For stuff I dont want to buy

I rented a truck to tow my trailer full of yard waste to the dump as my little truck couldnt handle the weight. Came home and noticed a lock on the truck hitch. Drove back and was told they dont allow towing with their trucks. I mentioned that nobody told me and associate Kyle said Did you ask! Great customer service.

Be prepared to pay a big deposit fee $175 to rent an aerator for 4 hours and they credit you the difference when you bring it back which for the aerator I rented was $80.

If you own a rental property then shop at home depot, the quality of the products (except some tools) are low.

Rental roto-rooter worked great and clerk was very knowledgeable and a good communicator

Whoever runs the tool rental dept. is sabotaging the future business. They are rude and short, they can carless to accommodate a customer and would rather stand around and just get paid. THE WORST!

If there was the option of negative stars, that would be my choice. I called into the receiving department and the supervisor used vulgarity with me and told me he was the one that makes ALL decisions so if I didnt like what it had to say THAT WAS TOO BAD. then the proceed to tell me that HIS way was the way things rolled at that store, so goodl luck getting help with what I needed. What an ugly person he is! Deserves to loose his job.

Tool rentals and customer service are the worst Ive ever seen. Dont bother trying to reserve a tool rental. I called the day before and they toldl me to call back tomorrow morning. I called that moring and told them Id be there in 1 hr. They told me call back when Im 30mins away...?! Wierd?.Then they rented my tool to someone else and had none left in stock. WHAT THE FU#k!

Worst customer service ever. They are rude, they dismiss you immediately if they dont want to handle your service situation. I will never return to the dept.

Most any tool, but come early it is first come, first served, no reservations
