I have used this place many times however last time I used this place I had to return winter boots with a prepaid label. I dropped the package and few weeks later I find out that they never were shipped! I have talked to Kelly manager who stated that she will look into it and will open a dispute. A week later I contact them again and find out that they have not done anything and that I apparently never even dropped off a package at their place even though I had a person in my car the day when I dropped off a package to back the information up and after that she stated they were not open on that day. Apparently someone like the high boots that I was trying to return. My advice don’t used this place they STILL PACKAGES.

I was visiting Evansville and needed to ship some pictures back to myself. I bubble wrapped the heck out of them before I left. My mom dropped them off on 9/6. and she was assured that they would go out that morning. They said they would arrive early the following week. By the next friday, they still had not arrived. I called and was told that they still had the pictures there because they werent sure what they were supposed to do with them. Supposedly, they had the wrong number for my mother. The lady told me it would for sure go out that day. I asked for USPS Priority unstead of UPS ground. She tried to talk me out of it, but then acted like she was doing me a favor despite the USPS being slightly cheaper. Again, my pictures would arrive early the following week. By Wednesday, still not pictures. I called again. She acted shocked and offered me a refund because it was their fault. I was happy with that, and she said my pictures would arrive Thursday. They did arrive on Thursday 9/20....by UPS GROUND. Then I received a refund for $31 less than we paid. The manager has not returned my calls for the last 2 days, and I was put on hold for about 5 minutes today before I hung up. This was supposed to make things easier, but it has been a huge headache.

Wonderful staff, been a loyal customer over 10 years. Highly recommended.

Told me that a package that was sent to me wasnt there when it really was (they didnt bother to check), had to go here twice just to pick up my package. Would give zero stars if i could
