Came in with a bad air leak from a sleeper suspension bag,and Walt in service got me in and out in an hour and a half! Big thanks to these guys for the quick service! Highly recommended!!

Brought my truck in for them to fix. They told me 11 hours for the jobEnded up taking them 28 days to complete. Dont go here. Unless you plan on getting the run around and waiting for a month...

The guys here are badass. They fixed my a/c issue real fast. No 50 million questions asked like other dealerships. Definitely will be back if something else needs done. They take their time and make sure not only is the problem fixed but go over everything to make sure everything is working correctly. Truck has been there almost 3 weeks....Still dont have an answer....may be this or that.lets throw parts at it. 1st class Clown Show ....is the reason it took 19 days to fix a 1 hour repair because I had another truck??? Most drivers like to drive a truck they are familiar with .....

Horrible experience went in to change a bionary switch for a AC they are theifs, they took $700 for 30 minutes of work !! Id recommend to stay away from this place ! Cold hearted people will steal your money.

Palmer Truck Service provided the best service for our Kenworth Cabover truck. Had the truck towed in right before closing around 10:50pm and the guys at the shop were helpful in finding us a near by hotel with transportation. Guys worked hard on getting parts in a timely fashion and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Palmer trucks and if you are having problems with trucks, THIS IS THE PLACE TO HAVE IT SERVICED.

These guys are the most professional, kind and caring people to have had the pleasure of doing business with. Had issues with truck, unrelated to what it was brought in for. They did not waste anytime getting busy. I would recommend Kenworth, Evansville, INPalmer Trucks. Ill be back!!

10-22-2019Nice quiet place, can practically get you in the same day or the next day most definitely.Used to charge $100/h but now charge $118per hour. Palmer Kenworth is always cheaper than MHC Kenworth, especially for parts. They actually had that 97¢ windshield washer reservoir cap part that many other KW shops dont bother/or are too lazy to stock up. Room to park 53 out back, but lock up their gated fence when they close at night.

The service was amazing they actually were able to get me and and do the job that I needed as soon as I got there the service riders and parts guy were extremely friendly Their labor rate is lower than all the rest of the kenworths that Ive been to Be more than happy to go back to them if I break down in Evansville again

Came to get a windshield replacement. They were quick to get me in the shop and had the problem fixed and me on the road in under 4 hours. My only complaint isnt something they can control and that is the lack of cell reception in the drivers lounge. Gary in the Service office is the man!

Had a couple issues washer fluid not working mud flap bracket broken stopped in and meet RUSSELL told him what I had he said give me an hour they didnt have the mud flap bracket had to go down the street to get one i was still out of there in two hours NICK was the one that did the work on my truckTHANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOUAWESOME JOB VERY PROFESSIONAL

Came for a scheduled oil change, AC service and headlight on a leased truck. They also found a defective tire while servicing the truck.While appreciate the thoroughness of the service. The length of time it took to complete was not.

Great staff. Treat you very friendly and got my truck done fast. This dealer will get all my business when I am close to them and will be doing all my oil changes.

They were great fixing our problem. Only complaint was our truck was sitting ready to go before noon we were waiting for over 2 hrs. Was told service manager was at lunch thats fine everyone needs to eat but he was back an hr and a half before we saw him and we were the ones to actually go looking for answers

I had an issue where I lost all power to my accessories. Though it was a small issue and a quick fix, these guys took time out of their normal day to look at my vehicle and found the problem and fixed it. They found the hidden fuse box and the problem was solved! A HUGE shout out and thank you goes to Russell Gibson, Brian Lunceford, and Tyler (???) didnt give your his last name. You guys are awesome and so is Palmer Trucks (Kenworth of Evansville)

Absolutely atrocious. Will NEVER take my truck here again. Had my truck 4 days and didnt touch it until the 4th day. Others have had the same issue. Take it to the Freightliner dealer on Rusher Creek Rd.

I called 1 week ahead to get work done. When I got here, I was told that I was not on the schedule. They said no problem, well get you in. The big problem was that they didnt have the part that I told them needed to be replaced. They had a week to get the part, but they didnt. Calling ahead to make an appointment is basically a waste of time.
