Raj and his team diagnosed my work PC’s issue with the file explorer that I couldn’t figure out myself. He coordinated the repairs quickly and was able to pick up my machine the same day and repair it within hours (replaced the hard drive). The computer works better than ever. There’s a great deal of trust involved in computer repairs, and Raj treated it properly. I’d recommend Digitek to anyone based on this experience.

I asked for an estimate because my computer person said my motherboard is damaged. I asked him for a second look because i did not trust the guy since the port for my charger was the only broken part, Nothing else. This guy begin to tell me since i know everything fix it myself. I said nothing rude to him. I was trying to get help to fix my computer. Worst customer service ever. I literally cant even understand his ignorance. Glad i did not bring my computer to this jerk. I suggest no one deal with this guy unless you want to deal with rudeness, your choice. But i will never recommend this store to anyone.

Raj did a great job! Was able to figure out the issue and get my laptop to me in under 24 hours. Yes super convenient very thorough explain to me what the problem was and was able to show me how to check my hardware based off of the issue that was happening with my computer. I will definitely be going back for any tech needs! So happy he was able to get my laptop fixed!

Carefull, called them to ask about fixing network adapter fix on my Computer and they said they have wipe out the computer. they have no idea what the tech is talking about, upon doing some research they are running business from home and company name Digitek Computer is not register with state and city.

Raj was very helpful from the start of our interactions to the end. He listened to how my brother got ripped off by BestBuys Geeksquad team and was able to not only fix my brothers computer but also clean it up so it runs like brand new. He did the clean up for free by the way and he charged a very reasonable price for the labor and parts used to fix the laptop. I normally dont write reviews but I feel compelled to say that the service I received from this mans business was phenomenal! Will go back to him if I ever need computer help again for sure!

Mac was slow and cursor will move and click randomly whenever I open excel spreadsheet, took it to Apple but their diagnosis was wrong but digitek got it right
