Much better experience than usual. Today we were able to find a staff member quickly who was able to tell us where we could find everything we were looking for, which was very nice. However, we knew exactly what we wanted on this trip so we were able to finish in under an hour. Normally we have to wander around the huge place trying to find something.

Thia store has to be one of the worst Ive tried to shop at. No one to help me. I finally found the molding and was looking at it with my right hand and a peace fell out of the rack and actually stabed me in the left arm and the blood poured out. A nice lady in the lunch room wrapped it up for me and I was on my way home!

I was looking for several different things & needed help finding these items. There was plenty of sales assistants who were very helpful. I was in & out very quickly & found everything I needed. I highly recommend this Lowes.

Terrible customer service. I came for a pick up order and had to wait over 20 minutes. Staff was rude and lied about the payment of my order! Would not get anything for pick up here again. I called and no one answered, called again and was told pick up person was busy, they would not send anyone else out. Then called again and was told the pick up person is on lunch. Called again and was yelled at by customer service rep because they did not have anyone to bring out my order but 3 different people can pick up the phone? Do NOT get a pick up order here!!!

I was able to see the huge variety of plants they had available. Although the house plants were disappointing the outdoor plants made up for it. There were so many varieties all in full bloom. The selection of large outdoor pots really was awesome, so many different styles and sizes as well as their plants were labeled as to what plants worked well with each other.

I ordered fence panels and 4x4s on Lowe’s.com. After receiving an email that my items were ready, we went to the East Evansville store. On our way to the store, I went into the app and selected that we were on the way. Upon arriving at the store, I selected the parking spot number. A gentleman came outside after about 10 minutes and said they really can’t stage this in the store and we needed to pull over to lawn and garden for pickup. We did just that. We were then told to pull up next to the panels. We noticed that there were not enough panels near were we parked. We told the lawn and garden guy and he said well we don’t have any more. My husband went into the the fenced area and found four more stacks and showed them to him. He went and got another person on a fork truck. They tried to lift the panels and they kept falling. My husband mentioned three times that they need fork extenders due to the forks not being long enough for the panels. The guy said no he does it all the time. Finally they quit trying and started helping other customers. I pointed out the fork extension ls again laying on top of a pallet and the guy said, no that is not what we are looking for. It will be a bit before they are able to get to us. During that time, Lowe’s called my cell and asked me how my pickup went. I told them I was still there and had been for over an hour and still not loaded. Finally a guy named Jason from lumber came over, asked us if we needed help. He immediately got on a fork truck, went and placed the extenders on it and we pointed out three times before and loaded our order. During the loading the lawn and garden guy started to help and was saying that he was glad he was getting us taken care of. We were finally loaded after a 1hr and 45 min wait. Not pleased at all.

Do not waste your time and money on Lowes Delivery! Lowes has outsourced its deliveries to a logistics company in Louisville. We were supposed to have a picnic table delivered to our home over by Good Shepherd. The receipt clearly states Saturday May1 delivery, but they took us off the schedule for some mysterious reason? Fortunately Customer Service refunded our money and apologized politely. I will give them one star for that kindness. Anyway, Buyer beware!

Horrible experience from beginning to end. I used lowes for my fence installation. They use contractors to complete the project. Was promised it would be completed by the end of April. Then they called back and said it would be mid May. They didn’t end up coming until the end of June. After the material sat on a huge skid in my driveway blocking my driveway for two weeks. The contractor comes starts the fence and then tells me oh we don’t have enough material so I was only able to complete the two sides. Then said he would order the materials and finish it the next week. My fence wasn’t completed until the end of July!!! Meanwhile for a month the trash from the materials they unwrapped sat piled up in my driveway again blocking my garage. I contacted lowes and the contractor many times and got the run around each time. Then lowes contacts me to ensure the fence was complete and apologizes for the delay and offers some reimbursement of $100. Now I’ve sat on hold with lowes for three days each time over 45 minutes with no assistance.

Very easy trip to Lowes. Went there to purchase a new John Deere riding mower. Associates were knowledgeable and helped load. I used my military discount and that was effortless. Definitely will go back.

I’ll go out of my way to go to Lowe’s compared to “other” home improvement stores. Lowe’s has better selection of everything including lumber and garden plants and they seem geared more towards the home owner vs professionals.

Terrible customer service. Shut down cash register with customers in line. Expecting customers to self checkout....Lowes does not pay me to shop and check myself out.

Lowes is a very good option for home improvement items. Making repairs around the house or ordering special items is what their staff can help you with .I have been going there for years ,the prices are competitive for quality merchandise. When looking to start a large project Lowes is always on my list to check for supplies and the ability to check out reasonably fast .The plumbing section is much easier to find what you need as opposed to some of there competitors inventory. Huge tool department. Lawn and garden has a nice variety of outdoor living supplies also.

The workers are not very helpful when u ask to find something specific they just tell u the isle instead of taking u where to find it. Only one out of the 3 workers I talked to today actually took me to where I could find what I was looking forSo poor customer service 👎

I hate to say this because I generally like Lowes better than the other chain home improvement stores. This location however is very poorly run. You can never get help, its like pulling teeth. The customer service people who have helped me are completely clueless as to what they are doing. They never have enough staff to work registers so there is almost always a big line congesting the main passageway through the store. Occasionally Ive been lucky to get a helpful associate who is kind and knowledgeable they are to be commended but it is rare. This store rots from the top down and its abundantly evident that their management is awful and facilitated the same culture to their staff

Great selection, everything I needed for my home project was in stock and easy to find. Pricing could be better, but they are at least comparable to other in town stores.

Would be 5 stars but curbside pickup feels deliberately mismanaged to deter people from using it. Called once, was told theyd be right out waited 30min (actually 30min not just ballparking here) and called again. Got the same rude and inconvenienced person answering the phone, got the same right out line and waited another 10 minutes.

We purchased a protection plan from Lowe’s and we have tried to get our dishwasher repaired since October 15th. It is now Christmas Day and still no progress. It is Ridiculous. I do not recommend making any major purchases at Lowe’s. We have always been loyal to Lowe’s and this is what we get back. You have to give one star. I would not even give one if I didn’t have to.

My husband and I typically always shop at Lowes rather than the other home improvement stores in the area. We have really never had any issues with Lowes, always had pretty good customer service, prices on products were comparable to other places and we typically always get our lumber from there. However tonight my husband and our neighbor go to purchase the wood that we needed to finish our shared fence, and got no help from any Lowes staff member at loading the truck and trailer while they were there. We purchased $2,300 worth of wood had over 600 pieces of wood to load and the only help they got was when staff had to use the forklift to get things down. Im very disappointed in the kind of service that we got this time and it may be the determining factor on whether I ever go back to your store.

Great store for home repairs and supplies

David was very helpful and got what I needed.

In the past I have had issues finding a staff person to help me. The last few months though have been totally different. Store seems to have new morale, and several helpful employees. Everything is always arranged well and organized. One person stands out in particular in regards to customer service, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. This young man is Dustin B. I thought he was older, but this young man is a senior in high school, but works quite a bit at the store. Seems focused on his career, goes above and beyond in spite of his youth. He has helped us find several terrific bargains, and is creative with workable alternatives, not afraid to load very heavy items as well. Always pleasant and kind! This young man is the face of tomorrow’s leaders in the home improvement industry. Another super helpful employee is an older gentleman named Fred. He took the lift all the way to the top shelf to get me a sale item, and asked if there was anything more he could help me find. Props to this store for hiring some real assets!

Had magnetic vent covers we needed for project

After some bad experiences in the past, I reluctantly went to Lowes for a couple appliances I couldnt find elsewhere. Can honestly say, JT changed my opinion altogether. He is a phenomenal manager, and even better at customer service. Lexi was great as well.

My go to place for anything home related, whether Im updating a bathroom, or working on the lawn, they have just about everything you need! Staff is always friendly, and willing to assist if you need any help. I just recently updated the family bathroom, and all my supplies and hardware was bought here. Customer service is always friendly and completely are completely understanding of something is not what you expected. Will always be my go to hardware store!

The store was a disaster. Aisle gates were blocking aisles even tho no employee was working in the aisle, the floors were filthy, boxes and store ladders were in the middle sof the aisles. Very disappointed

This Lowes Home Improvement center is exceptionally nice. Everything so well stocked and orderly. Our primary visit was to purchase a gas-powered weed eater and a few more things. I must say that we didnt have any difficulty finding what we needed. The staff working here are knowledgeable, not only of their area but guided us to other locations in the store. Very friendly and courteous.

Couldnt get help for 30 minutes. Waited for someone to tell us it would be 30 more minutes just to get a mirror down. Three workers were standing around on their phones and ignored us. Worst customer service. Good thing we are remodeling our house and they didnt need our money.
