Didnt respond sadly but I found a great different place

A very good place to have your computer repaired! Competent, experienced and knowledgeable staff who provide prompt service at reasonable rates. Located Southeast of Everett but worth the few minutes of drive time.

I recently brought my totally non-functioning computer to Lori and she worked some magic to get it up and running in less than a day. She even went the extra mile to update my drivers and bios, and she showed me what to do in the future if I experience a similar problem. It is rare to find a specialist who will show you how to fix things yourself, but Lori obviously loves what she does and cares about her clients. I will definitely be returning to My IT Gal any time I need computer work!

My work laptop bit the dust, and after my own attempts at troubleshooting, I surrendered to the need to find a professional. I found Lori through a Google search and sent her an email. She was very responsive and was able to take a look at my laptop almost immediately.I dropped it off on a Saturday afternoon (even though she doesnt work Saturdays), and she emailed me on Sunday with her diagnosis and proposed solution (including cost). I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with her solution and she called me Monday afternoon to let me know the laptop was ready.I definitely wouldnt hesitate to contact Lori again in the future.

She fixed my computer problem and gave it a total tune up and its running much better and faster now. She is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend My IT Gal!

Amazing service, calls quick with updates.

I found my gal for all my computer problems. She was able to back up all of my data on my computer and transfer it to a new one in less than 24 hours. In addition, she discovered that my old computers mother board was fried and instead of trying to fix it let, she researched that it was covered by warranty and gave me all the information to get it fixed for free. This level of ethics is hard to find in this day and age. She has a customer for LIFE!

She has fixed our laptop and my wifes computer twice. It was as slow as dial up and she finally traced the problem to the network providers anti-virus program. Took her a long time and the final bill was still under $80. Highly recommend.
