I was planning a bridal shower for my friend and I needed help at a short period of time, One of a Kind Party Rentals helped me beyond measures. They spent countless amount of time communicating with me in terms of my vision and budget. When I tell you, they were so kind and helpful, I was shocked because I never thought that kind of customer service was possible. I was so pleased with my service and I will not only be working with them on future events, but also will be sending my family and friends to them. During my event and after, the hall, guests, and the future bride were so impressed that they sought to rent from this company. I am forever grateful for this business! I no longer dread planning events because I know that there is a business out there that can support me in making my vision into reality!

Not a company to trust, instead they of rectifying their problems with customers they hide, lie and avoid you. On July 20, 2019 they were supposed to deliver some items that I rented for my baby shower, all items were supposed to be deliver to the venue by 2:30 no later than 3pm. Two weeks before the event I made all payments and confirm the time with Cynthia. Well on the day of the venue she didn’t deliver the items until 5pm and the last item was delivered at 6:20pm my party was supposed to start at 6pm. I had to reach out to family and friends and inform them that the reception was delayed until 7pm due to us not having the venue decorated. I had to dismisses the person in charge of decorating due to her having another party to go. Mind you I spend over $750 dollars with them. I spoke with Cynthia about the stress, embarrassment and overwhelming experience she had me go through and all she did was saying that it was not their fault. Mind you she told me that they were late due to them overbooking and her dad being on vacation. All I have to say to anyone trying to book with them just to be careful especially if your expecting because they will definitely stress you out. Imagine that they offer to reimburse me the items that were deliver late to the party on 8/5/19 and I am still waiting for them to respond my text and phone calls. They keep avoiding me and sending my calls to voicemail. Unfortunately I will hate for anyone to go through what I went through, is sad to say that they are unprofessional with their service and recovery. Be careful...
