My daughter just moved into her dorm at WWU and had to drive her friend to SeaTac. She had a blowout. 18 and stuck on the side of the road. Parents on the other side of the state. Roadside put her doughnut on her car. We called all over to find someone with her tires that were willing to put them on 3:00 on a Sunday. Everyone said no but Firestone squeezed her in. They worked after 6:00. Put 2 new tires on and sent her in her way in a safe car. Thank-You!!!!!

Called to ask for any information regarding about my truck. The lady was really rude and flat out told me that they dont any estimate in that location. She told me to contact the Woodinville location instead. The other customer service people are nicer than this lady.

The service here was phenomenal. I called in for an emergency repair on a tire. All the other Firestones in the region were completely packed and didnt have enough staff to be able to accommodate even their scheduled work. I took my car in and they were able to squeeze me and and have my tire patch before the end of their workday even though they were busy. The person who helped me out(I believe it was Oliver) was super kind and super thoughtful.

Everyone here is phenomenal. The customer service is fantastic, the mechanics are on point and know their stuff. Blake is fantastic, Brian is great and Mckala the manager is amazing. Mckala went out of her way to contact many different vendors in search of an ac hose for my husbands car; even worked on her days off. Blake is the best mechanic around; by far. Everyone in the shop is great; and they dont mess around with getting peoples cars out in a timely fashion. They communicate with you, they tell you exactly whats wrong with your car and theyll even bring you into the shop to show you on your car whats wrong. Theres no scamming the customer here. There all great.

Not a huge fan of Firestone but, in my experience, their oil changes are better than any other cheap chain around here. This location is so much better than the one in Mill Creek, theyre prompt and easy to work with. I recommend calling and booking an appointment.

I was traveling with my family when my rear brakes started to grind. I called Firestone and they were able to get me in same-day. Initially, I was relieved to have the car in because we had to start driving back down to CA the next morning. After assessing the car, I was told that my 2016 Volvo would need new brakes pads, rotors, and calipers, but they were trying to locate one of the parts. After a short wait, I was told that there were unable to get one of the parts needed to change out the calipers, and that they were not specifically trained in replacing this part on Volvos. So, because they couldnt replace the calipers, they would not be able to replace anything. When I asked about the safety of driving the vehicle, I was told that it was unsafe to drive, that there was a potential for my brakes to seize and go out. Terrifying news -- especially when traveling with a young child. They did still print out a quote of what they would have charged if the part was available -- over $1500 (closer to $1600) with around $800 of that being the calipers.After some frantic calling and consultation, I was able to get a hold of a Volvo dealership along my route. When told about the calipers, the service guy laughed and said without even looking at the vehicle, he could tell me the calipers did not need to be replaced, and it would be safe to drive to the dealership in Eugene. After a short two hour wait at the Volvo dealership the next day, I was able to get the rotors and pads replaced for $579 (a third of the quote from Firestone) and was able to get the 30,000 mile tune up for around $800 total. I was told that the calipers were in great working order and that it is extremely rare to have to replace these parts.I dont know if this is a corporate policy situation where in order to guarantee the work they have to replace the whole system but I would definitely exercise extreme caution if you have to get work done here. This was price gouging at a whole other level and I would not recommend them unless youre out of other options. Two stars, because they were professional and able to accommodate same-day service.

Said they couldnt fix my tire in the hour they had left open. Customer service person was EXTREMELY rude to me and the customer paying in front of me. Never have I been told we are done here while trying to read the terms and conditions on what I was signing but the guy in front me of heard it!

Didn’t feel welcomed at the place. Got new brakes and rotors for my Mazda MX5 overall everything went ok but it was just ok.

I always come to these guys for my alignment and am very satisfied with the level of customer service and knowledge these guy display every time. Their techs perform their job to customer specification and retain a natural appearance of professionalism every time. Blake, Ryan, and the manager there (I forgot your name, Man, sorry) are all very understanding and down to earth guys with a passion for cars/trucks and want to help out. Got new tires and they were able to do price match with costco.We walked in to the shop and they had the tires we needed in stock (costco didnt have Bridgestone and didnt know when they will have it) the stuff were really nice and did their work fast.I am very happy with the service!!!

We were leaving on a camping trip to Orcas island, and had to make the ferry, when we discovered our tire was damaged. Short on time, we desperately searched for help, only to be turned away at several other shops. Brian understood our situation, and got us right in, providing great service and an awesome attitude. I had an appointment for an alignment. I was told they wouldnt do it because of my rims... ok no problem. I still wanted the test of the service but anything that had to do with the rims / wheels she said she didnt want to touch. I found that odd. Overall everything else was done very quickly I was surprised

I now see why they have such bad reviews. I called in for a quote on spark plug replacements and they tried charging me $780. Jiffy lube in Lynnwood quoted me at $285 so not sure where the extra 500 goes? Outrages price and the guy sounded like he didn’t even want to talk to me. First and last time I’ll ever try calling a Firestone!!

Went in there last week during the last snow storm with two flat tires after I wound up in the ditch. Figured I was out for at least $100 and at best two holes to patch. They were able to get me in and said the tires were fine but the bead seal between the tire and rim was full of debris which was why it was leaking. They could have charged me more but only charged me $37 total. Great honest place!

Backstory:My husband usually works on our cars, this was his project. He had been working on fixing an issue the truck had, it would constantly sputter, surge and then die when ever at idle. But one day it wouldnt even start and since we cant work on vehicles were we live, we had no choice but to send it in.While it was at firestone:We were told we would get a call when the truck arrived, we didnt. My husband called and spoke to a lady who said she would call back once she figured out what was going on. 3 hours passed no call. So he called again and spoke to the lady who said they were looking at the truck right now and she would call us back in 30 minutes. 2 hours go by and we call and she apologizes for forgetting to call and tells us Tyler had gone home unexpectedly, but will look at the vehicle the next.The next day they tell my husband it was the ignition module, and the truck runs great. My husband told them about how the truck would die at stops. So they said they checked the fuel line and such. But everything was great. And duh we bought a full inspections so why wouldnt they check.I get there pick up the truck and Tylers like it runs great, he test drove it to make sure everything was running smoothly.I didnt even make it all the way home ( btw I live a mile away) it started acting like it was going to die at stop lights.Then the truck is dead again the next morning, it wont turn over.So now its at another shop. I will update what they tell me, Im going to compare the mechanic notes to each other.Update:The new mechanic found the issue and it was the ignition coil wasnt secured properly. Which firestone should have noticed but they didnt, probably because they rushed. They also didnt pay attention to what we had told them about the truck. If they had stopped and listened they would have been able to clearly see the issue.Update:I spoke to Tyler the store manager, he was very nice and I appreciate that. He is dealing with the situation at hand.

4 March 2018 - Rating Firestone Complete Auto CareDropped from a 10 to an 8 because they left both my cars doors unlocked and unattended after servicing. Everything else was excellent.Thinking about what exceeded your expectations, can you tell us what happened?The care and attention to detail the clerk gave to me. He and was knowledgeable of the questions that I asked. The total honesty of my repairs, of what I actually needed, and an estimated time in which I would really need my other breaks changed. Although Firestones wasnt the lowest, my wife and I decided to come to them because of their honesty, professionalism, and time availability on Sunday.Thinking about the problem(s) you had, can you tell us what happened?My only issue was that upon pick-up of both of my vehicles at separate times that Sunday, the mechanic(s) consistently left my doors unlocked and unattended. This bothered me, so I addressed the clerk, and he addressed the mechanic right away. The surrounding area is not at all the best and most secure place to leave your vehicle(s) unlocked, and this was becoming habitual. For that reason alone (Security), I dropped the Firestone rating from 10 to 8, and if there was a 5 star grading system, I would have dropped them to a 4. I customer would not appreciate finding their car stolen or robbed, after paying for a repair.Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful, and Trustworthy.

This establishment is one of the worst, customer service is non existent here. I can not Believe how this place handles Conflict between business and customer. i would highly recommend not bringing your vehicle to this place.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Brian the service manager and Tyler the store manager are two of the least helpful people I have ever had to deal with. I will never bring a car back here. The alignment they tried to do on my car was extremely poor and they would not fix it. 100% do not recommend. Take you car anywhere other than here.

I came here to get a tire replaced and I called ahead to ask if they can replace a stretched tire. They said yes come on in. So I came in and then the person there says they can’t work on stretched tires which is why I asked to begin with. Waste of time. Then I tried to bring in another vehicle and they told me they could order a new tire but I wasn’t able to wait. I took my car to a competitor and they said it was patchable and took care of me for free so the situation could have been avoided to begin with. This was forever ago and my car has been completely fine with just a patch.

Absolutely horrendous here. Again! Every time I bring one of my vehicles to a Firestone Im talked down to and berated for not knowing exactly whats wrong with my vehicle. Umm, youre the mechanics. Pretty sure thats your job. This time it was the manager! Screaming at me!Ive never seen such unprofessional, rude people in my life.I was warned by my other business owner friends about Firestone. Being someone who is in the local car scene in this area I have heard some of the worst horror stories about this location. the fact that an automotive shop cant do something as simple as a proper alignment should tell you something. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THE STAFF IS RUDE AND CANT DO THE PROPER WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

I was that customer that called an hour before close and needed a tire replaced. They had the tire I needed in stock, and could get it done before they closed. I arrived at 6:00 and left at 6:45 with my wheel replaced, for a great price, with great customer service. Literally could not have gone better and I appreciate their professionalism.

So this has probably been my best mechanic experience. Staff is friendly and honest with you. The biggest complaint that I have for them is that they get to much business. Im kinda a last minute type of guy so them always being packed can be a pain. But if you do good work that tends to happen. The number of times I have caused them to stay 10 15 minutes late to squeeze in my work vehicle is a little to high. I come to firestone for there winter tires. But honestly had some bad experiences with other firestone customer service which is a shame because while driving around in harsh ND winters their tires have saved my live. This is probably the only location I still go to. Tried leswab because I liked there service but tires are not on the same level. So for me I would get your tires hear if you can.

Got an oil change on my Dodge Avenger. Service was fast even though they were busy. They also gave me a coupon even though I didn’t have a printed one. Tyler and Andrew were very polite and professional. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

So far, so good. Waiting for them to finish with my car and will have more to report.They did a good job with the front end alignment. They pointed our some warranty work that needs to be done. I like the new tires, however, they dont look new. They didnt clean them after mounting on car. They dont look new. Only other issue is high interest rate if I dont have them paid off in 6 months.

Ive been to this particular location previously and they have some of the best employees, they are informative and friendly but also genuine. I thought I needed 2 tires but they assured me it was really 1 and why. I would highly recommend. 10/10

I would warn you to stay away from this company. I dont do reviews but Im very mad about this. They will take your money and not fix the problem I will not be doing business with this company ever again. I took my Toyota pickup 91 there. They were trying to find a coolant leak and told me it was a hose. Which cost 107$ and labor was 574$ total 726 after tax. They said that might be it but they would start there. When I did not do it I got it home and looked and found the leak which was above that hose. You cant miss it. Also when I called in the guy told me I could have a cracked block or blown head. Which if you seen the leak which was in front of the hose and looked it up the symptoms are white smoke.would have had me spending alot of money if I went with there professional advice. On top of that when I went to pay for the diagnosis they did which I dont think they even did otherwise you would have seen the leak. They tried charging me for work they never did. When I told the guy that they told me over the phone they did not do the other diagnosis ,he acted like no one communicates there so he didnt know. To me very unprofessional. I would not do business there if you want your car fix right.

Will not go to this location again.I check my tires every time I get into my vehicle. After dinner on Saturday night, I noticed I had a tire with low air on the front passenger side. I get in the vehicle, drive half a block to the nearest gas station and fill up my tire to recommended pressure. After that I drive to the in-laws where we were staying for the night. The tire still looked good after about a 15 minute drive.Next morning I checked on my tire, it was flat this time. Changed it out with the spare and took it to this location to be fixed. After waiting about 45 minutes to get to my car, they were fairly busy at the time so no fault on time to get to my vehicle, they tell me your tire is completely shredded, it looks like you have been driving flat for some time, and there is no way to repair this and I would need to buy a new tire, actually 2 so that there would be matching tires on the front end. I knew this was bogus, so I told them thank you and I would get it serviced somewhere else.Next morning took it to a different company, 20 minutes in and out. I was told I had a puncture in my tire and just required a patch.

The service and care that Tyler and his entire team provides is above anyone/anywhere else. The trust they have earned from my family over the years of dedicated service is immeasurable. From Tyler and Brian in the office to Dave and Moses working in the shop these guys are a top of the line team deserving of all the recognition they can get.

Got off work and had a leaking/flat tire. Took it to the nearest place which was Firestone. They took the wheel off and showed me the nail and said it was too close to the sidewall (spoiler alert: the nail was on the tread). They proceeded to try to sell me a single tire (different brand and tread) on an AWD car which was my red flag to get out of there. Asked them to put my wheel back on and drove down the street to Les Schwab and they patched my tire in no time and I was on my way.Long story short: This Firestone tried to make a quick buck while jeopardizing the reliability of my car. Never coming here or any Firestone again.

These guys are seriously awesome, my rental car with Enterprise got a flat and they fixed my bent wheel and replaced the tire in no at all.

Melissa and the team were great.They managed to fix my slow puncture while I was having lunch across the street, even though they couldnt actually find what was wrong with it.Best part? They did it for free!

We received the best customer sevice from Tyler at the Everett fires one today. We left feeling awesome and complete with our car being done. We never expected to get all the work done we did and wen I asked about it when we brought our car in....even though they were extremely bust today, Tyler made it more than ok and said they would get to it and call with no problem. He was the perfect front runner of this location. The crew was awesome also. The did a great job on our car. Im there when they open the store. I go in to get a tire swapped out... and he says itll be at least an hour wait. Seriously? I know how long it takes to swap a tire. They could have had that done in 10 min.

Always get a great job done the only problem this time was the person who worked on my car left feet prints on my car mats. That really sucked. That has never happened there before.

Paid a substantial diagnostic fee to figure out why my car intermittently was not starting. They said nothing was wrong. Within a week, the car wouldnt start at all. Turned out one of the two fuel pumps had failed. I found that out after having the car towed to another garage.The failure to properly diagnose cost me substantial time & money.

Wish the car dealership I went through did there work somewhere else. Would put negative stars if I could scratched the hell out my new car and totally denied it. Could see it from inside there lobby when they pulled it around. Scratch was clearly new and fresh but they insisted to me it was already there. Um.. no the F it wansnt. 💩👎💩👎

Very Rude people everyone was milling about doing nothing without so much as an acknowledgement of my presence. When I finally said excuse me they acted as though I was putting them out. I wanted a quote for tires... I thought they sold tires?? Apparently not important to them? I bought 1500 dollars worth of tires a few miles north at a place that at least pretended to like me.Stay away from here

Quick and friendly service at a good price. They got me right in on short notice, and charged $100 less for the work than the special deal price another shop quoted me. Would seriously consider them for my regular shop if I lived in the area.

Service Manager Tyler repeatedly went the extra mile in servicing my 2001 Chrysler 300M’s a/c problem.He persisted throughout the summer to locate the cause of coolant leaks in an aging system. He only charged for parts and constantly called me on updates until I could drive the car away with a fully functioning a/c system.

Our van was towed to the Firestone in Everett late on the Saturday evening before Easter. I was nervous about the cost and as we lived in Tacoma, felt at the whim of the employees there to be honest about what needed to be done. On Monday when they called me I was informed what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it. There was not a lot of tacked on problems like I imagined might happen. I immediately called my trusted mechanic who always quotes reasonable prices here in Tacoma and asked what he would charge for the same repair. His price was $2 higher. I was very happy with the service from this Firestone shop.

Thank you Firestone for taking our car in this past Saturday. We drove up from Klamath Falls and had a car issue when arriving in Everett. Firestone diagnosed the problem, communicated with us several times, and fixed our car the same day. They are orofessuonal, courteous and easy to work with. We are back on the road thanks to Firestone Everett. Brian, Andrew and Blake are top notch!

I was at firestone for a good portion of the day yesterday (didnt make an appointment and they were booked). Tyler the service manager was great. He was up front and honest with how long it would take throughout the day. While I was there the phone was ringing non stop and he kept his cool while helping walk ins simultaneously. He told me that hed have me out by 5 and my car was ready 25 mins early because he knew I needed to go pick up my son. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable too. The best part is that my oil pressure light is no longer coming on and chiming every 10 seconds. Overall a great experience at this location and I will return in the future.

These guys are really bad. They made mistakes more than once with my car. actually forgot to fill the oil or something one time because the oil light started blinking and I called them and they said that I should pull off the road and they would tow it back. They didnt even compensate me they just filled it with oil like they should have in the first place. I cannot think of a worse place I have had my car serviced. Avoid these people at all costs.

This place is very greedy and capitalistic. They won’t do work on your car unless you buy all their products, parts, and packages. They’re way to corporate. You’re better of going to a smaller private owned machanic.

I went to firestone on a Sunday because I had a piece of metal in my tire. The guys at firestone told me they couldn’t fix it and I needed to buy 4 new tires quoting me $1500. My car is brand new. I haven’t even put 5000 miles on it. I decided to seek another opinion and I’m glad I did. When I told the guy at firestone I was going elsewhere he was incredibly snarky and demeaning. I went to les schwab the next day for my second opinion and they patched my tire and sent me on my way for FREE.

They will not install brake pads unless you buy it from them so they can inflate the price.

Horrible service. First they say they can do it then change their mind when u actually show up. Dont waste your time with this place. Les Schwab will assist you anytime with better help.

The fees and charges on already marked way the hell up tires is terrible. I paid a bit more than half the price for the same exact tires at Discount Tires. I would never come here for tires. And from being a tow truck driver for 9 years, I hear the mechanical work isnt all that great either. Again, neither is the pricing.

Told my mother her car had a rear main seal leak, which is a several thousand dollar repair, when in fact the leak was just the oil pan. My other vehicle has had its computer replaced and multiples of the same part without resulting in a fix. I no longer use this business for auto repair and suggest looking elsewhere.

100% garbage! I spent $1200 on tires here 3 mos ago. Today I had a flat they told me I had reverse mount wheels & when I asked what that was I was told my lug nuts are at the back of the wheel! WHAT?! Then his smarter co worker explained that the tire is mounted from the back of the wheel & that special machine was broken. After talking with a tire shop that helped fix my tire (& they stayed past closing to help me) it’s the very same machine they use for reverse mount & regular mount tires.
