Went for Halloween costumes for my grandbabies. Great place. Full of ideas.

I ordered some balloon bouquets to be delivered for my son’s 4th birthday. I scheduled them to be delivered the night before my son’s birthday (so they they would be there for when my son wakes up in the morning). Around the time of scheduled delivery, I was notified by the delivery person that Party City had “misplaced my order, but were completing it now and that I would be getting my order soon.” Ok, no problem.When they arrived, they were missing the weights we requested. Ok, not the end of the world, but still annoying.I wake up this morning and go downstairs to find 2 out of the 3 balloon bouquets on the ground no longer floating. Barely 12 hours after receiving them. This is really disappointing. I’ve never had this problem before. I’m not sure if they forgot to use hi-float or what, but I ended up having to tape the balloons to the ceiling.Not sure I’ll be using Party City again after this.

Shout outs to Mira, Dontai, and Maya (? sorry if I got that wrong, the redhead 🙂) - really appreciate their helping getting this mom more than 40 balloons late on a Friday. As well great advice about how keep them lasting long enough for the morning and in all the heat. They were right, the confetti ones did also pop by the evening but it was a fun effect! Always a great balloon experience with Party City, I don’t dare go anywhere else! Thanks so much guys!

All the graduation supplies were wiped out but I found a bubble machine that made the drive through graduation especially fun for my kid, and hopefullyall the cars behind us!! The staff enjoyed them also!

I needed allot of variety of items to put in sensory bittles. Party city no longer has the bins to be able to buy a few items of different things. They also didnt have any birthday prize take home items. My trip was a waste of my time.

Found most of my sons Halloween costume here. There wasnt the greatest selection, but there was enough to piece things together.

Had everything we needed for a fun kids birthday party. Nice people working there. Definitely will be going back.

I love this store that they have everything for the party what you need BUT costumer service was one of the worst. Today I got into situation when I wanted to return something and 4 employees were talking back to me really mean, rolling eyes and did not give me money back.Very disappointed, not going back there

I used to go to a place in Issaquah for a candy that I was able to find here. Saved me from the drive. I was able to find the perfect things for my sons birthday. Only problem is that sometimes the workers are not very friendly.

This place has a huge selection of (I suppose its obvious) party supplies. One nice thing is that the have a section thats is dedicated to whatever holiday is coming up, so most of the time what your looking for is right up front. They also have a giant selection of birthday balloons in every shape and size.

In and out real quick and found what I was looking for.

I had to run in there last minute for just a few items for my grandsons first birthday party, and Kiana and the whole team were immensely helpful and managed to get me in and out of there without keeping them past closing time. Thanks team!

This is the biggest Party City Ive ever been to!! You can buy anything here! It is very clean too. I was very impressed.

Quick fast and good service! I had been to the South center store and most of the staff was w/o mask. So I was happy to see everyone with one. And I told them how much I appreciated that.

This is the best Party City I have been to in a long time. After costume and display being closed down and my family have been going there for years I didnt think we could find somewhere that would make our kids as happy as they did. But not only has Party City met all our needed wants and needs, they have above and beyond. Prices are good, they have a huge variety of things. I like to go there even when were not planning an event because they have so many cool little Trinkets and things the kids love to look at

Nice store that has/should have everything you need for a party or event. They sell holiday themed items around each holiday too. Staff are friendly although Ive had to stand and wait for unusually long periods of time before as they stood around just joking and playing with each other. They have a very large selection of specialized balloons. But if you need generic blank star balloons or Happy Birthday balloons, those are far too expensive. Just go to the Dollar store a block away for those generic balloons (much much cheaper elsewhere). They also sell candy here too.

Lovely service, free tasters, many different types of candy. I cant wait until they start to make their own! The candy here is a bit more expensive, but they have a collection that has stuff Ive never seen anywhere else before. Its the only place that I know that sells grapefruit gummies and grapefruit infused caramel chocolate bars in the City!

I really like this place but it should be called Party, Party, Party!! That name would be better, and it is more fitting. Great customer service, Clella is very nice, I really like her! I will certainly be shopping there for party goods for the rest of my life! Going to go now, bye!!

I have never been to this store when it is sufficiently staffed. There is a huge selection of party items, but if you need help above and beyond and open register, the wait can be quite significant. Aside from that, the prices are okay, the selection of party items is great, and the store usually seems to be clean and well organized.

Nice and fun place for getting little things for the party. However, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and bill can rack up very fast. Recommend to go to the Dollar Store instead.

Very dissatisfying that I can’t call and place balloon orders over the phone, especially when the website isn’t working. Didn’t really want to waste my time driving from SULTAN to Woodinville or Everett to place a balloon order on Friday, and then have to come back to pick up the order on Saturday. Seems like poor customer service ON THE COMPANY if you ask me. This should be changed.

I had to get some last minute balloons for my sons first birthday. They were able to accommodate this request and help me choose my balloons and ring me up rather quickly.However, there was only 1 girl who was covering both balloons and the register amd 3 other employees on the floor. It made the wait a bit long but manageable since this place is located in the mall you can grab some food and come back.The employees I talked with were really helpful and nice. It seemed like one of the employees was having an argument with the floor supervisor which was off putting since she seemed pretty combative with the floor sup.The store has a really big selection and the price is overall really good. Will be back for other party items

Chain store for party supplies. I have no issues with this location, and I dont visit other branches of the chain, so it gets 5 stars. They have costume supplies, seasonal party decorations, theme party decorations, piñatas, candy, balloons, a small selection off cards and gifts, party serving utinsils and cake decorating supplies. Really, its a good store for whatever sort of party you want to throw.

So much fun and options are vast and perhaps overwhelming, could spend at least half an hour here exploring the goodies. Be prepared to spend a fair amount getting set up for your party but know youll find exactly what youre after.

For those who are doing a baby shower or need balloons filled do not go here for at least a month they are out of helium and have close to nothing for showers

Massively disappointed by the customer service here...... Jerry is an a****** and thats saying it nicely.......... I felt very very rushed to buy balloons from him... He was extremely rude to me and people around me. He was even rude to his Co workers....... I over heard him talking about hiring...... Maybe the reason they cant keep anyone there is cuz of him and the way he talks to people? Just food for thought......

Balloons for the party werent completed by the specified time for pick up, but they knocked it out quickly for me.

They have a lot of selection for things that you might need. Wish they had more variety than plain colors a for themes.

They have a couple new candy dispensers with a huge variety of individually wrapped candy. I go get my kids candy from here before we go see a movie. Its a large store with an inventory to match which means one stop party supply/decoration shopping. Prices are a bit high but not having to stop at a dozen places for party supplies and decorations, gift wrap and balloons, to me makes up for the extra cost.

Ordered one baloon for my daughter. Employee took our money, then talked on the phone for 5 minutes before giving my kid her baloon. I had to shout at her to get her to actually do it, and she even then tried to brush me off. If you see the girl with purple/blue hair, dont expect great service if the phone rings.
