I scheduled an appointment for auto detailing from my home. Received no confirmation or communication of any kind. If you arent set up for at home detailing that is perfectly okay, but then dont set it up as an option for booking. I reworked my whole work day around this and to receive nothing in the way of any kind of communication is extremely frustrating.

This place has the best service, quality, and prices around. I’ve been bringing my cars here for detailing since 2014. I’ve tried other detailers off and on but these guys can’t be beat. They are quick and accommodating even if you drive up unannounced but I hear you can also reserve a time slot on the website. For me, nothing is better than high quality professional service combined with personalized attention to detail and that is what I’ve consistently received from Washingtown for the last 4 years. I will go back again and again!

Dropped off my VW for interior detail with the friendly staff and got a ride home in their shuttle. My car looks great!
