste of time, when I left the original guy was still waiting for someone to bring him his package.

I wish I could give 0 star, every disappointed, for second time in this month, after paying a lot of money for express delivery ( next day, by 12pm ) they where late, at 6am package left facility from Everett in they car, but package was delivered by regular delivery guy at 5pm, not the express one. looks like he is finishing his route in my area. Then they complaining thats because of weather, liars, Amazon delivered overnight, UPS arrived before 11 am with express shipping and second time with regular packages in area, USPS like usually at the same time in area, FedEX express just doing his route and if youre lucky to be in area where he start his route good, if not ... its because of the weather. Like FedEX delivery man said, if you dont like use other carriers, thank for advice, will do, sad that sometimes its not our choice.

Day 8 of missing package. Dilivered but some how the GPS was disabled. Finally got ahold of someone in the insurance department. Was told to file a claim with the shipper, AFTER 8 DAYS!!! like come on. Tell me that day fickin 1 so I can have my $200 package delivered. Everytime Im FORCED to use FedEx its a horrible, horrible nightmare. Customer service is terrible, 8 days... calling everyday... finally told to call seller and handle it with them.

The driver tried to deliver Monday but I wasnt home. The app said the second attempt was gonna be on Wednesday. So I head to grab the package on Tuesday on my way home from work. Its not there because they tried to deliver it again and wont be back til 7pm.

Paid 282. and change to have package air freighted from Texas to washington, was told package would arrive on the 23rd scheduled time off from 3 jobs so i could be here for the package to arrive, was woken up on the 21s to a sms text saying it would be delivered on the 21st between 11:10am and 2:35pm so i had to take time off and call out for the 3 jobs again, woke up had my coffee made a trip to the restroom at 9:45am came out afterwards and went to my coffee and there was a note in the door saying undeliverables re-scheduled for 12/22/20, now this hasnt cost me just the 282.00 now it has cost me over $1100.00 in lost wages, called their dispatch office was told by their on site manager the package would be put out for re-delivery, for the 21st by 8:00PM , 6:50 rolls around no package, figured i better call before they close to see if package is on its way, am greeted by their representative that said no its been scheduled for delivery tomorrow the 22nd for delivery, I am removing FEDEX from my trusted shippers list, i am switching to Brown and i will be posting this info and story to all local businesss whom i do business with. they have lost a customer

So basically, if you have a package with perishable foods, and they wont be able to deliver as scheduled, guess what? They wont even allow you, as a customer, to pick it up at their facility! Even when the tracking status shows that it is already at the facility!

A wonderful gal named Edwina helped me and made me feel welcome and comfortable like I was talking to a friend. I got everything I needed to ship my sons belongings to him at Navy A school and it was an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be using these services again!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am COMPLETELY disappointed in FedEx. I was left a voicemail from a FedEx employee saying that my package was at the facility for pickup. Understandable that I would need to pick it up since our office has been closed due to COVID-19. I went to pick it up and was told it was on a truck for delivery again. When I called customer service, I was told that they have absolutely no way to contact their drivers, since they dont have phones provided by FedEx. So I went back to my office to be able to receive the package. I left a large note on the front door with a phone number to call when the driver got there so that someone could come let them in. Nothing. It has now been over a week and I have not been able to get this package.

The place was empty when I got there. But its a nice building with helpful front desk staff (once I was able to find them!) and I was able to sign for and pick up my package, no problem. I like that its open until 6:30 -so later than normal post office hours. Looks like you can also ship from there as well. Tons of free parking. The lot, like the reception area, was nearly empty.

Both times I’ve been here, staff has done everything possible to stop me from picking up any package. I follow instructions given by their door tags, website, and even staff from the 800 number. Nothing works. Don’t use FedEx in Everett.

Had an overnight package shipped on Wednesday. On Thursday it wasnt delivered due to bad weather. Understandable, the weather was indeed really bad. On Friday it still wasnt delivered. The reason: bad weather again. Only this time the weather was just fine. On Saturday morning I called to see if my package would be finally delivered. Answer: (even though your package was supposed to be delivered two days ago) we dont do deliveries on Saturdays so youd have to wait till Monday. Asked if I can just go pick it up myself and be done with it, I was told yes it will be ready for pick up. Drove 12 miles to the facility. There was no parking spot available. Went inside, waited for 10 minutes among about 15 other unhappy customers before any FedEx personnel even showed up and casually told me my package is on vehicle for delivery. Feeling frustrated, I drove 12 miles back home to wait for the package. That was 9am. At 9:47pm got a notification that my package is rescheduled for delivery on Monday. This is Monday noon, and my package hasnt even been loaded on vehicle yet. I dont know what theyre gonna tell me this time, but Im really afraid there would be a lot of yelling and cursing if I call them again...

This branch sucks. My lawyer firm send an important doc to me on Friday using overnight service. The files ready on Saturday and they didnt arrange shipment until Monday. They refused me to pick it up and ask premium service which needs senders confirmation. Then I asked to hold my file on Monday and then I can get it in the morning. The bad thing happen again, I came to office they said files out for delivery. Really bad service, I have to waste my day waiting here. Sucks

Really terrible experience with this ship center. We were waiting for a package containing perishable food items and we missed the first delivery. We took a day off on Friday from work to receive the package the next day since the door tag told us that they would attempt delivery the next day. We stayed at home and no one came. In the afternoon the status of the package was updated as “attempted delivery no one at home”. We know for a fact that no one attempted a delivery and it wasn’t a case of wrong address since they clearly posted a door tag the day before. So we called the company and they told us that you can wait till Monday or pick it up yourself from the fedex location. We told them it was their fault so the driver should attempt delivery immediately since the package contained perishable items. They said that there was nothing they could do. We decide we had no choice but to go to the fedex location rather than fight it out. At 5 pm we drove 11 miles to the fedex office. At the counter I picked up the package and asked to speak to a supervisor to complain about this situation. I was told that I should call the customer care line. I told them that’s what I did and they simply told me I had the two options. The man at the counter rudely interrupted me, showing his hand and said “stop, im telling you to call blah blah line”. This is when it was the company’s fault to begin with. Clearly customer service is not their priority. I hope never to do business with this facility but this seems to be where all the packages coming from out of town are delivered so we have no option.

Where is my package? I shipped it on 13th of October and No scans after I dropped it off at this location.Its not a small package. Its 75 LB box. How come such a huge box not shipped/sent to ?12/05: Package was never moved from the location where I dropped off (at this location).Finally they mishandled it and I lost my package. Package guaranteed delivered Friday before super bowl. package was routed from east coast to Indiana, back to east coast again before heading to Seattle. package arrives Saturday afternoon at location 10 min from my house and they dont deliver it. now they are closed on super bowl Sunday and my guaranteed delivery was useless.

I paid for expedited shipping and my package was to be delivered on Tuesday July 3rd. Well the delivery guy never rang my door bell or knock. He simply left a door tag stating he “attempted” to deliver my package and I didn’t answer the door. I have a small apartment and would have heard him if he actually knocked or rang my door bell. I called customer service and they said he would turn around and fix this. I then got a call from the actual bothell shipping store and they said the driver said he didn’t have time to deliver my package again and that it wasn’t his fault. I now have to to wait two more days for my package to be delivered and all they offered was for me to come pick it up. I wouldn’t suggest using fedex expedited shipping because they don’t care whether you get your package or not. The driver said he had other packages to deliver and wasn’t going to be bothered.

Fedex will take your packages for themselves and when you call to find your packages and speak to a supervisor they will always side with their drivers regardless of if they can see on an aerial view of where your packages were delivered to. In my case the wrong apartment complex wrong apartment number. Bottom line the drive took my items home. They are inhumane to steal someones items is down right evil over $500 of merchandise is not accounted for someone got free stuff on me and fedex could care less they will do nothing to refund me they will do nothing to help me they just give me the runaround do not use fedex! UPS will bring your packages to the door make sure they get someone to answer as well as have you sign whether you request for a signature or not they stand by their deliveries their drivers are honorable they will not take your stuff theyre more than happy and take pride and getting your stuff to you so by all means stay away from fedex and use UPS I will no longer shop for merchandise from any retailer that will ship fedex I will no longer ship any items to anyone through fedex they are despicable and should be shut down there is no accountability for their mistreatment of customers or for them stealing peoples packages nor for them doing us consumers wrong accountability is not in their scope of practice nor is compassion in their scope of practice nor is human decency and their scope of practice by all means stay away from fedex! If I could give zero stars I would. The man that was working this morning was very unfriendly and was actually pretty rude. When he finally brought out our package he set it on the counter hard. I let it go but then he did it again! I told him to please not do that because it is fragile. He LAUGHED at me and said its fine because it is packed in there. I told him its still fragile and it doesnt matter. He said he was sorry but in the most pretentious tone imaginable. I wish I got his name because I would have called and talked to his supervisor.

Spoke to two FEDEX representatives by phone today who told me my package was in the Bothell, WA facility and could be picked up. I drove twenty miles to get the package and I was told that the package was in a container and it would not be unloaded until the next day. There was nothing they would or could do about it. At that point, it was not a matter of what she was saying, it was how she was saying it. She was discourteous, blunt, and didnt give a crap. I asked why they do not make their direct line available. She said, because they were too busy. She said this while a co-worker stood nearby and absolutely no other customers in the place. I told her they needed to be giving out consistent information because presumably they have the same computer database access. One of her responses was, Well, to tell you the truth you were probably speaking to a person in another country. A bit of a racial slam I would say. Certainly a knock against FEDEX. She walked away not wanting to discuss it further with me. Seriously just walked away. Its worth mentioning that one of the customer service people I spoke to stated that the original delay with shipping was because the Pope was in town. My delivery was to Washington state, not Washington DC. A completely wasted hour and a half traveling to and from FEDEX in Bothell, WA.

I always seem to have issues with this particular FedEx location. I am a hardcore online shopper, and this is the only shipping facility that I ever have issues with. This includes my tracking not being updated properly, my package sitting at the facility for 3 days, packages getting delivered to the wrong address, thankful the people that reside at that address are nice enough to not steal my packages and will even bring them back to my house. I have talked to many of my friends and coworkers and they seem to also have issues here. One of my friends was told he could pickup his package so he drove about 30 minutes and they said he cannot pick it up because is is in the back of a shipping container. I really dont want to have to leave bad reviews, and I understand sometimes these things happen especially with how far online shopping has gone, but its been a few years and there has been no improvement. You would think they would learn from their mistakes.
