I just picked up some 5x7 birthday thank you notes from this location and they charged 7.50 for photo enhancement. The photos we sent were good quality. I mentioned to the manager that it seemed like a price they were tacking on just to see if people would pay it. He did nothing. Not impressed.We have used them quite a bunch in the past, but I will take my business somewhere else when I get charged like this they don’t clear with me first

I had 2 large boxes (27 × 35 x8 inches) that I needed packed to ship. Two other businesses were unable or unwling to help. Jennifer at FedEx stepped up and did a great job getting these boxes packed up. She went above and beyond to help. A+ service

Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to take all the time I needed to print out the items I needed. They are quick to get people in and out. Prices are fairly reasonable on small printed items, but larger prints can get a bit expensive. Stations set up to self printer andcutting.

Always have a nice experience when I come here! Today in particular, a woman was getting a bit heated and rude at the counter but the two gentlemen working handled it very well. I do recommend this location :)

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I visited this location. I wont be back. All of the negative reviews are spot on.Roberto H. was very rude and not at all helpful. Im not sure why he has a job working in customer service if hes going to be rude and short with customers who are trying to get what they need, printed.I definitely recommend finding some other location to ship and print if at all possible.Ive used FedEx print centers in Minneapolis and Chicago that have been much busier, but was treated with way better customer service.

Not overly friendly. I just wanted a box. I did not want to argue about what I was going to do with the box. It was a larger size box. The person failed to tell me it did not open like a normal box does at the top. It opened from the front ( the smallest dimension ) meaning anything I wanted to put in had to be slid in not dropped in. Well this is important. Did not handle the refund well in terms of speed . Moral of this story is, go to UPS. Also how in the world does it take 25 minutes to buy a box?

First and last visit. I needed to scan a few documents. Every business is different in procedure. Loaded $5 to a FedEx card. Employee showed me how to as I had asked. Employee showed and I took note. Employee basically completed my task. At the end, not knowing procedure, I needed Google password. I needed to obtain from my log in my car. Employee says, do you want to add more $ to suspend task? I say...what?! All of that costed $5? I ended up not completing task. I took the impression from employee that the demo would not charge card and I could go again more timely with all materials I needed to complete. Redoing the task, the card showed $0. I asked another employee about the situation. This employee stated...yes...you used the computer/you used the $5.What in the world? I stated that I did not have that kind of money to spend. I gathered my things and left. I thought at best, the business would put the money back on card. Nope, just let me walk out the door.I won’t ever be back and have told many of this experience. I had maybe $10 yo my name that day. Thanks FedEx for literally taking $5 with no product or service in return. Appreciate it. Not. Shame on you. Always do what’s right.

Obsessive compulsive about social distancing. Seriously, they are touching hundreds of packages. Surface transfer should be their concern, not someone being too close to the counter. Not to mention without eye protection eye protection the masks are a joke. Glad I mostly use UPS.

I have a service animal and from the time I walked through the door the two employees working were board line rude. Paul the manager first challenged if my animal was a service animal, which is fine. But when I said yes he acted discussed as if I was not being honest. The lady assisting me was sharp and not very courteous, but did what was necessary. I have had good and great service from other locations. This one happens to be the worst. I get the feeling that the manager is most likely always like this otherwise it would be a crime.

Internet connection is always down on self-service AIO machines, so cheaply or quickly printing from or scanning to the cloud is out. Line is too long for cheap/quick e-mailing documents to the store for printing. Printer paper is not even kept stocked in the printer for the pay-by-the-minute PC workstations!!! Bathroom soap is not kept stocked(empty today) and bathroom trashcan is overflowing with paper towels.

I only used the fax and copier machines, but could observe the people in line trying to ship their Christmas packages and the FedEx workers. It was an extremely upbeat and positive atmosphere. As I waited for my fax to go through I smiled as I watched and left with a sense that all is well. The employees seemed to be full of energy and positive attitudes.

An order was placed to print copies of a document for an upcoming meeting. A concern arose which the staff and management handled extremely well even though the issue could have easily not been dealt with.This is a highly recommended print shop!

Jennifer is the employee that I talked to. She was rude and just not very friendly. Im not sure why she is the assistant manager there. I think she needs to learn how to talk to the customers better!

Fedex itself is horrible. Ill just use the USPS or UPS from now on. 4 days for an overnight package. Then when told to leave at store because I would not be home they lied and said they couldnt do that. I went to three different buildings looking for my package only to be told it would for sure be delivered to the store instead of my home and it still wasnt delivered. Here it is the 4th day and I wont have it until Tuesday April 3.

I (in addition to EP Books, my book-publishing company) have utilized this fantastic FedEx Office Print & Ship Center throughout 2015 and 2016.Several times per week, this Evansville-based business plays a key role in the success of EP Books and it has never failed to provide helpful, friendly, top-notch customer service. So based strictly on performance, they receive 5 stars.From my firsthand observation, it is apparent the onsite manager (I believe her name is Alese) has set the highest of professional standards and that all staff work together as a team - in order to maintain or exceed em.In fact, EP Books has utilized FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers in many U.S. cities: Reston, VA; Louisville and Lexington, KY; Washington, D.C.; and this Evansville, IN, location... to the tune of thousands of dollars for shipping of packages to Memphis & Cali, computer rental (by the minute), fax services and printing.Of all the above-cited FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers, in my experience, Hoosiers have the very best one. HORRIBLE terrible customer service. My wife went to ship a package for me but they rejected to ship it because I had cds in the package that made some sound. They opened it and said they refuse to ship it at all unless they pack it for $25 with thier box or I have to have at minimum 3 of packaging foam on each side.Plus the guy was very rude to my wife and made her feel stupid!! Will NEVER go to kinkos again, will start using corporate FedEx Office or ups only.

I just got charged $300 to print documents for a meeting. I will never be giving this print service my money ever again. Such a waist of time and money. The male that was printing my stuff was not only rude but he charged me for documents that he personally messed up that I had nothing to do with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
